This place is wonderful. The food is fresh and flavorful. I had the ramen bowl with shrimp and peanut sauce. It was delicious! The toasted marshmallow latte was good also. I would definitely recommend this place. The staff are very friendly. The atmosphere is beachy.

One of my favorite places to go! Food is fresh and delicious (my faves are the buffalo chicken wrap and the sushi!). Service is always WONDERFUL, and the vibes are perfect for a beachy cafe! Live music is wonderful (the singer "this is Chris" is my personal favorite). Bonus - you can get CHIPS AND QUESO as a side! Love Salty Brews so much!!

We arrived late today to put in a to go order and Kim was so fantastic, took our to go order, and offered a tasty beer while we waited. Place is decorated so nice for the holiday . Top marks for Kim and Salty Brews!

Love this place! Food, service and atmosphere were the best. Plenty of gluten free option.

We were greeted as we came in and told to sit anywhere. Seating was not particularly comfortable-hard metal chairs. We ordered drinks and our sodas were brought out in cans, which meant no refills which got expensive. We got the Korean BBQ lettuce wrap appetizer. It was ok. The lettuce was still wet and it was missing texture-chopped peanuts over the top would've helped a lot. We shared the chicken trashcan nachos. Again, it was ok. Queso tasted like Velveeta. Lettuce had a home cook chop on it. Needed guacamole and salsa on the side. It all tasted like food that a home cook would've made, but wasn't restaurant style in quality or taste. Would maybe try it again, but can't understand the 4.9 rating.

UPDATE: So I heard the "other side" of how things went down. Apparently, Corey said that I said, Give me a Fu(&'n Beer. Dude, you're a hot head and all you wanted to do was leave work. I never used profanity and you obviously mistook "Please" for the vulgar "F" word. You're a liar and maybe customer service isn't for you. I've been cooking, bartending and waiting tables longer than you've been alive. Respect your elders... I was walking home from Music on Main Street and was hoping to grab a beer and sushi. I know they close at 9:30 and I walked in about 9:20. Kim told me outside that they probably wouldn't make any food and I was fine with that. Came in and had a seat at the bar and asked for a Yuengling and if by chance I could get some sushi. Corey the bartender refused me any service because he said "he didn't like my attitude and can refuse service to anyone". I have worked in the service industry since the 80's and still do. I would never treat anyone like that. As a local who lives a mile away, I will never go back. Funny thing about all this is, one of your employees is a regular at the bar I work at. I'm a bigger person and will still cook her chicken wings an hour after the kitchen has closed. I am all about customer service and satisfaction. All I really wanted was a cold beer before I finished my walk home. I won't be back and I sure won't recommend this place to anyone.

Wanted to pop into this place just to support local and the sign and name was cute. The inside was super clean and aesthetically pleasing. Beachy themed without being obnoxious with a razzle dazzle of pupper. I forget her name cause ADD brain but the lady who was working immediately greeted me and offered me a menu. She was also very thorough in the run down of it and instantly got my attention with some things. I got the vegetarian ramen and was not disappointed! Everything was super fresh and the jalapeños were a very nice zesty touch! I thought the serving size was well worth the $13 with the food quality boppin' to boot. I initially only meant to get a liquid death and salted caramel coffee to go. But ended up getting ramen with them. The coffee was shockingly very, very good! Nice, genuine flavoring and most importantly as a coffee snob, BALANCED. Not overly sweet and not strong coffee. Then came Jolene the pup! I got to be an awkward stranger and take some pics of her. The staff were super down to earth and personable. Before other customers came in we chatted and had genuine conversations. As someone with social anxiety and general weird aura, it was super nice to just randomly talk to two pleasant people. Long review! But I highly recommend this place. It's locally owned. The two staff members working were incredibly down to earth and professional as heck. They started to get pretty busy and it was kinda awesome watching them zip and zing. Food industry workers, good ones at least, are fascinating to watch. There's a quality there that's elusive to most. Prices were very fair and reasonable. Food was high quality and fairly portioned. Cafe aesthetic was welcoming, very clean and modern. I genuinely have zero complaints and will definitely be returning. This is a local gem! Support our s!

We each got the Mama Todd's dinner plate. Loved everything on it, & I asked for sweet butter to slather on my cornbread + half and half of the Sweet Tea. I also got the Lima beans and mac and cheese for the side. Service was pretty quick for a party of five, and we were seated within 20-30 min at most. Grabbed a Pinot Grigio and a beer at the side bar while we waited. They brought out hush puppies when we sat down, & those lasted about 30 seconds at our table :) The staff was simply wonderful; We also asked the hostess to help us take a family pic outside before we left. They have a cute shop where you can pick up a t-shirt as a souvenir- which I had to do because I LOVE THIS PLACE. If this was close to me, I would eat here every weekend. The prices are reasonable, the food is wonderful, and the staff was kind and hospitable. There are many places to eat in Myrtle Beach, but we love supporting local businesses that are family owned. If you're craving fried chicken or country fried steak with all the fixin' on the side, look no further. Fantastic place for locals and tourists. Cheers

The Cafe has such a great selection , great price , clean dining areas , great service , and is very popular with tourists and locals. I stayed at the Golden Mile / Cabana Beach the whole month of February and came here twice. The grocery store has pretty much everything you need for vacation. Food , bathroom items , cleaners , fresh produce , fresh meats , grilling supplies , fishing supplies , beach items , you name it ! Upstairs they have a shop with all kinds of beach items like shirts , decorations , swimwear , hats , wind chimes , games , coffee cups , and on and on. The prices are fair for North Myrtle Beach / Myrtle Beach. Of course you have to go up to the observation area that looks like a lighthouse and look at the ocean and the surrounding area , it's free. So many memories for me here in Cherry Grove. One of my favorite places in the world and I lived in Germany for 4 years in the Army and traveled Europe in the 80's. It will always be in my heart.

Typically, when I come, it is with a larger group so we have to sit inside. For anyone wondering, you are likely always going to have a wait. And that's okay! There is a wonderful beach and Christmas shop right across the parking lot that you can peruse - I promise you can kill at least 45 minutes, and the meal is well worth the wait. This time, since it was just my friend and I, we decided to sit at the outdoor bar, which is first come first serve. We were quickly seated, so it worked out perfectly. One thing I will say is that this patio is in the direct path of the setting sun, so just have your sunglasses ready. I ordered the Sarita Margarita, which is my favorite cocktail they have. It is like a fruity, boozy slushy. Absolutely delicious and perfect after a day at the beach. I always get the Hurricane Chicken. It is my absolute favorite meal. If I were to have my choice of my last meal on earth, it would be Boundary House's Hurricane Chicken. When you order an entree, it comes with a side salad. My recommendation to you is to get their house raspbery vinagrette, it pairs perfectly with this salad! Now, the Hurricane Chicken itself is this delightful combination of a chicken breast, crab cake, and shrimp with some delicious sauce on top. It is so creamy with the variety of flavors that three meats bring. In case you don't finish it all, it also reheats well for leftovers the next day.
