Despite having eating jjajangmyeon many times before the server took her time explaining the dishes and the flavor profiles - making this restaurant welcoming for first-timers. We ordered the tangsyuk (crispy fried pork with a teriyaki sauce on the side) and the stir-fried jjajangmyeon (black bean noodles with a fried egg on top). Each table also has sides of spicy pickled cucumber and Korean pickled radish to pair with each dish. The portions are very generous and my fiancé and I were plenty full from sharing the two dishes we ordered. The jjajangmyeon is so filling and comforting I especially love the noodles the dish is accompanied by, as I found them to be so soft with a great bite to them. The tangsyuk was perfectly crispy and very similar to Japanese fried chicken - I was a fan of the teriyaki sauce, but my partner loved it. Overall this is a great addition to the restaurants in this shopping center and I'd love to try some more items on the menu next time.
