I love the idea of the coconut rice but also offering plain white rice would be a great option, as well as fresh steamed veggies or a side salad option. The elote mac and cheese didn't quite hit the spot for me but I would try the regular mac next time! The dining room had indoor and outdoor option, love the casual concrete dining style. They were super mindful of cleaning tables for new folks to sit down among the busy dining room. Plenty of parking in the lot but can see it getting full quickly as it seems to be a relavtively new plaza with more food biz still opening up.
