We were signed up for the Star Trek room but it kept glitching. So we had to leave and come back later. When we came back, we were strongly advised to not do the Star Trek room as it was still glitching. So we did amber sky. It worked most of the time but did end up glitching for one of the players whose gun did not work the whole time. He also needed assistance a couple of times because of technical issues and the game was paused. But it was pretty fun over all. I also did not know the photo they take at the beginning goes in a video and it was an awful photo as I didn't know they were taking it and I was surprised. So if you're reading this, you've been warned. Smile :) read more

Reserved Deadwood Mansion for two people as a bday gift. I read the reviews about equipment and glitches and didn't experience any of that. At one point we slammed into each other and had to pause the game. Our fault! We screamed the whole way through ended the game full of sweat and heart still pounding. Terrible experience! The game was glitchy the whole time and we didn't get to enjoy it. It was so bad that an employee gave me the managers card and said to email or call him for a refund. I emailed, called and texted 3 days ago and still haven't gotten a response. His pitch was amazing but he was very genuine. Then we were introduced to Rose who helped us suit up for our Amber Sky adventure. The experience was nothing short of f**king phenomenal! My heart was racing, and all my senses were fully immersed into the virtual reality. Even though you are just suited up in an open room...... you get so into it that you forget where you really are! My boyfriend and I came on Father's Day and our reservation got pushed back by 45 minutes and they weren't really very organized however an employee by the name of James turned the whole experience around. I had a small group just my brother and I not expecting to get a game in, one of the workers named katie was soo nice very patient with us as I had a hard time convincing my brother to do this game. She was very helpful and explained every game in detail, my brother gets a little nervous and shy with certain things and she was awesome with him. He's also a little bit on the bigger side was a little nervous about equipment not fitting but it did! Again katie was very helpful throughout our whole experience, we had a blast! ME AND MY BOYFRIEND had sooooo much fun!!! The experience was amazing and fulfilling. We got there late after I booked it at 3:30 but me calling ahead and telling them that we will be late till 5pm. The staff was really cool about it and weren't bothered by it. We got there, signed up really quick. Then we waited no more than 5 minutes. Then we were strapping up, and we went to our own green room, they put vest on us, the whole nine yards. The staff was amazing and very informal. We had so much fun doing the deadwood mansion which was a horror game. It was scary but fun to do, they are others game to play too. But overall, a MUST GO!!!((: read more

Family fun experience. Took my kids out for some VR, check in 15min before scheduled time then suit up. We did the Amber Sky VR and it was a unique experience. Kids love it because it was a shooter style game with some Aliens. Experience lasted for 30min. Will come back to try zombie VR read more

Kinda bummed about this because we were so excited to go. Our appointment was at 7:15PM we didn't get into a room until 8PM, since we had to wait for others to finish & they switched our room because a bigger crowd came at 745PM. When I asked the woman could we just go into room 2 since our appointment was at 7:15 & we had checked in 10-15 mins before the party they were putting in the room she said no. Stating they had a 7:15 appointment too so although they came & checked in after us was still able to go in before us which was extremely annoying since we had been waiting!! The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the guy whose room we went into was pretty cool. We were told we'd get an extra game since we had to wait but never did. Just sucks we waited almost an hour & had 2 different parties check in after us & we're able to start before us!! read more

I really enjoyed my experience. They were efficient getting us checked in , and super helpful during the whole experience. Katie was our facilitator for the Star Trek voyage, and did an awesome job assisting us with whatever we needed. The VR itself was really cool, and they edited a surprisingly good video of us that came out minutes after we were done. All the staff was friendly and helpful. I can't wait to go back. Lots of fun! We chose deadwood mansion since my kids enjoy call of duty zombies lol. Brendan (sorry if I misspelled your name!) was really kind and helped us get set up. He also stayed in the room to make sure no one was injured. The equipment wasn't too heavy and my middle school aged kids did just fine. I would recommend wearing light clothing for better comfort. There are also borders to keep you from hitting the walls, but even so it's a pretty fun immersive experience once your gear is on. The team also sends a small clip of your play after it's over. This place is great! I came with a large group for a team building exercise. Everyone had fun and the staff was super friendly.

$50 a person and each person had something wrong with the equipment needed to properly play. One of my controllers wasn't working, and the in game communication amongst the party was not functioning properly so we couldn't hear our team. If they can get everything to work flawlessly it would make a huge difference read more

Equipment cut my head. My friend got a cut of her hand. Experience had many issues such as sync problems, no sound, no visual, and limited room space did not match VR space to walk around. Cost was too expensive. Remembrance pics sent after was not a good depiction. read more

The VR is an absolutely hilariously fun experience. We've played deadwood mansion and Valley now. Both are a bunch of fun and would recommend a group of 3+ to really enjoy it together. It's a bit hard with 2 people and much more fun with 4!!! read more
