Went here for New Year's Eve. For $35 buffet dinner plus DJ and bubbly at midnight was not a bad deal at all. Hubs enjoyed the sushi and sashimi. I had mainly the chicken satay and fried rice and the meat and veggies dish. Went with some friends and enjoyed the music and dance floor. They also had hibachi food which was in the main restaurant section. There is a whole downstairs area too. This restaurant is huge. Parking was easy as they have a parking lot right outside. Service was good. Overall good experience.

Hibachi style

The chef was great with his antics. We ordered several items. They were hit or miss. Edamame (tried both spicy and non spicy): just okay Beef Teriyaki: average Fried calamari: fine. Hibachi entree with Salmon and Filet mignon: Slamon was great, filet mignon was okay. The fried rice was excellent. Mai tai drink was okay while the Brazilian Caiprinha was awesome. Service was good.

Vegetable hibachi with tofu

Genuinely the BEST hibachi I've ever had. The service was excellent and prompt, the food portions were gigantic and delicious, and the place is so clean and well-decorated that it makes for a wonderful experience. I live in Boston so my gauge for cost is a bit skewed, but I didn't find the cost here particularly bad. It wasn't busy whatsoever and we were served immediately. My husband and I are vegetarians and were able to get tofu mixed in with our vegetables. Our waitress was incredibly nice about it and, again, the portions were huge! I absolutely will be back!

It's always great good, good drinks and a fun time when we visit Samba for hibachi and sushi.

Spectacular service! Attentive staff, good ambiance, and the food is great too! I've been visiting Samba since 2012 and have frequently revisit this restaurant when I'm in the area. Started coming more often to celebrate milestones. Now, I bring my husband and children for weekday dinners. Can't go wrong stopping in to enjoy a meal, drinks or during their event nights.

Great vibe. Thursday half-price sushi. Stacey effortlessly keeps everybody happy. Can't wait to come back!!

I ordered delivery from DoorDash the other evening. It was a hibachi meal which consisted of two lobster tails, the regular menu, and I did an add-on of scallops for nine dollars. Unfortunately, with DoorDash you could not make any changes or suggestions to the order per the restaurant . I do not like mushrooms, and I was not able to take that off of the vegetable side dish. Also, I did not realize the lobster came with a sauce which the lobster was soaked in. The lobster was also overdone, so it was hard and chewy. The scallops were nicely seared, but they came in a sauce which defeated the purpose of the sear and they were soggy. The order was about $70 without my discount ( earlier credit and happy hour) I would never order again this way. Extremely disappointing birthday food.

Green tea

The restaurant is huge! So, don't worry if you see lot of cars in the parking lot, you will find a seat for sure. The ambience is wonderful. Dim lights, loud music (too loud for me but people were happy) and attentive staff. Food is good, but nothing exceptional. The service is definitely very good. I feel the food is overpriced here. Sushi was great. Other dishes (clay pot curry and bibimbap) were okay, not that great. Dessert was good but very few options. They don't have non-alcoholic drinks in their menu. Upon asking about hot beverages, I was told that they have green tea, which I ordered. Go here for fresh sushi/maki/sashimi, good ambience and service. They have good hibachi as well, we tried it last year. But again, overpriced.

Good service. Inside is a little dingy looking but outside was nice with great fires roaring and heat lamps. Sashimi was good quality.

We took our two younger ones there for a quiet Easter Sunday dinner together. So many interesting things on the menu, we way over ordered. But everything was delicious. We had the pork belly confit, the cheese bread, the octopus, and the parm wings to start. They were all polished off quickly. Our pork belly did seem to have missed a sauce, but we just dipped them with the cheesy bread sauce and was very happy. My son ordered a few different skews and thoroughly enjoyed his Picanha, sausage and cheese and chicken heart. My youngest said the chicken hearts were the best she had ever tried. High praise from a kid loving chicken heart since just a tiny tod. My wife and I both ordered the ribeye over mushroom risotto. We order medium rare and both of ours came perfectly done. Both our kids thoroughly enjoyed trying our steak and risotto. My daughter and I both enjoyed mixing my son's Yucca mash with the risotto. She practically scrapped my plate clean. We all had our eyes on the pineapple, but all agreed we were overstuffed and will defer to next time. We even had leftovers to bring home to one happy Puppy. Will definitely return!

"There's one thing I'm certain of Return, I will, to old…read moreBrazil" (Frank Sinatra) I've been to a few Brazilian steakhouses over the years, but I'm not really sure I've ever been to a full-blown real deal Brazilian restaurant before we had lunch at Boteco do Manolo yesterday. I say "real deal Brazilian" because the restaurant chain has 12 locations in Brazil, concentrated in Rio de Janeiro shopping centers. The Framingham location is one of the seven located in the U.S. Our server was a young man from Brazil, and since it was our first visit, he spent a lot of time going through their large menu. The restaurant serves family style portions (which are quite large), regular sized portions, appetizers, meat/chicken/seafood entrees, pasta and rice dishes, and a lunch menu. We both went to the lunch menu and ordered a special at $19.90 each. I went with the Peixe Grelhado (Grilled Mahi-Mahi Filet in a caper-butter sauce) served with a mountain of mixed vegetables, white rice and black beans. Seriously, that was a lot of food and much too much for a lunch, so half of it sits in my refrigerator as we speak. There were bottles of olive oil, olive oil with hot peppers, and Tabasco on the table, plus packets of mayonnaise. Those hot peppers nestled in the oil caught my eye, so I cautiously sprinkled some on my plate, and I was glad I was so cautious because it was damned hot (but yummy). My wife ordered the Frango Com Salada (Grilled Chicken Breast with salad) served with white rice, pico de gallo, and black beans. After we ordered, Alex came back to our table and said the lettuce intended for the salad didn't pass his inspection, so he offered us a different side order. We ordered French Fries instead. My fish and my wife's chicken were excellent. They were good-sized portions that were well seasoned and well cooked. My rice and beans were very good and that big pile of vegetables really went well with that volcanic pepper oil. Club soda was a very reasonable $2, so our big lunch ran $42 before tip with plenty of leftovers. If you're ever in the mood to enjoy, or try Brazilian food, travel to Framingham if you can't make it to Rio de Janeiro!

The steak, featuring picanha, of course, is delicious; however, this is not a churrascaria, so don't expect to be visited tableside by mountains of meat. We ordered primarily the petiscos and they were just like what you would get at those city bars. This atmosphere is more of a huge flashy restaurant with attentive service and gringos in the minority. Still, it can get crowded and noisy. Don't miss the frango a passarinho (fried chicken crispy yet NOT breaded), and the many combos including picanha, sausage, etc. Add the yuca fries and savor the side of fluffy farofa. Turns out this is a chain with a couple places here, at the Cape and Framingham, but a dozen in Brazil. Yet "pretty, pretty, pretty good!"

This was our first time going since it had opened as the Fireside Tavern. It is fair to say we were underwhelmed. My wife ordered a Dirty Martini and it had a lot of vermouth in it which is not the correct way to prepare it. For an appetizer we got the Calamari which was very good. Crispy and tender with delicious hot peppers added in as well. For the main courses we got the Chicken Piccata severed over Gnocchi which was good but nothing special. Gnocchi were a bit denser than we like. Our other main was the Seafood Paella. On the plus side it had a lot of seafood in it, mussels, Shrimp, Scallops and a white fish. All of the sish was cooked well and was tender and juicy. However it did not appear to be cooked in a Paella pan so you didn't get some of those bites of crispy rice and the seasoning was off it had no saffron or tomatoes like I am used to. It was more like a plain rice that they added peas, carrots, and red pepper. Just didn't taste like any form of the paella that I have eaten previously. Jenna our server was awesome and attentive but not overbearing. She was fantastic and made for an enjoyable evening.

The pacing was off and there were long periods between our order and apps, entree, and dessert. - bread service: kind of expensive ($13) for 5 pieces of bread and a dollop of each dipping sauce. Try just bread and butter for $6 - cornbread: delicious but small portion for $14. Also not a fan of the cutting board presentation - kids Mac and cheese: very cheesy ($12) - tiger shrimp risotto: ($34) good flavor but risotto was underdone - fried chicken: ($30) so crispy and cooked perfectly but had an odd spice in there like cinnamon? The star was the fried green tomatoes and the buttermilk ranch! Perfectly fried and crunchy while the tomatoes stayed firm and a very tasty ranch dressing! - dessert: warm cow sugar cookies were nice and warm sitting in butterscotch pudding, very cute! - the toffee in the butterscotch pudding ($11) was super crunchy, wish there were more cubes mixed in - warm chocolate brownie ($15) was missing the creme anglaise?
