The restaurant was busy in the kitchen was backed up, so there was a little bit of a delay, but the manager did take care of us by offering us a comp salad. We had this Sicilian meatballs as an appetizer the house salad that you entrées we had was the rigatoni Bolognese and the shrimp oreganatta. Both pasta dishes had good flavor, a little bit of spice as well as the meatballs in case you were not a spicy fan. It did have a little bit of a kick. We would come back again.

This was heavy and reminded of something you'd get at an Olive Garden. The portions are huge and basically everyone had leftovers for the next day. One weird thing to note - when ordering, the waitress asked if we wanted a soup or salad. This made it seem like the entrees came with a soup or salad but really, she was asking if we wanted to add this on. It was just a matter of miscommunication, but it would have been nice if they were more clear on it. I'm not sure what the Italian restaurant scene looks like in this area (since I was just visiting), but I felt like this was chain restaurant quality at almost NYC prices. Not sure if it's worth checking out.

The host was upbeat and pleasant and I was shown to a table quickly upon entering. It is a fairly open and bright atmosphere but I did notice it tended to be rather loud even if not very full. There seemed to be a lot of banging (almost like throwing?) sounds of plates all around. My server came and got my drink order quickly and pleasantly. I got one of the N/A cocktails from "The Dry Bar" section of the drink menu, called Intern-Earl Affair with blueberries, Earl Grey, lemon, and lavender. I liked this mocktail a lot, good flavors without being overly sweet as many mocktails tend to be. Bread service was brought to the table and while I really enjoyed the inside texture of the small loaf with the oil/balsamic vinegar, the outside was a bit, and unexpectedly, tough. To start, I went with the Wedding Soup and their version is pretty good but not the very best I've had in Morrisville (if you know me, you know where my favorite is...). For my meal, I went with the Carbonara pasta selection but their version includes peas and chicken unlike traditional carbonara. This dish was good, I enjoyed it except it was a bit heavier or thicker in finish than I remember. With carbonara, I tend to think of it as a lighter pasta choice where less is more. Tasty, but pretty heavy here with this meal. My server was always pleasant and helpful, good service this time. I also noticed generally that the prices are a bit higher on the menu these days (sign of the times maybe). In all, a good meal (a bit heavier than expected) with pleasant service for this visit to Leo's Italian Social at Park West Village in Morrisville.

There was some confusion over the pizza special, which would have been ok except Seth the owner came over and handled the discussion so poorly that even the couple sitting behind us stopped by on their way out to say they were sorry for the exchange we experienced and would not be back. We probably won't be back either, which is a real shame because we are very loyal customers of many years. But there are other good Italian restaurants in the area without rude owners and who will appreciate the business. I'm sure this review will not impact Daniels business or cause Seth to change his demeanor, but just be forewarned that if you have an issue, the owner will not be helpful in resolving.

This pasta meal had the combo of egg yolks, Pecorino Romano, pancetta instead of guanciale, and pepper (the latter was the perfect amount, not over seasoned with black pepper but just the right amount for me). The carbonara was delicious and I enjoyed every bite. I ended my visit with tiramisu and coffee for dessert, they were equally delicious. Throughout the meal, the bartender/server made sure to check on me and ensured all was well. All the staff were positive and welcoming throughout. Even though it had been years since I enjoyed a visit to Enrigo, I still had a great experience...just as I remembered it.

The salads and hot bread came out first then a short time later the entrees. Both entrees were delivered quickly and hot. Both were delicious.. The drinks are self serve and the choices are sodas and tea. When they found out it was her birthday they insisted she chose a dessert . She chose the cheesecake and shared with me and it was wonderful. Thanks to the staff for making this special birthday a great treat for our family.

Salvios is where it's at. You want good pizza Salvios is your place. They can customize your pie to pretty much anything you can imagine. The service is great and the employees are friendly especially the owner. The chefs are something else they are entertaining and can get to know you and what you like to order. They just changed the menu and man does it look sharp on those TVs. There's a reason Salvios has a large clientele of regulars. It's good Pizza. Catered an office party from Salvio's and they really delivered!!!! The large trays of ziti, meatballs and garlic knots were VERY large and delicious! The wings were also great. They provided the plates and serving utensils and everything arrived piping hot. I took some leftovers home for my family and it was unanimous that Salvio's meatballs are way better than mine!
