    Chicken Teriyaki over noodles
    Michael S.

No mall food court should be this good. I legit thought this was the only one in existence until I moved to Pittsburgh and they had it in the Ross Park Mall. I will say this, it doesn't taste nearly as good as the one in Bridgewater I don't know what they're doing with their sauce and how much MSG they put in their veggies but dear god I'm here for it all They always give out samples and they're "nice" for the most part. They're just always slammed and lunch style so they're not there to cater you except with that delicious chicken teriyaki Always go double chicken, extra sauce and veggies. Has never served me wrong in my 20+ years of getting it

What can I say? It's Sarku OUTSIDE of the mall. My first time going since it was IN the mall. Kinda liked it better in the mall because there was more ventilation. As soon as you walk in here, you just know you're gonna walk out smelling like Sarku. In any case, we got lucky& came on Teriyaki Tuesday. I didn't even know that was a thing. Any teriyaki for $7.99. Can't beat it. The taste was the same as I remember. Skipped the rice & got all veggies. They tacked on another dollar for that. Veggies could've used about another minute as they were still a little hard (& I don't mind hard cabbage but this was quite crunchy). Service was never, ever friendly but it was always quick.

Love this place. I have been going here since high school. They have moved outside the mall to the shopping center by maggiano italian restaurant.

My friend and I came to Bridgewater mall to check out some of the stores and decided to eat here because we thought it was safe to eat, but we were wrong. The Staff: They do not greet you here or ask you what you want; instead, they stand there and stare at you. They also do not thank you for ordering with them and they speak too low underneath their masks. Combo 4 Chicken/shrimp: The noodles were very oily and tasted salty and as if the oil has not been changed in a long time. The broccoli was changing from a green color to a yellowish color, so my friend did not eat it. The chicken had flavor due to the teriyaki sauce that they put on top of it. The food here gave my friend an upset stomach and we had to leave immediately. Combo 1 Chicken Teriyaki: The fried rice lacked flavor, was too soft, and mushy as if they did not know how to make rice and turn it into fried rice. The carrots were uncooked, and I was given yellowish broccoli. The chicken teriyaki was too salty and some of my chicken was still cold meaning they did not cook them all the way. Overall: This was a big disappointment, and I was better off eating unhealthy food from outside of the mall. This place is not a safe place to eat since they do not check their ingredients or cook it all the way before serving to customers. If you have a sensitive stomach, then I would not recommend this place at all. My friend and I would not come back here no matter what due to various health violations with uncooked food and expired ingredients.

Burnt chicken which I couldn't even eat. I kept telling the chef the food is done, but he kept poking at someone's beef instead.

Took my mom there recently. The guy working the grill doesn't know how to cook. I told him twice that the food was done, but he just kept ignoring me until he gave me a burnt pile of chicken which no one could chew through. There was some sort of manager standing in the middle, so I showed him and the guy just kept nodding his head at me, but doing nothing about it. Now, I'm out $20 for this trash. Very disappointed. I used to go here all the time, but now I don't want to go back.

If you've been shopping all day and need some serious carbo loading this is the place to go. It's located in the food court right next to sketchers. But you would never miss it because the sizzling sound and the smell of stir fried meat will draw you here. I've been here several times for their teriyaki chicken combo and it's delicious. Today I tried out the beef teriyaki. -1 star because the beef was thinly sliced kind of like the meat people use in Philly cheesesteaks. It wasn't what I expected hibachi beef to look like. I was expecting it to be more like beef chunks. The flavor was alright nothing really to rave about. I say stick to the chicken combo and tempuras here. For the cheap price that you're paying you can't expect much from their beef option.

Don't go here saw them cleaning a moving dolly right next to where the food is

For "mall" sushi, it's extremely good! The price seems perfectly just, you get what you pay for!

The yellowtail is flavorful without being too fishy and the salmon cuts are consistently high-quality. The red tuna is alright. Albacore and sea bass are both good. I would definitely recommend trying the rolls and combinations here as well. The sushi is understandably this restaurant's high point, and I cannot emphasize the quality and care enough. Even the plating is beautiful. The environment here is very welcoming. Even when it's completely full, the music and conversations are never overly loud. Used to be BYOB but now has a drinks menu and bar. I haven't tried the sake, but the NJ wines are decent. The desserts are limited. The oreo tempura ice cream is interesting though and unique to this location. I wouldn't recommend getting any desserts, though. I'd fully recommend coming here! It's the best sushi in the area.

Everything we ordered from the kitchen list came out freshly fried and crispy, or cooked or made just the right amount. Sushi and sashimi both looked and tasted fresh. Staff and employees here were pretty helpful as well! I'll give a warning to be careful about how much you order and eat at this place though. The restaurant has a policy that you can order all you want, but you MUST finish eating everything that you order, otherwise you'll be charged for any big leftover waste. Just a heads up to let you know, so don't order too much! Interior has a pretty cool design, but it can also feel a bit cramped when there's a bunch of people sitting.
