My friends and I stopped in around noon on Monday, 4/28/25. I was super excited to try this place. My plate was delicious but the shrimp were so so salty. I had to mix them with the beans and rice just to tone down the saltiness. The service was good and it is a nice restaurant inside and they have great outdoor seating, that's where we sat. I would definitely be back to try something else.

Went here after friends recommendation. I had the steak fajitas on a sizzling platter. Came with side of flour tortillas, guacamole, beans and rice. Flavor good but not the best in the area. Flour tortillas served a little slow as far as I am concerned. Chips and salsa good but needed more zing IMO. My wife had two shredded beef tacos which were okay. Margaritas and beer good.

I have only ever ordered to go here but today my wife and I ate in. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. It was very clean with beautiful decor. Our waitress was so nice and got everything correct. The food was hot and fresh. Their salsa is so good and they give it with chips. Fresh lemon for our water as well we were so happy. I cannot wait to eat here again. Perfect little date night, not too crowded or loud. They also have an amazing happy hour as well!

My friends and I wanted to get some street tacos after golf. Personally I wanted to just chill out in some AC room and enjoy the street tacos. One of the staff members of the Marriott Shadow Ridge Golf Course recommended this restaurant even though I did find one that had rave reviews. Fortunately this was a regular sit down restaurant with street tacos as well as a whole lunch menu of various Mexican dishes. We were seated promptly and the restaurant was fully occupied even after 1 pm. It seems that a lot of the local Mexican people who live an work around the area come here for their meals. I ordered their Camarones Al Ajillo which is shrimps sauteed in a buttery garlic sauce and chilli flakes. I recall one friend ordering three Carne Asada tacos which turned out to be pretty full with meat and the other ordering the Carlos Burrito which has shrimp anf chicken mixed in it. Service was very good but they had one person take our drink orders and another person taking our food orders. The food came out pretty quick and it tasted quite good. I loved the garlicky flavor of the shrimps which went well with the spanish rice and refried beans. Of course Mexican Coca-Cola hits the spot perfectly. Based on what I ate, I would consider this an option to visit again the next time I am in the area.

Staff is welcoming and friendly.. though we noticed there was a delay in service. We arrived around 11 am and there was already a decent amount of people. They have live music on Sunday's. A trio that plays classical Mexican ballads. They sing very well and add to the ambience of this Mexican restaurant. The main vocalist takes request and comes and sings are at your table! Our food took a while to arrive but I want to say it was mainly because of the amount of people putting in to go orders. They offer chips and Salsa and it's made fresh! For our appetizer: 1. aguachiles Our main entrees we had: 1.Camarones a la diabla. 2. Tacos (4) lengua, al pastor, asada 2x 3. Asada burrito and a side of fries! Check them out if you're in the Area!

Went to dinner with family and we were greeted right away as we walked in! We sat at our table and as soon as our waitress was done helping another table she came over and greeted us and took our drink order which we order chavelas! She brought out are drinks very quickly and the were good size drinks and very good! She then took our food order and we didn't have to wait long at all before she brought our food order to us and man was it filling and delicious! The place was very calm and relaxing for a dinner on a Saturday night! I will definitely be back again as the whole experience was awesome from the service to the drinks and food I was not disappointed at all!

Excellent experience. Staff extremely helpful and informative. The food was on point and delicious. Especially the Cadillac margaritas. A must for any dining experience. Quite the little gem!

All parking spaces for food delivery cars. Nonsense!

We stopped by around 3 p.m. on a Wednesday and sat at the bar. It wasn't too busy, which made for a relaxing experience. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. For food, we ordered the fish ceviche, taquitos dorados, and the birria tacos. They definitely don't skimp on the portions. Everything is generously sized and perfect for sharing. I especially loved the salsa that came with the taquitos dorados, and the birria was incredibly tender, juicy, and full of flavor. The birria tacos and taquito dorados were easily my favorite and something I'd absolutely order again. Of course, I had to try a few of their margaritas! I sampled the Classic Felipe, Jamaica, and Guava margaritas. The guava margarita was hands down my favorite. Overall, it's a great spot with delicious food, refreshing drinks, generous portions, and excellent happy hour deals. Be sure to check out their happy hour menu, you won't be disappointed!

Portions are not skimp at all and prices were reasonable! My favorite was the shrimp ceviche. I hate to brag, but my ceviche is the best. And tbh, Felipe's is almost as good as mine! Hehehe. Very fresh ingredients with generous portion of shrimp. This was my favorite item we ordered! Tacolgado were mini quesabirria tacos that was perfectly sized to share. This was really good! Then we also ordered the chicken flautas that was really good! The chicken breast was perfectly seasoned and moist but the fried tortilla was not soggy at all. This was so good! The kids enjoyed this the most. Especially the cotija !! So so good. Wednesdays are 50% off their margaritas which I wasn't able to try but next time, I will! The ladies next to us ordered a few and I overheard how they were all good! The restaurant is family friendly, clean and decor was very cute! Service was very attentive and the servers were very quick. We enjoyed our 1st time and definitely plan to come back!

That said, Pueblo Viejo Grill was legitimately solid. I love crispy chicken tacos, and they are harder to get right than you would think. A lot of places land squarely in the mediocre zone. These were not that. Pueblo's version was quite good and easily lands in the top half of my personal crispy chicken taco rankings. Service was pretty good, especially considering the place was packed on a Friday night. You could tell they were hustling. What really stood out is that it is family owned and operated. I had the chance to meet the owners and they were genuinely very nice people, which always adds something to the experience. Given the setting, surrounded by new construction and not a ton of competition, this place could probably get by with less effort. But they do not. They deliver a solid meal and a good experience. Overall, a great choice for dinner. Just bring a little patience when they are busy. Solid 4 to 4.5 stars.

This meant Marilyns everywhere, including the waiters, which made the experience that much more fun. Aside from that, we had made reservations ahead of time thankfully, because it was BUSY. But we were sat just as soon as we had arrived, and despite it being very hot out at the time, they had a bunch of shaded spots with misting fans. The drinks were fantastic, including mine which was a zero-proof mocktail. We all ordered different chicken dishes, and each one received high praise. I was able to try each of them and I was very happy with my fajitas, but I gotta give the nachos their dues. They were just as good. Chips were crispy all the way through, and not one was soggy from all the ingredients. Loved it, will definitely be back when I visit again. Id also like to mention that we chose this place as my friend's Bachelor Party closing dinner, and he couldn't have been happier. He was so thrilled with how the weekend had gone, that dining at Clandestino's really was the cherry on top. Thank you for making our dining experience such a pleasant one.

Since moving here some nine months ago I've eaten at a dozen or so. Some OK. Most very good, some great and even one awful. Guadalajara Café & Bar is an absolute stand out. It's my new go to spot. I knew I was in a good place when I saw how many people walked in and were clearly known to the staff as regulars. The decor is simple, clean and you can see the cooks working through the busy pass through. Plenty of parking. The chips are fresh, crispy and lightly salted. The salsa is outstanding with the right amount of heat. It was lunch time and I'm not much for alcohol so I didn't try any of the drink offerings this visit... next time! Between two of us we ordered the fish tacos which were excellent. Also had the chili relleno which, unless I'm mistaken was battered and fried when ordered, not left sitting waiting to be ordered, huge difference! And the sauce on the relleno was perfect. Also had the mole enchilada with it. Again, unless I'm mistaken the mole was made fresh in house and was the best I've had in a long time. The waitstaff was great efficient, attentive and made sure we were happy. And were they hustling! Busy place and they didn't miss a thing. Five stars across the board food, staff, venue... even pricing! To quote a famous movie line, "I'll be back" Sorry no photos, I was too busy eating LOL.
