Came on a Monday night to sit on the patio. Quick service and was seated right away. This location is mostly street parking but not super hard to find. I got the veggie crepe and a paper plane cocktail and it was delicious. My friend got the flatbread and also enjoyed it. The cocktails and wine are always good. Would come back.

This is my favorite location of Sasha's - it has an awesome patio, first and second floor/rooftop seating that is just, a total vibe. When it's nice outside there is a small wait if you don't have reservations but not too bad. The service is always excellent. The food is very close in comparison to the Sasha's on Shaw; of course our favorite sweet wine to accompany. This location is relatively central in Clayton Delmar area but on a tight street, street parking might be hard to find. Overall, such an excellent option for a date night, girls night outs, just drinks, etc.

Classy little wine bar tucked into a cute neighborhood. Extensive wine list and really great options for food to pair with it. The staff is very knowledgeable an can answer any questions you might have. Their patio upstairs is heated and offers views of the park acrossed the street. Always love a date or girls night here!

Great little neighborhood spot with a spacious patio. They have a great deal on wines during the week for $7 with food. Staff was very friendly and even offered us blankets while we sat outside.

I came here recently with some friends to enjoy the Martini Monday specials. Sasha's is always busy and it's a classic place to enjoy a drink. Service was wonderful with food & drinks coming out quickly. I had the espresso martini, the coffee flavor was nicely balanced with the foam on top. I also ordered the Oven Roasted Chicken Salad Sandwich. A toasted croissant, fresh vegetables, and crunchy chips on the side made this a great meal. Sasha's on Demun offers a cozy experience with great food and drinks.

My friend and I went here the other night and it was a fabulous experience! It was my first time, but my friend had been before. She helped me order and I loved everything we tried. Towards the end, we had the Nutella, strawberry, banana crepe and it was amazing! The prices are decent. Overall, the service was great and the vibes are immaculate. I recommend checking this place out for a fun night out on the town!

Second time here. Never been able to sit outside. But atmosphere is great inside. The first time we came was just for wine and an appetizer (the bruschetta) before a reservation at Louie (that review is posted under the Shaw location). This time I had the Riesling to help support tornado recovery and the Pesto Flatbread. The service was very good. Our server was professional and attentive. No complaints!

Came for the second time with some friends. I get why it's a popular spot! The wine selection is huge and the vibe is always nice. Great for date night or girls night to catch up. I always get the nonalcoholic rose and it's so good. We sat outside this time with no wait which was great, but it was super hot. Still a nice atmosphere though! We started with the cheeseboard which was more on the basic side than I expected, but we still ate the whole thing. Also got a pizza, the brie sandwich, and another sandwich between all of us and everything tasted great and exactly how it was described in the menu. The service this time wasn't the best. Our waiter brought the wrong food to our table and I ended up having to hand it to the table next to us myself after asking if it was theirs. He barely checked in on us and would only take a couple plates away even when the table was full of empty dishes. Not a huge deal but just felt kind of not taken care of. The other staff were so nice though I think they were managers and they were way more attentive. Cheesecake was pretty neautral and I wouldn't get it again. Nothing was wrong, but nothing was extra about it. Maybe a little too soft. But the potato croquette bites that come as a side make me obsessed. So good!! It's definitely on the pricier side, but I still like it overall. I'll be back and next time I want to try the crepes again!

Clayton was busy, so street parking was hard to find. Once seated, we were greeted with friendly service and were brought water. I ordered a ginger beer with cranberry juice added to it for a refreshing mocktail. We ordered the Squeaky Cheese to start, the golden-brown cheese curds were gooey and had the perfect crunch. They were served with marinara and a serrano dill aioli. The aioli had just the right amount of spice, complementing the dill flavor. The marinara was saucy and also good. I ordered the Bacon Jam Burger with fries. The burger was juicy, sweet, and had a nice crunch. The bacon jam was subtle, but it enhanced the overall flavor. My only complaint was that the bottom bun came out a bit soggy causing the burger to lose structure as I ate it. The fries were thin and crunchy! I had a lovely experience and would like to come back to try a cocktail!

Nothing divey about a hip cocktail or hip deviled eggs -- these are sophisticated modern twists, the exact move wine bars make and dives don't. A chalkboard of specials and weathered seating gesture at the aesthetic; the rest of the room knows. Kendall Roy of restaurants -- comes from privilege, wants badly to be of the people. It's a bit, and mostly the kitchen and bar back it up. Nevertheless, we arrived to a full room, hour wait for a table, but we fortunately arrived to snag the last first come patio table. The bar was also full, by the way, which felt neighborhood like, people clearly like this place during happy hour. The old fashioned makes the case: Old Grand-Dad Bonded, pickled rye, cognac, butterscotch bitters. Two whiskeys and a bitter you won't find at an actual dive. Rich, a little sweet. The harissa deviled eggs keep going -- fried shallots, roasted red peppers, cilantro, marinated tomato jam. You know, just like the old dive with the $1 PBR.Deviled eggs for people that don't like deviled eggs. However, we love deviled eggs...foreshadowing. The short ribs are the headline -- fall-apart tender over whipped potatoes substantial enough to stand up to the meat, gravy spot on. Eats like a perfectly executed roast dinner. The brie burger is the sneaky second hit, genuinely decadent, bacon with the cheese melting into the beef. The service was good and pleasant and that felt more like dive-friendly, where you might expect a wine "bar" to be snooty or full of themselves. 4.4 Stars Picking Nits: hip deviled eggs that reach past what they can hold. Tomato jelly on top is a lot going on, in the wrong way, and the egg disappears under it. These are trying to be hip deviled eggs more than they're trying to be good deviled eggs. Every ambitious kitchen has one plate that tries too hard; this appears to be one. A 5 needs those eggs landing, in the same way the entrees excelled. Regardless, we'll be back.

There are 4 plexiglass squares cut into the floor for an opportunity to look into the event space downstairs. Food I tried the small charcuterie board ($25) which was enough for 2. I was able to make some substitutions. Bar I chose a couple beverage selections and was provided a wine glass and a cocktail (of sorts) glass. My guest purchased Bloody Mary fixings' (vodka and the Bloody Mary mixer). The manager poured the beverage for her (cup of ice, etc.). The bar has straight adult beverages you can order. We awkwardly gathered our belongings without protest and were rushed outside unassisted, with the other patrons staring at us. As we exited, we heard the server reappear and graciously apologize to the waiting party, offering them champagne. The table outside was set when we arrived but then actively cleared by the busser after we sat down. No one came back to check in. We felt unwelcome and quickly left. I enjoyed a glass of their current "by the glass" Chardonnay, and my boyfriend got a Yeungling (poured table-side). I got my scallops, as planned, which certainly did not disappoint. Cooked perfectly, fresh and delicious. The wilted romaine seemed odd at first but totally rounded out the potato mash at the base, with the absolute flavor-bomb of the shiitakes. Highly recommend this dish any day! My boyfriend opted for the NY Strip; we both agreed it was one of the best steaks we'd ever had; seasoned perfectly and cooked masterfully. There was a slight mishap whereby a food runner gave him a tasting portion of the strip (likely meant for another table); we first didn't realize and were very disappointed with the size. However, without a word from us, the chef came out and personally explained, apologized, and corrected--I didn't snap a photo of the full portion when it came out, but it was perfect and much more what we expected. That brings me to the service, which was spectacular. Several staff members gave us a personal touch and they all seemed to be genuinely happy to be there. The space is beautiful and intimate. It was moderately busy and still quiet. The atmosphere feels upscale, but not pretentious or unapproachable. This place was on my radar for a long time, and I sure wish I'd gone long ago. I don't even remember the food that just popped up in my memories because apparently, I never finished the review! So let's try this again. First of all, this place has such a dark, romantic, and all-around great vibe. It's the kind of atmosphere that makes you want to sit back, enjoy your drink, and take your time. The staff was doing their best to accommodate everyone and keep things moving in a timely fashion, even though they were pretty busy. When you're single, there's almost always room at the bar, so I squeezed in and ordered a drink I've been partial to lately. The barback had no idea what I was talking about, but no worries. He asked the female bartender, she Googled it, and she made it wonderfully! I forgot to mention that I like my drink served up, martini style, so I ended up having it with ice this time. No big deal because it was still made amazingly and tasted great. And while we're talking about ice, I'm the same way with my water. I like my water COLD, but I do not want ice in it. Then came the $10 burger and fries, and let me tell you, I was NOT expecting what came out. For $10, I assumed I was getting some tiny slider-sized burger, but nope! Out came this BIG ASS burger with a gorgeous pile of fries. I was shocked! And even better, both the burger and fries tasted great. I am so full right now I can hardly breathe!!! Overall, this was another great solo date with myself. The atmosphere was amazing, the staff was accommodating, my drink was delicious, and that $10 burger and fries was an absolute steal. Sometimes taking yourself out is exactly what you need, and this was definitely a date worth repeating. And the best part? Extremely affordable!!!

The space itself is very chic and modern. Our event was on a patio on an extremely hot and humid day. While the idea of the glass ceilings is nice to let in the natural light, it unfortunately made me feel like I was roasting in a greenhouse with the sun coming in - the fans didnt do much for air movement and unfortunately there was just no breeze that day so the open balcony didnt help! I also found the chairs to be very uncomfortable. They are deep and may be comfortable for a tall man, but for a women of average height, you cant sit back in the chair without your legs sticking out straight like a child so you have to sit forward on the edge of the seat and try not to slump. I ordered the Forest Park Fizz which was just ok. The charcuterie board was suffering from being in the heat so I cant fault them for that, but the beef filled pastries and the risotto balls were both pretty lame.
