Generous slices of roasted pork, tender wonton wrappers stuffed with a great-tasting filling. Boring? Hardly. It's literally the best wonton soup I've ever had. OK, what about something like lobster with black bean sauce. Nailed it. Sweet, generous portion of lobster in a sauce so good, you can use it as a dip for your lobster and it's fantastic over the rice. EMPEROR'S CHICKEN (15.85) - My wife varied from her usual Sesame Chicken (which she thinks is better than any other Chinese restaurant) and is a lightly breaded and deep fried chicken fillet slices of ham over a bed of bok choy and mushrooms.
