Despite being very busy, we were seated right away, which was a pleasant surprise. The space was a bit warm inside, but the incredible food and overall experience made it completely worth it. I had their famous Hotcakes de Elote (corn pancakes), and they were easily my favorite dish of the meal! They were unique, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. I also tried their Machaca con Huevo, which was another standout. Everything we ordered was prepared beautifully and full of flavor. Their homemade tortillas and salsa were the perfect finishing touches and added even more authenticity to the meal. The service was excellent -- our waiter was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. The restaurant itself is spacious and has a wonderful atmosphere. I also noticed the staff singing "Happy Birthday" to guests a couple of times, making it a great spot for a special celebration. The wines, all produced from the on-site winery, paired perfectly with both the charcuterie board and the tamale dish. The peaceful views of ducks in a small pond and a nearby pasture with sheep and horses. They have dogs too, which are all so friendly and, in my opinion, added to the experience as a dog lover. It's a serene experience that perfectly complements the quality of the food and wine. And the service, the service is like no other.
