After dropping my car off, I got a call 30 minutes later (when I was nearly home) saying the mechanic "wouldn't touch it" because "too much work had been done and there'd be too many things to check." That reasoning makes no sense -- those are the same components they'd have to check anyway to diagnose the problem, whether I replaced them or not. After visiting their new location, it's clear they've shifted focus to easier, low-risk jobs on higher-end vehicles. They wasted my time and gas for nothing. I used to trust this shop, but it's not the same place anymore. If you actually need a real diagnostic or meaningful repair work, go somewhere else.

The respect and kindness they show is equaled by the "Can-Do" trust they command. I was lucky enough to find them about 4 years ago, and I won't have my truck worked on by anyone else. They have all the professional assets my Dealer had, yet the non-corporate attitude. You can reason with them, explain details and expect them to really listen (and understand). They are serious about the business and it shows. Often I will wait for my vehicle while maintenance or repairs are being done and I have a first-hand view of how they handle customers, delivery personnel, difficult situations, etc. Every customer seems like they must be a good friend or a family member. That's how I felt from the beginning and I see now that it's not I am not really that special - it's the team who is special. These guys are responsible. Questions or follow-up concerns are addressed immediately - They will give you their attention and they will make sure you drive away as a completely satisfied customer.
