I have been forced to eat at this place many times as it is currently the only restaurant in PSP. It is quite simply one of the worst restaurants on the planet. Terrible food, worse service. And despite having an open air patio with a view, they somehow still manage to mess that up--on my latest visit there was literal garbage decomposing less than a few feet from me, perfuming my tasteless meal with the smell of rotten eggs. This establishment is a stain on the earth and an embarrassment to the human spirit.

They have a grab and go entrance, and a dine-in entrance. I got here on a Tuesday at 1200. Waited 5 minutes and I was sat at the window with gorgeous views. The wait staff was friendly and attentive. The food came out quickly and was better than average. Prices are reasonable. And they have comfort food. Grilled cheese and tomato soup for the win.

I arrived at the airport super early for a 3:45 flight. Since I had time to kill, I figured I'd eat a late lunch. (I had intended to have an early dinner, in Las Vegas.) It was a super muggy and hot day, so walking inside to an air-conditioned location was nice. Small bar, to your left. Bar-type seating facing out to the concourse and local runway. I sat at a two top in the center. Menu is pretty limited. I opted for a buffalo chicken wrap. I saw in the description that it has ranch dressing, so I asked the waiter to not put that in. He said that it was part of the buffalo sauce. I asked for no sauce then. My wrap was a decent size and there was a side of fries. The fries were the kind that coated in something, so they had a different texture than regular fries. The wrap was super dry, of course, since I asked for no sauce. (I'd rather have dry than eat ranch!) The chicken in the wrap wasn't anything special. I found it quite dry. I'm glad it had some lettuce and tomato. The bacon was good. I added some mustard to my wrap. My iced tea came in a small clear plastic cup. There were actual glasses at the bar, so I was kinda surprised that I got a plastic cup. I guess they figure you'll take it with you to the terminal. Service was ok. There was a young lady who was bussing. She was watching everyone like a hawk. Overall, I had an overpriced mediocre lunch. I guess if I were a drinker, this place would be nice to do some people and plane watching.

They had really good food. The waiter was nice, and luckily they weren't very busy the afternoon that we got there, so no wait and good attention from our waiter. However, pretty soon the place filled up later around the end of our meal and the waiter got busier. We did have good service the whole time, and our orders were correct. The fries were amazing. Perfectly fried crispy texture outside and fluffiness inside, and good flavor. The waiter recommended the buffalo chicken wrap over the pasta and it was quite good! I had enough for leftovers that I ate at my next layover and was quite satisfyingly full. My companion had a few whiskey sour drinks and he said they were pretty good too. The dining area here is very light-filled, with many window views out to the other parts of the airport and a close location to the central walking hallway. They also have a grab and go section at this restaurant I think, if you enter through the left-hand door or walk through to the side, where the counter is. I wouldn't mind coming to eat here again, though I don't see myself coming to the Palm Springs airport again for any reason soon.

Very ok spot for a meal while waiting for your flight. I think this is the only sit down restaurant in the airport. The line was initially long but some folks gave up and we moved forward. We were able to get a table for 3 within 30 min. We had plenty of time to waste before our flight. They seemed short staffed but where is it not these days. My burger was decent and paired it with a beer. They offer local beers- Coachella brewing and LaQuinta brewing. There was outside seating but while we were there, it was closed for some reason.

Yes! This airport food place deserves a five! We sat the bar and we ordered a cheeseburger and fries to split. They divided it in the kitchen which was a nice thought. They didn't skimp on the fries. The burger was well made and fries crispy and hot. The bartender refilled our soda without having to ask. Our bartender was caring in the mad rush they had to deal with. Give her a raise. Marie! When you're passing thru Palm Springs between gates 9-12. Come for a well made burger.

This really is a "don't have any expectations" of an airport eatery and the two times I've been were both eh. The food isn't anything that stands out or is worth raving about. I will say this spot is great if you come for drinks only. Only thing I've noticed is the PSP doesn't really have many food options and within this wing this is the only place to sit-down. I recommend actually grabbing a bite to eat before you come to the airport and only see this place for a libation before your flight.

Finding a decent spot to eat in an airport is always somewhat of a gamble. I know I can't expect the world but hey I was hungry and I thought maybe just maybe this spot would be cool. Maybe we came on the wrong day or something but the host who sat us was like "egh". Seem like they didn't care at all. Anywho, I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap (which is supposed to come with bacon mind you) and the waiter suggested I also add avocado. Ok, now that sounds hella good. Long story short, when I received my wrap there was no bacon and no avocado. I wasn't really tripping but I was hoping for that extra bit of awesomeness from the California gold we call the avocado and salty piece of heaven we call bacon. But nope. It's fine, wasn't tripping at all. It's the airport what did I expect? Anyway, the wrap was actually "ok" but would I return, probably not.

So this is literally the ONLY option at the Palm Springs airport for food and drinks (alcoholic). It is also indoors (at least half of it is). Unfortunately, because its the only option at PSP, the service is not the best, and you might be waiting longer times with busier crowds. This airport really needs to open up an additional indoor option (it has one, at their "regional terminal" but I've never seen it open). The wings here are actually really good. I'd recommend buying a bottle of Prosecco to share, that way you're not waiting too long.

This restaurant (in the Palm Springs Airport) has one of the worst customer service I've ever dealt with at an airport. I waited 25 minutes on Saturday 12/23 for a salad at the food-to-go counter while other people that came in after me got their food before me. When I asked about it the kid said I was next. After seeing 2 more people leap frog me I then said I either need my salad or a refund. The kid just replied you want a refund or you want to wait? I replied that depends on how long. No "let me check", no "I'm sorry", no nothing! He then just gave me my salad, not even a thank you. Don't go here, very POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS from this place!

Waiting for our flight at the airport to go back to Chicago. Customer service was ok, seated us quickly, but it took quite a bit of time to get waited on then served. I orders a Bloody Mary, a cheeseburger and fries. My wife ordered a grilled cheese and soup. When we received the food, it was almost 27 mins after we ordered it. It want that busy, so I was a little shocked. Overall, it's airport food, and I hope we won't have to eat here again.

Two of us ordered the Chicken Spinach Salad. It's described as having toasted almonds, dried cranberries, goat cheese and balsamic vinaigrette for $19. I ordered mine without the cheese. The flavor and quality of all of the ingredients were great, but I'm still hungry! $19 for a salad at the airport is normal, but there was hardly anything on the shallow plate and no time to order more food. Service was slow and they were busy. Maybe understaffed, idk. Our drinks didn't come until we reminded staff for them when our salads arrived. Quality good. Portions not so much. Service around average. The hamburger the next table over looked like it would've been a better choice. We opted to sit outside. There is a small indoor area.

Stopped in for a layover in Palm Springs. Restaurant makes great use of the open air concept throughout the airport. I was greeted and seated. Then waited on. Food came out within 5 minutes of placing my order. I ordered the Chicken Caprese Sandwich and Cucumber Cooler to drink. Sandwich was delicious, generous cut of chicken. Fries were mid. And cocktail could be balanced better. As far as a quick bite in between flights, among the better that I've had, and most of that is because of the ambiance. read more

With only one restaurant at PSP and only one cook at this restaurant (which we found out after waiting in line and sitting in wait for our food for 29 minutes) this is the best you're going to get at this airport until the new restaurant opens. I would suggest grab and go if you have a flight taking off in under two hours. As I write this review I'm not sure if my food will come before we have to cancel the order and board our flight. I removed a star because the ketchup was empty and the food came out just under an hour after we were seated. read more

Located in the Palm Springs airport, this is one of the 2 places to get some food. They are currently under construction to add several more restaurants and bars. This is much needed. Service is very slow. Don't expect to get seated, order and eat within 45 minutes. This was at 4:15pm. Service is great and staff nice and friendly. I ordered the Buffalo chicken wrap and fries. This was not bad. Fries were fresh and crunchy yet soft. Indoor and outdoor seating. TV in the bar area for sports. I ordered a Bloody Mary and that was surprisingly good. If you have the time and are hungry, get a bite here. read more

Great place for airport food! Hubs and I shared the chicken caprese sandwich with a side spinach salad and fries. It was all quite tasty! The fries are crispy and the salad is fresh. We'd certainly dine here again on our way out of Palm Springs. read more

Service is horrible. I ordered a meal from the to go bar, I didn't notice there was a separate entrance for dinner in. The waiter refused to let me sit inside or at the bar. Basically kicking me out. I tried to explain I would have ordered from him if I'd known but he said it didn't matter and told me to leave. read more

Great service, paper straws, really good, fresh food. So glad we checked this place out before a long flight home! Tuna salad, sprouts, cucumber croissant had my name written all over it & the chicken spinach salad my partner got was also done just right! What an unexpected surprise that didn't match normal airport food expectations! read more

I was at the restaurant last night, and I ordered a Meal. Marie the bartender was Amazing. I went downstairs to relax and smoked a cigarette. I love the outdoor experience of the Airport. I will definitely be back. I cannot wait to see how remodel turns out. read more

My husband and I were wanting to catch a smile bite to eat in the morning while waiting for our flight to board. Palm Springs international airport is fairly small, so choices are somewhat limited. We popped into Santa Rosa Kitchen for some coffee and ended up ordering a breakfast burrito to share. Everybody knows food at the airport is a tad marked up, and that's fine by me. The breakfast burrito we got tasted great, and came with a very delicious side of salsa. The cute little triangle shaped hash brown tasted delicious too. It was the perfect little morning bite to perk us up and prepare us for our flight home. Delicious place for breakfast! read more

I cannot wait until there are other food options available at the Palm Springs airport. Literally every time I come here. I wait 10-15 mins to get a table. Today I waited 15 minutes and finally just got out of line. There was only one couple in front of me the whole time waiting to also be seated. When u are finally seated they're regularly very slow to serve you. They really need to add staff when it's considered high season in Palm Springs because this is not somewhere or you can sit for hours as you have a flight to catch. It is so frustrating. read more

Service was abysmal. Multiple waiters passed us to serve guests who arrived after us, I presume because they were dressed much nicer. We asked two different servers to take our order and they refused. They said someone else would be out to help us eventually--so we left. I suggest PSP coffee house downstairs instead. Quick and friendly service. read more

The wait was an hour the server and cashier had let me know. I ordered a drink to wait for my food and the cashier recommended the "bacon and Mac" .. when the they sat me I asked for water and then ordered a Greyhound from the bar server. Customer Service is great ! It was unfortunate that their delivery got delayed so the menu was limited but the side salad substitution for fries was just as good. Yes it sucked that things we wanted were not available but it is understandable for it being the only restaurant at this airport for right now. Liked that this place had outdoor seating. There weren't a ton of options on the menu, but what I got was fine. I would say that the service was pretty slow which can be challenging when you were trying to catch a flight. read more

Make sure to eat before you get to PSP airport! We grabbed a seat at the bar on a Sunday morning at about 9:30am. We were lucky as the place was packed. Ordered drinks, and the bloody Mary's were good, but that's where it ends. Three of us ordered a burrito/wrap and after waiting 50 mins with no food, and no refill on drinks (waiter didn't even check on us), I asked the waiter for an update as he passed by us for the 20th time. He said our food was coming out shortly. Fast forward another 15 mins and he brings out the wrong order altogether. I explained to him that the food was wrong (I ordered a buff chicken wrap and got a bacon breakfast burrito lol?) and he admitted it was his fault. I'm still not sure exactly what happened but needless to say, I refused the food and went and bought a cold Turkey sandwich from the fridge next door. Luckily, we still had 5 mins before our flight boarded. read more

Horrible hostess and other staff. My waitress, whom I didn't get her name, was very friendly. But the hostess!!! Terrible! I walked in, no signage, no one at the door. Walked into the bar area and started to take a seat. It is a random, bar/eatery at one of the smallest airports so I figured it was ok. The hostess looks at me, rolls her eyes and says "did you just walk in here?" I respond with a smile, oh yea I'm sorry. She walks away towards the front so I follow her. Then I say so is this what you needed for me to walk up here to get checked in?? She then takes me back to the same exact seat seconds later to sit down. I then hear other patrons almost getting into it with the bartender as the bartender and or a server was getting sassy with another patron. Look I get it, you have people from all over coming in and out of the establishment. But the attitude with customers that DO NOT deserve it is uncalled for especially in a mediocre overpriced bar/restaurant. read more

I added a side order of scrambled eggs to my order. Everything was fabulous! I devoured everything. Sadly we didn't have room for dessert! However, the outdoor setup made the dining experience very uncomfortable. We were constantly dealing with flies around our food, and no fans or coverings were provided to help with the heat or food exposure. Additionally there was a piece of hair on my friend's nachos. It was difficult to enjoy the meal in those conditions. As for the food, we ordered nachos and a carne asada plate with drinks, and while the food itself was good, the environment made it hard to enjoy it fully. The bill came out to nearly $150, and given the conditions, it felt disappointing. I would strongly recommend management: * Address the unsafe and uneven parklet flooring * Improve outdoor dining comfort (fans, pest control, etc.) * Allow indoor seating when space is available, especially in extreme heat The staff and food were great, but the dining environment needs attention to match the price point and quality of the kitchen.

I found the salmon crepe to be really delicious, served with a jammy egg, a generously sized portion of salmon on a bed of spinach with some creme fraiche all wrapped in a delicious crepe wrap. I've never had anything quite like it. Also major compliments to the simple but refreshing side salad that came with each of our breakfasts, but we were also given the option of potatoes or mixed berries. Would recommend highly to anyone in the area looking for a good spot to have brunch.

We also got the shaking beef and pork noodles. The shaking beef was so tender and delicious. The pork noodles were decent, can't complain. Service was great. Aidan was always there to take care of us and answer questions we had with a smile every time. Place is very calm and has a good dark setting. We will definitely come back anytime we come to Palm Springs!

I've been in once before a while back for a drink which was just whatever then. But everytime I would walk by, it was alway lively. Today, after a stroll along the boulevard, we popped in for a drink. Of course they were pretty busy to start with. Checked in with the hostess which we mentioned that we just wanted a drink and if we could sit along the hi top counter along the front. Her reaction was quite cute and sweet and seated us there. I believe our waitress Brenda or Brandee (I could be wrong). The sweetest and friendliest. We happened to make it right before happy hour was over from 3-5. The menu was quite small both for the main and happy hour. Main consist of some starters, a handful of entrees and some desserts. HH had some drinks special, a couple dollars off drinks and some dollars off shareable plates. We just had one of the beer on tap which was on happy hour for 6.00. Also one of the flatbread pizza which came up to 12.00 on happy hour. A recommendation from the waitress which was great. It didn't take long for drinks to arrive and then the food right after. Flatbread was quite nice and cheesy. A good combination for a meal. We were having dinner later so something lite to share was great. During the time we were there, the live entertainment was setting up with live music. A nice treat to have while dining. The location is excellent. Right in the heart of town and on the main strip where people watching is amazing. There's a full bar right in the middle so that was nice. The hi top seating along the front is perfect for people watching. The whole patio seating is great for people watching. Overall, we enjoyed our quick little bite with a cold beer and flatbread. Service was great as everyone was very sweet and friendly. Love the live music added to the dining experience. Our waitress was amazing and the sweetest.
