Power went out! OH NO! It was 2:30pm and power went out in our office for an area with 6 work stations. We needed someone to come out ASAP. I called a few places and nobody could come that same day (understandably). There was one company that said they would show up at 4pm, but didn't. I had called Matthew previously, and although he was in the area, he was not available until the next morning. I then sent him a text and he said he would show up at 8am the next day, which he did. It was a very quick fix (tripped breaker), but he did a more thorough review and provided some suggestions to prevent this from happening again. Matthew provided regular communication via text/email. Our veterinary hospital had a huge light conversion to do. We were replacing 121 fluorescent lights with new LED fixtures. The problem was we needed to do it during work hours while we were operating because we are a cancer center and for the well-being of the animals, chemotherapy and radiation treatments could not be missed. At no time did their work ever interfere with our day and this was over a 4-day period because the facility is over 25,000 sq ft. The professionalism and care demonstrated by Matt's crew was exceptional. The pricing was beyond fair, Matt was able to work with my strict budget and even upgraded some of the fixtures for free so the entrance lighting would look aesthetically pleasing to clients coming in the facility, that type of consideration and forethought is so rare these days.
