Sat on patio and my only complaint Is they seated 3 sets of people at tables right next to each other. We were almost finished when they seated a large party right next to us. One of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. Took 5 minutes to be greeted. Another 15 minutes to get drinks(they were good). Ordered appetizer and meal. 45 minutes later had to ask about food. Waitress came back to ask what appetizer we ordered (apparently forgot to put it in) Meanwhile, still waiting on second drink. Two couples at bar that came in 20 minutes after we did had their food and we're finished when I asked about our meal. Waitress went back to kitchen and brought out steak that was cold and had obviously been sitting for quite some time. She asked if we wanted them to remake the meal to which i replied, No we don't have another hour and a half to waste. They took the entree of our bill and we left and ordered pizza. I use to go to Saltgrass in Irving, TX about 13-14 years ago when I lived there. We loved it! This Saltgrass brings back those memories! Steaks are great, love their Caesar's salads are great, not too much dressing. I had the 16 oz Ribeye, it was cooked to perfection! I have paid more for less, for the price this steak is off the charts! Wife had a fillet oscar style and said it was off the charts. Decided to try as we have eaten at most restaurants on the Landing, bad idea. Ordered the rattler appetizer and I really do not understand the fav reviews for it. Hubby loves shrimp and after one he didn't want anymore. He ordered the lunch shrimp with fried potatoes. Shrimp ok potatoes were like old home fries that were made out of leftover baked potatoes. I ordered the Wedge salad (best thing I was served, but how can you mess it up?) and the Shrimp that were stuffed and wrapped in bacon served with brussel sprouts from the dinner menu. It's terrible when you would rather eat the brussel sprouts and not the shrimp which were WAY too salty. Tried Saltgrass but will NEVER return. read more

We wanted to like our experience during our mini spring break but it didn't turn out the way it should have. Sat on a couch near the bar, the waitress acknowledged us but never took our order. We were seated in 20 min, 10 min earlier than planned. Our waitress got our drink order but forgot to enter it so we waited about 15 min for the drinks but had water in the meantime. The meals were warm but you could tell they had been under the heat lamps awhile. My steak was med rare as asked but my wife's was med well which is not what she ordered. No refill on drinks, no desert inquiry. We paid, left a tip and left. No one asked how our meal was, neither the manager or waitress. For a steakhouse, it was bad. One of the highlights in our travels is running across another Saltgrass Steakhouse. We first discovered Saltgrass about fifteen years ago and it is our fave. After a bit of a search, we were excited to find the Saltgrass at Branson Landing and our cravings for Pat's ribeye and the steak salad were more than satisfied. Our server, Andrea, was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The batter fried mushrooms were to die for! The rest of the meal was delivered excellently prepared and in a timely fashion. If you are expecting a quality steak, do not eat here. I had the smaller ribeye, cooked medium rare. The steak had a beige color. It was undercooked for medium rare, bud did not even have a dark pink color. I notified the server and got an apology, but nothing else. The steak was tough and not flavorful. This place is lucky to get one star, this was the worst dinning experience I have ever had. Our server was incredibly rude from the moment we were seated. After ordering drinks rather than bringing bringing them to the person who ordered them she brought them to the end of the table and told us to pass them down and then did the same with the salads and she couldn't remember who had what (write them down?). She also told us they were out of bread then we saw other tables getting bread and we had to ask another server to bring it. Next she brought refills for the kids drinks and did not put a lid on them? Of course one of our kids spilled their drink and all she did was grab some napkins and threw them at my Mom (their Grandma) and SHE cleaned it up not the SaltGrass staff. As my Mom was finishing her salad she noticed something at the bottom of the plate and she asked our server and all she said was "it looks like they didn't wash it, huh" and then walked away. Do yourself a favor and go to Chick-fil-A instead, at least their employees pretend to care. We were looking for some great food tonight and boy did we find it! The restaurant has only been open for 4 weeks but will be our go to place from now on. We had the T-bone steak which was amazing. I've eaten at Saltgrass in different locations but my husband had never been and I'd been talking for weeks about how great Saltgrass is! I'm glad he wasn't let down. We were greeted right away by what appeared to be a manager. Seated in an excellent spot in the restaurant. The environment was consistent with Saltgrass and impressed my husband. They forgot my husband's meal. It finally came out, but the side dish was wrong. So, he asked for a box. Took 15 minutes for them to come out with the correct side dish & a box. At this time, the waitress was pouting. Then, all 5 bills were wrong, either things added or eliminated. I talked to manager, after getting run around from wait staff.
