    Iced Coffee

Don't usually do reviews BUT I come here at least once a week cause they have the BEST iced coffee!! Only $4.50 and beats every other coffee I've had in this area and I've lived here my whole life. Donuts are always fresh and the owners are always here serving everyone!

Quality/Quantity - Got a dozen donuts, 6 in each box; see pictures. Different prices for each type of donut, see picture. Other snacks are also available. Decent selection of drinks. Coffee, tea, boba tea, smoothies, milk shake, ice cream, slush, frappe, soda, juice, milk, energy drinks, etc. Atmosphere - Small local business. Small parking lot. Open 6 days a week from 4:30am to 8pm, closed Sunday. Service - Good. Price - $16. 75¢ to use a credit card. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success! We like to support local businesses.

Support this donut shop at all cost! I've been coming here since I was a kid and the owners remain kind, friendly and their donuts are still tasty as ever! I don't come as often when I lived closer, but I'm still glad to see their business open. I know they've had major setback from COVID and on my recent visit, the owner told me their store was broken into 3 times in 1 year. I think that's why they close early when they're sold out or when the sunsets, for safety issue. I can't imagine all the stress he is under maintaining the shop. So it's understandable that when I came in a late day around 5:00 pm, there wasn't as much options compared to the mornings. Some of our favorite flavors are sprinkles, maple, old-fashion, glaze and chocolate glaze. Less in variety didn't deter from their consistency. Their donuts are still one of my favorites in the area. It's $16.00 for a dozen, he even added 2 extra ones even with the circumstances. Their jalapeño ham & cheese croissant is $4.50 each, and absolutely always got to get one these every time I visit! Place has ample parking, accepts cash and card.

Pre-covid 19 & covid-19 reviews. I love this donut shop. I used to come here to buy few dozens of donuts for my office. The guy at the counter is always friendly and nice. My coworkers love the donuts and the price is reasonable. My favorite is the plain sugar donut. It's fluffy, not greasy, not too sweet and paired well with a cup of black coffee. I have been back several times during the pandemic and the service is still amazing. It's a delicious and cheap snack when I get stressed out from staying at home all day. I am not a fan of its cream puff, but it's one of the best sellers at this donut place. 4 stars!! I am a fan! San Gabriel Donut is yummylicious!!

Called a day ahead to preorder 3 dozen cream puffs and 1 dozen blueberry donut holes. Arrived today to pick up the order and the owner apologized and said they ran out of the flour to make the blueberry donuts so it wasn't available - no biggie, I mainly wanted the cream puffs. And the cream puffs definitely did not disappoint! So light and fluffy I could easily eat so many in one sitting. Will be back for more next time! $5.50/dozen. Owner also gave me a free donut that was also delicious!

Best donut shop in town. I work about 30 seconds from them and stop in often. Probably been here a hundred times. The donuts are always fresh and the owners always make you feel welcome. I can't drink caffeine but they always have a pot of decaf ready and I appreciate that. The owners see me walking up and they start pouring my coffee, they know my order. Also can't beat the price. 2.70 for a medium coffee and donut. Every donut I've had here is delicious. Sugar twist, chocolate glazed, glazed with sprinkles.. You have to stop in and experience the friendly service for yourself. Hard working people who deserve a lot of business.

Great spot to find some decent boba drinks and donuts. The cashier suggested some virgin margarita slushie and it tasted great. ...... Lowkey.... I went home and pour some tequila in.

As I type this review, I'm already jittery from its sugar rush. (Important: Bring Cash. There's a 50 Cent additional fee for card.) I arrived at KC Donuts (San Gabriel) on a Monday (around 6:35AM). Parking is available in a cramped lot or the nearby neighborhood. I chose neighborhood parking since it's easy to find a spot. Staff is professional, friendly, and welcoming. Staff worked hard. And Staff promptly answered all my questions. On ambiance, KC Donuts (San Gabriel) is spacious for a donut spot. There's also plenty of tables, and there's a couple bottles of hand sanitizers for customers. It's also fairly clean. This popular location had a steady flow of morning customers. Overall, I had a very good experience at KC Donuts (San Gabriel). There is a tasty KICK to their goods, and I can easily see how someone who's craving sugar would immediately choose this location. 4.7 out of 5

So , today was my first rodeo here and I have to say : amazing. customer service is so nice and their sandwiches & juices ? AMAZING. The hype & rave my coworkers give this place lives up to it. I ordered 2 turkey sandwiches (about $10 each) 3 green juices ($6 each) (A3, the order number of the juice because they have more than 1 green juice) , 1 red juice ($6, this one has like carrot, beets, and some other veggies but I forgot) , and 1 box of a dozen donuts ($17) all for around $60ish. I love the bread that they use on the sandwiches, not sure if they make it in house but it is definitely not just store brought bread at a market. And everytime I drink their juice i definitely feel good internally, it's like my body likes it. You can see them press the juices in house! The place itself has limited parking space I would say and the interior is definitely mom & pop shop vibes but those are the best places ! I would definitely recommend as well as try their tuna sandwiches because I've heard they're delicious!

Donuts, drinks, sandwiches were great. Cronuts not so much.. I've been really craving a cronut lately, many donut shops don't make them anymore. And saw that they still make them and only have a limited amount before they sell out everyday. It would be best to call to see if they have any left before making you way there if that is what you're looking for specifically, which I was. The recent photos of their cronuts looked so good from other people and sadly that wasn't what I got when I stopped by on a Friday morning around 9am. They have a list of filling you can choose from. I chose Custard, wasn't too sweet and just as expected. Cronut itself was almost like a sliced white bread texture- not much layers like a croissant, not really flaky or buttery.. Glaze on the outside was very very sweet and too thick it created a crust.

And my Alhambra neighborhood go-to is Mr Good's, a no-frills bakery off Valley that shares a strip mall with an aquarium store and a small-operation law office. The doors open at 5AM daily, as the brusquely efficient elderly owners load trays into the display case and grab your selections with a transactional lack of warmth or courtesy. In the early morning, the bright fluorescent lights feel particularly oppressive. Stainless steel chairs are pushed up against 2 wooden laminate tables, and the remaining counter space is littered with old appliances, pink takeout boxes, and other knick-knacks. The poorly lit donut display is filled only with the most traditional varieties -- the apple fritter and cinnamon roll are the edgiest options. Chinese pop music plays, interrupted intermittently by crackling feedback and newscasts from the tiny flatscreen television behind the counter. A consistent trickle of regulars arrive to dine in and take out during the weekday earlybird service. When I arrived about an hour into opening, I was surprised to find that not all donuts were yet available -- specifically, I was left without any maple or chocolate-frosted options. Instead, I settled on a plain glazed raised donut and an apple fritter. The still-warm ring was anything but "plain", and it sported a pleasantly even, melt-in-your-mouth glaze and an excellently light texture. In contrast, the warm fritter was bogged down by grease and butter; despite occasional apple chunks, the flavor was overwhelmingly cinnamon-y and one-dimensional. My two donuts ran me $3.60, cash only. While I might not get the fritter again, the fresh, plain glazed was an unequivocal winner. I see Mr Good's as an occasional on-the-go joint for those hoping to eschew bland chains, but without the bandwidth to trek out to LA's donut heavyweights.
