They broke my grill didn't tell me when I told them it was broken the said they didn't notice it…read moreit was a busy day and my car was old they did a break job and my A.B.S. light and my T.B.S. light were on so I took it back the next day was told a part was bad but ok to drive without fixing it the next day breaks were squealing and scrubbing so I went back to see what was wrong I was told by the manager the don't marry the car and that my car was old and things break I only was asking them to look as to what was happening with the breaks since I was told I was good to go after the repair the manager Jim said he wished I never came to their store the mechanic refused to put it on the lift because they had also popped lose the trim at the bottom of my van I was told because the car was old and rusty it flexed when it was lifted and that was what broke it so I left and will use firestone in the future oh and when I arrived not only was no one at the counter the mechanic was asleep in the lobby I feel sorry for Dustin I think he's the only thing going for the place Jim the manager is very combative to deal with if you have a problem and escalates your already stress level rather than being helpful to a problem. He would rather deflect responsibility or help than find out what happened and I wasn't asking anything unreasonable or for free if it was something else's I'm willing to pay for it but now I just feel scammed because I ask them to fix what they broke. Maybe look somewhere else for auto repair that cares about customers and their cars I rate them a zero after my experience and will be making a reporter with the B.B.B

They would not change one of my 4 tires due to a "missing wheel stud". When I went to pick up the car from Walmart, I also found that they HAD changed one of the other tires that ALSO had a missing wheel stud. They had no explanation as to why they could change the one but not the other. They waisted my entire day. The other shop I went to had no problem changing the tire with a missing wheel stud. Walmart would not even give me a refund for the installation of the one tire. I'm going to have to dispute it with my bank. I WILL NEVER do business with Walmart Automotive again.

My brake light came on I refilled it and the next morning all of it is on the ground near my rear tire. Drum seals gone(?) so I had it towed to a shop that had some great reviews "Aarons on Spring park" instead of sticking with Parts only because they were closer to where I live now. Aarons calls back yes Drums are gone and the cost to repair $700+ brand new brakes, drums etc. Hold up guys let me call you back and i call johnny and tell him what they said to me. he said Rick you do not need to have all that done and the price seems a little steep. Let me give you a rough estimate. $320+ tow after all was said and done tow and all the total was $385.14. So my recommendation take your car somewhere else have them do an estimate then call Johnny. Odds are you will do better here. DO NOT LOOK for warm and fuzzy and be direct with Johnny he is a mechanic, No I mean a real mechanic someone that would work on a car reach over and eat a Krispy Kreme without washing.
