Unfortunately, this was one of the worst pub experiences I've had in a long time. There was only one waitress working the floor, and while she was clearly doing her best, it was completely unrealistic for one person to handle the volume of customers. That is a management failure, not a staff issue. It took over 30 minutes just to receive a drink, and when my drink finally arrived, it was both incorrect and terrible. Even more disappointing--no offer was made to fix it or replace it. The food was just ok, the presentation was nice, but the plate was not flat and was spinning while I tried to cut up my salad. I was there with about 10 others, and the overall experience was uncomfortable. The accommodations are outdated, poorly maintained, and not aesthetically appealing at all, which made the long wait and poor service even more noticeable. I always try to support us, but it's just so hard to do so! I definitely won't be back, nor will I ever recommend this place to any of my circles!! This establishment is clearly understaffed and mismanaged, and until that is addressed, I cannot recommend it to anyone--especially groups. I have tried to give this establishment a chance several times. I ordered the lemon pepper wings and barbecue wings. The LP wings were sooooooooooooooooo salty, that I had to ask for something else. My husband (a Disabled Veteran) and I visited the "Pub" on Saturday, December 9, 2023 to enjoy his high school Christmas gathering. As he very often does when we go out, my husband (a Marine) had his service dog with him. The service dog goes to parks, church, and restaurants with us. He has even flown Delta with us in the cabin. Unfortunately, after about 30 minutes of greeting classmates, my husband was told that the dog would have to leave, or we could eat outside on the patio on a cold and rainy day. That was like taking his child to the car. Not happening! So, rather than tolerate their unlawful decision, we left his class party. The American Disability Act, as enforced by the Department of Justice, specifically states that all service dogs must be allowed into any and all types of businesses and public spaces, whether they are markets, restaurants, dry cleaners or theaters. Visited with a group of my "Sisters". There were about 25 of us. The restaurant did a good job of providing us with ample space. The restaurant was not really packed on a Thursday night. Servers was very nice and friendly. Food was hot and fresh as most of us ordered wings or fish. Potato skins were not to our liking as most of the cheese was on the paper and just thrown together. Catfish nuggets were very good!!! When food came out it was good; however there was a very long wait for some ppls food items. Items ordered at same tables came 30 mins after other orders. Not sure if kitchen staff or servers were prepared for a small crowd. All in all, the food was good and I will recommend to others and return if in the area. read more

It's been a while since I patronize this place & now I remember why! Reason: Restaurant owner should give this place & the staff customer service training. After removing the bun, lettuce & tomatoes to warm the patty up...why in the heck did I find a 2nd toothpick under the bun through the bottom half of the other half of the burger. I almost felt like it was INTENTIONAL because, why would a toothpick be laid down in the middle of the Hamburger. Usually restaurants out one tooth pick in the center of the burger however, it was under the bun. Like how would someone know that this was there before butting down into it. Like who does that and why would they put a toothpick in each half sounds really odd and intentional. I think I'm going to call the restaurant to let them know of this safety issue. read more

This is my go to spot daily for a night cap to relax. I would have rated it a bit higher, yet was reluctant due to the service and attitudes of certain employees. Well at first glance this place seemed to be a very nice establishment with a hearty selection of food on the menu. We were among the first to come in as we were here when the doors opened. I should have known what was in store for us when we drove up and the doors were locked and they were not open. Five minutes later the doors opened. I ordered catfish nuggets as an appetizer, Then I ordered the Philly Steak sandwich with sweet potato fries.The nuggets were well seasoned, the Philly was delicious and the sweet potato fries were good. The noise level can get viciously high, especially on game days. There are a lot of tv's and a very nice well stocked bar. I didn't notice much social distance being observed although some of the tables are distanced apart from each other. I did notice a lot of the customers are regulars that congregated all over. To my surprise I did not get a reciept for my credit card payment. I'm not sure I like this method. Overall I wish I could say that this was the best experience I've ever had however it was not. The service is always very slow here. I even felt forgotten as the time between my appetizer and order for my meal was extremely long. When I was able to get someone to the table to order the meal the server immediately thought I wanted the check and was ready to leave. The food did come out in a timely manner. Hot and delicious. Visited this location meeting some friends only to encounter a snag in customer service. Our meet and greet event was from approximately 5pm to 8pm. Around 7PM several members of a group entered the establishment warning paying customers they needed to remove their vehicles parked directly in front of the restaurant. The reason is parking spaces were reserved after 7pm on Friday, I assume, for a car club. Funny thing, when I drove into the parking lot, it was roped off with yellow caution tape, blocked by personal vehicles and loud music coming from them. But, it shares public space with CVS drugstore and other businesses. After about 30 minutes away from the initial announcement, a young woman walks around to tables, then finally speaks through the microphone at the DJ booth. This time her announcement included an idle threat. If patrons didn't move, they would be forced to move. Well, that threw me for a loop because there weren't marked parking spots that said, "reserved". There wasn't a sign in front of the area that notified patrons they should not park there after 7PM. When did local government start charging for parking permits in a public parking lot? Boy, I gotta move back to Texas...lol!! Who wants to visit a location where your dinner or fun is interrupted by idle threats or reservations to accommodate a certain population of people? Wasn't really happy with my visit at this restaurant. We sat down to eat, and it took a while for the server to even acknowledge we were there. Once we ordered our food, our server seemed very unhappy with the fact that she had to work that day. The atmosphere Was OK. It was a weekday so maybe on weekends things might be a little bit more upbeat. The food not so great but it is a Pub bar food as what they offer and bar food is what you get. Parking is a little tricky because it is in a strip mall there is outdoor seating and there are several TVs for viewing sports. This spot has changed names a few times, but has been in place for a while. They usually keep a nice crowd of people regardless of if a major sporting event is taking place. According to one of the longtime bartenders it's mostly locals from the area or those that don't won't to deal with the hustle and bustle of the camp creek area. Nothing bad to say about this spot. I'm strictly here for the catfish salad and homemade ranch dressing; amazing. I rated them a three (3) because of the time it takes for the kitchen to prepare my food; even on a slow night...lol. Had the chance to stop in to this establishment last night. It was Karoke night so the environment was very exciting and upbeat. The place was very clean and had ample seating. The DJ was very funny and everyone was engaged with the theme of the night. Upon placing my order, the waiter was very attentive to our table. The were out of Mozzarella sticks so I wasn't able to get part of my order. Other than that it was as expected. The menu is normal bar/pub food so nothing special. After we arrived at home, we checked our order and not only did they get our wing flavors wrong for one of the wings, but they did not give us our burger. So we called in the restaurant and asked if we could receive the burger and some kind of appeasement for the poor service and the fact that our order was wrong AND missing items and the hostess tried to pawn me off with a beverage. Absolutely despicable. So, on my birthday, my friends and I were tired, upset, and unable to enjoy our meals because of our stressful experience at this restaurant and I did not receive food that I PAID FOR. Solid locals spot! I order catfish bites (delicious ) and sweet potato fries (heavenly ) and a salad (bright crisp colorful) every time I order. I have been pleased with the quality and quantity. It comes out piping hot and so good no need for hot sauce! Service is good sometimes short staffed maybe because I come at weird hours before the crowd as it can get really loud. Randomly went in here to get some food on my lunch break, first time trying it out like about two weeks ago and the food is amazing. I always order the honey bbq wings and fries lunch special along with this drink that the bartender makes special for me. BTW, i don't know her name, I just know that she is a sweetheart and provides excellent customer service. mon - fri, the waitress and bartender in the morning/afternoon shift are very nice.
