These people have HORRIBLE attitudes !!!!! I don't wanna get into the whole thing because let me just say when you complain about something and the person gets somebody else and then that person has an attitude then they get the manager and that person has an attitude. This is a manager and wants to argue and proceeds to argue when we could've solved this whole thing from the very beginning by just not what you say it's how you say it and say you know what how do we make this right for you instead of sitting there and arguing for 15 minutes I can tell you right now no type of customer service I really wanna go into a huge detail on this, but I'm not going to because I know other people that still go to this restaurants and I don't want the staff to take it out on them but I can tell you right now. Horrible attitudes horrible when all you have to do is fix the problem from the beginning not have me explain myself for 10 minutes to some twits that acts like she has a airhead and then gets a manager, and the manager has a worse attitude. Had a sibling's breakfast here at this location. 1st time here and I definitely like this location for sure. Came here on a Saturday morning arriving at 10 am and only had to wait for 20 minutes compared to their other locations. All of our foods were cooked perfectly. French fries and tator tots were awesome! Crispy, hot, and soft! Eggs were scrambled perfectly and not hard. Brothers' burgers were cooked well to their likings. We all enjoyed our food here. The shake was definitely delicious! This place is great when you are undecided about what to eat. The menu is huge with various selections to suffice your taste buds. Prices are reasonable too. Huge selection, great food, friendly service - couldn't ask for more! I recently came across this restaurant due to a recommendation on NextDoor and Reddit. It is located on Cherry Street in the heart of Glendale, not far from the Target in Glendale. It has plenty of parking, including ADA spots, and specific spots for curbside pickup. There are signs pointing to the pickup spots. Options for ordering are sit-in, over the phone, online. They have a website and there are 2 other locations in Colorado, Downtown and Aurora. Please make sure if ordering online, you select the correct location. They do not offer delivery in-house. They have a partnership with DoorDash. My experience has been hit or miss. In fact, on two occasions I had orders cancelled and received an email and a text. I spoke to the restaurant and they said they didn't cancel them. I wouldn't be surprised if DoorDash did cancel. Another reason I hate the 3rd party delivery services. However, one time I ordered, was for a curbside pickup and it was still cancelled. I don't trust the website as much anymore and prefer to call in orders. I think it is glitchy. The food is delicious. The portion sizes are decent. I love breakfast food! I typically order steak and eggs. Also, they have the best cinnamon rolls (hot) that I have tasted in years! I love that they offer customizable options too! The prices are very reasonable as well. I don't like all the condiments and have to remind them with my to-go orders, NO CONDIMENTS! It is wasteful and I just throw them in the trash. They offer a lot of various dishes. From breakfast cuisines such as griddle items, stackers, benny's or omelets to burgers to pizza. They also have burritos, regular sandwiches, salads, soups, coney's, different styles of chili, regular entrees, Mexican, children's menu, drinks, desserts, even cocktails! I had been craving a corned beef and hash breakfast and was so excited to see they had a corned beef and hash burrito! They give you an option to get it canned or homemade for a small fee. I got it done homemade. It arrived shortly smothered in cheese. Yum!!! The flavors were delicious! I ate as much as i could but had no choice but to leave about half for later. This is a perfect spot to come fuel up before a long days worth of hiking. To drink i got the cloud 9 with almond milk. Rum and Baileys i believe, it was so good!!!! Every visit my sisters and I make back home, we always make sure to stop by and get breakfast. The last visit we tried the aurora skillet and fell in love, we got over easy eggs this time and I think it made the meal 10x better than it already was. It was our first time trying the sweet cream pancakes so we got a short stack and they were probably the best pancakes I've had in life, they are what I think of when I think of a perfect pancake. For drinks we always get some type of mimosa and this time we got the mango mimosa and it was so good but I couldn't finish it all. We didn't wait long to be seated and our food was served probably 10ish minutes after we ordered. The whole vibe of the place is just really cool there's so much to look at on the walls and they have TVs up so you could catch games going on or sports highlights. Ambiance was solid. Not too busy. I'd say the restaurant was maybe 50%-60% full. Not super busy (as a former server myself, definitely was not in the weeds).... Our server had maybe 3 other tables while we were there. The menu was so large that we had a hard time choosing. Server wasn't very helpful in helping us choose, but that's not his job, really. He did give us ample time to decide once he knew we were struggling. He did seem to be somewhat more pre occupied with other tables for a good 10 minutes once we folded our menu's up and made it known we were ready to order.. We ended up ordering two different burgers - one with a gluten free bun and made medium, the other made regular, medium. Plus a bucket of a fries. The GF made burger came out RARE. We made a joke that we could still hear it "moo"ing. It was that pink. Mine (not GF) came out fine and cooked correctly. It wasn't anything to write home about in its entirety in terms of flavor. It did its job in filling our stomachs once everything was made correctly... my girlfriend later got sick as she's Celiac and it's advertised as "gluten friendly" - always a risk that we take when eating out. I also had an upset stomach much later into the night. Sympathy aches? I'm not sure. But my stomach was full and not thrilled with the food. We took the rest of the food to go. I was able to snack on it after being reheated for 2 additional nights. I don't believe it was a server issue regarding the food - as we both asked for the same cooking temp (medium) server apologized and had no issue sending the GF burger back to the kitchen for a new GF burger entirely. We appreciated that. I also got a chocolate malt shake with whip cream (to go). It was yummy! Maybe we will try another menu option in the future - loved the variety but could not decide with all the options.... It's a veryyyyy large menu but we were pleased with the variety depending on what you were in the mood for. They have it all. Breakfast options, burgers, chili, salad, sandwiches, melts, etc!! This place is so good with such a huge menu for both food and drinks. Always a place i recommend for breakfast/brunch. Lots of vegetarian options, but I do wish they had more vegan options available- I think there's maybe one dish that's vegan and it's good, but it's basically just a large portion of potatoes and vegetables. Adding a plant-based protein like tofu or impossible sausage or even black beans or something and having the option to sub those out (free of charge) in the burritos and tacos and stackers etc. would be a total game changer! Well that didn't quite happen exactly how I wanted but very happy. I got the Mama's Meatloaf with Mash. Comes with soup or salad and I opted for soup but of course upgrade to green chili stew. Meatloaf was fantastic, let me say that again, it was fantastic. It had a really good seasoned flavor. Firm texture but one of the best tasting Meatloaf I've ever had, seriously. Of course mash is mash and the roasted broccoli with parm shavings are all ok nothing magical. Oh almost forgot since I was in a food coma... My upgrade green chili, I for some reason had that small little coffee cup size soup bowl in mind. NOPE, got regular bowl that came out. Heck for $1 as an upgrade this was actually a meal fit for 2. Stew was great, love that you still can taste the green chili and chicken. Came with 2 flour tortilla as well. I was really hungry after coming from a whisky tasting and ate pretty much almost all of it...had some help lol. Overall they are very generous with their portions. While I realize this is a chain from reading some of the other reviews, we don't have these where I am from, so please don't discount my review on that account! We liked that this restaurant was a short walk from our hotel, the Hilton Garden Inn, and the entire experience was great. From the touch-less menu (even offering a tablet if we didn't have a phone), to the gracious service and tasty food, everything was really top-notch. I wasn't sure what to think about the "flat-top omelet," but it was really more of a marketing term than anything, I fully enjoyed the food and would highly recommend the biscuits and gravy on the side over things such as potatoes that I don't really care for all that much. Should I find myself in Denver again, I would definitely try this--or another--Sam's again! read more

Monthly specials, plant-based protein, Mexican favorites, burgers...the list is long. The food tasted very fresh, and was served quickly. My party all ordered the same, B.B.B.B.B.L.A.T. "Sam-wich," (BLT with avocado on choice or toast), with choice of one side ($13.99). Plenty of fries as the side, and the side of fruit was all fresh. The child's portion of Mac-n-cheese was a quite large bowl, served with a house-baked dinner roll that reminded me of the amazing rolls served in my high school cafeteria. We did have a little difficulty getting our server to come back and split the check for us, but the cashier was cheerful and accommodating. Plenty of parking, clean restroom.
