I consider myself to be pretty well versed in what fair prices are for most services, however, since I don't usually need a plumber, I wasn't very sure of what market value is for the simple service that I required. However, considering that I had an emergency, same day call for a clogged toilet, I assumed that the pricing would be pretty high. Cristian was informative. He patiently explained what his price was, and why his pricing structure is set up the way it is. On that fact alone, he gets five stars. (If you've ever worked with home contractors, that is the hardest skill set to find). But to take it a step further, my husband and I worked to get our toilet unclogged for THREE DAYS with a plunger AND a Home Depot snake. Cristian barely stepped all the way into the bathroom and already had the toilet unclogged. Annnddd then! He cleanliness was epic also! No splashing, he took his work materials back out of my home with no drips, and he was COVID ready at the door. LONG STORY SHORT, GO AHEAD AND BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. They're timely, quick to respond, have great communication, clean, and work fast. Cristian (with his assistant) came to my apartment and resolved/repaired the problems with my kitchen sink, bathroom faucets, and bathroom plumbing. The company was responsive to my call for help with my low pressure flushing toilet and the price was reasonable. The person arrived early which was great. Asked questions and began by flushing and adjusting the value for more water pressure. The explanation given why the toilet wasn't working was because that was the correct amount of pressure for the toilet to flush and he couldn't adjust it any higher.
