Great place, excellent services. But in the end I got very disappointed when I closed my transaction. The front desk wouldn't apply my Yelp discount and I spend over 330$ so I really got upset. She said she couldn't make it happen . Very disappointed. And I wanted some of their supplements pills which were about 25$, I would of gotten them with that discount. I had a super awful facial a few months ago so I am SUPER hesitant about letting people do extractions/touch my face. I booked an appointment with Jess W and she was absolutely incredible. She listened attentively to all my concerns and made me feel comfortable and heard. My facial felt awesome and I really liked the way I looked after it. Plus, Jess listened to me ramble about my whole skin care routine and talked me through the products I needed for my skin. She recommended normal products, not just ones that were incredibly expensive that she could get a commission on. That meant a lot because it was not just about her plugging spa products but actually taking care of me. I usually dont go to spas because I get uncomfortable about laying in the dark and having a stranger touch me; however, when I got my facial done here, the worker made me feel so relaxed, I even fell asleep! I had an amazingly relaxing 4 hour spa day with a friend. The aestheticians are all professional, friendly, and calming. My friend who is pregnant did a package that included a massage, facial, and paraffin foot therapy. I had a massage, facial, and salt glow treatment. I had an issue where my mother wasn't able to make it to the appointment and the staff worked with me to reschedule the appointment without any major issues or concerns. I had the good fortune to get Lily as my esthetician; having only had one prior facial in my life, I didn't really know what to ask for.
