We did come in on a Saturday Night so there was a wait to get in which was about 45 minutes for 2 but lucky Monkey's Uncle is right next-door so we grabbed some drinks there. We got our text that our table was ready and we walked over. Once seated our waitress went over the specials and I checked out the menu. They really have something for everyone and even some New Orleans classics. We of course had to get the New Orleans BBQ Shrimp since it's favorites plus it's one of their most popular dishes so it has to be good and you already know it was. The spicy butter sauce had so much flavor and the shrimp were cooked perfectly and the bread was great for sopping up every last drop of sauce. Being at Picasso's we also had to try a pizza and they have St Louis style which is have never had but I do love a thin crust so we tried the 12" The Gourmet Pizza which comes with Pancetta Bacon, Caramelized Onions, Brie, and Truffle Oil. This pizza was amazing and unlike any I have had. I will say the Brie will catch you off guard at first but this pizza is for sure worth a try. For my entree I went with the Fettuccine Alfredo and I added a Chicken Cutlet for $10. Let me tell you.... This might have been the best Fettuccine Alfredo I have ever hit it's that good. The Fettuccine Alfredo is made in house from scratch which is how it always should be done and the Alfredo is so flavorful. The Chicken Cutlet is also crispy, tender and flavorful as well. You really cannot go wrong with this combo. If you are a connoisseur of Fettuccine Alfredo Picasso's is a place you can not miss. We had an amazing dinner and the staff was so friendly and hopeful from entering to leaving. We for sure will be coming back in the near future to try some new dishes though I don't know how I'm going to be able to come back and not get that Fettuccine Alfredo.

This is a wonderful place to introduce your child to a new wide range of creatures they would otherwise not have the opportunity to engage with. They also have an on-site café that apparently serves some of the greatest chicken nuggets in Jacksonville, and a small shop. The staff are knowledgeable and patient, the owner is a gem of a man, the facilities are clean and beautifully decorated, and if you're just here to look, it's a wonderful way to kill an hour.
