There's a sign saying "under new management", and my last 2 visits made me understand that whoever the new manager is, they don't have a clue about how to manage a restaurant. Plus, they're always out of stuff, and when you order something that they're out of, they'll refuse to give you a refund! So if you got a gift card and you plan on using it at this location, I'd hop to it because this business, under this management, will not be around for long. And, needless to say, I won't be back. Savvy Slider Famous Tenders? Ok, so are you a burger place or chicken tenders? I tried the combo meal that let's you get to pick both. I've decided that they probably started out as a slider place that figured out how to make good tenders, so they changed their marketing. The slider was fine, but the tenders were really good! The fries were perfect. I was also pleasantly surprised that they have legit sweet tea, which is hard to find this far north. I think next time I'll just get the chicken tender combo. We were on a quick break from the dialysis office and stopped here for our 30 minute break. I asked for an original box. Ordered a number 1 with no drink, just the sliders. i ordered online about 2 hours before I wanted my chicken fingers. I arrived at the store 15 minutes early. I still had to wait 7 or 8 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready. And the final indignity was that I had requested Honey Mustard sauce, and they substituted barbecue sauce (without letting me know) because they were out of Honey Mustard and had no non-spicy sauce available. There is a parking lot located in front of the business. Several tables are located inside if you want to dine in. The first employee that I interacted with wasn't very personable. I went there for a late lunch on a Saturday afternoon. When I walked in there were nobody inside, no customer nor staff. I called out & took them almost 2 minutes to respond. When I ready to pay, was surprised by the price increase. For a combo suppose to be $12.99, he rang me up $15.57, before tax. I confronted the cashier, his response was "price changed". I picked up a paper menu & even the order panel on the wall, they both showed the original, $12.99. Since it was already rang up, I just paid. This is the first I tried Savvy Sliders and I was pleasantly surprised. We tried to order online, but the app did not work. It took awhile to actually order. We had 3 sliders. The beef was fresh and seasoned well. The staff was friendly and helpful when we had issues with the app. The fries were fresh and crispy. We also had a banana pudding milkshake. My work at a hospital gave the night shift workers this choice for a holiday meal and I was very impressed. They have a great variety and I heard nothing but great reviews for many items fom the Sliders, to the salads and the shakes. The salads were very filling according to my colleagues. I had the English cod slider and it was delicious. I'm not normally a fan of spicy stuff but the boom boom sauce was tasty. The delivery staff was friendly and timely as they had very large orders on multiple days. I only saw the shakes but they resembled Culver's concrete mixers. My regular spot wasn't too busy today to wait so I decided to try this place since I knew it was kind of new to the area. I'm so glad I did. You have to wait a little bit for your food because it's made to order it came out super hot the chicken strips were hand breaded. The chicken was really white and juicy. The breading was thin the way I like and the "house" fries were crunchy, seasoned well and creamy inside. So good. I think the ranch is even made in house it was really thick and flavorful. All for about $10. I haven't tried the hamburgers yet but I know the place was very busy when I was there. About 1:00 PM or so. Definitely going back. read more

Fresh and satisfying.. the angus and especially the chicken, was not hot... chicken might have been done for 5-15min... crispy just not hot, and the bun was a little stiff.. We've been seeing signs that this place was opening, and we really wanted to give it a try. When we did, we were so happy. I had the original sliders with cheese. You get two that come with ketchup, mayo, onions, and pickles. There were amazing! The fries are also really good. My husband got one falafel slider and one cod. He loved them both. It took longer to get our order than I would have expected, but that may be attributable to the location being new and the staff still learning the ropes. The quality could not be beat, though. The staff was super friendly. One of the workers, I believe she may have been the manager, took the time to see if we were enjoying our food after it arrived. This is definitely a place to check out. We were visiting the area and we noticed this rather new business and I decided to give it a try. I ordered a two slider combo plate with a Steak slider and their "famous" Chicken slider. The steak slider was just "ok" and the chicken slider was very dry, and somewhat chewy! I had taken it to go and didn't eat it, or attempt to eat it until I got back to our Airbnb, or I would have returned it and asked for a refund. There's so many great things to say about Savvy Sliders! It hits the spot every single time. Not only that, but the staff have been so friendly and helpful every single time I've been there. When they first opened, we ordered online and noticed there wasn't an option to order JUST a custard shake, which one person in our group only wanted that. It wasn't a big deal at all to us, as we just ordered one in person and waited for it to be made while picking up the rest of our order. But we mentioned it to staff just as a friendly heads up that that wasn't an option online and they were genuinely thankful for the feedback and were so glad to be able to update that. And it is an option now! Just seeing how eager they were for feedback and exceptionally responsive to it was so refreshing. They're also open a lot later than most places in the area and i can't recommend it enough. I'm vegetarian and they have the best falafel sliders ever, and their seasoned fries are ACTUALLY seasoned, unlike so many other places I've been to. They look and taste like they got cold and they re-fried them. Ribeye slider was salty and the meat was like leather. If it was made with ribeye steak, they ruined it. Chocolate shake tasted like vanilla-- so weak in flavor. They asked how my shake was after i ate some with a spoon. I said it was a little weak-- like a vanilla shake. The worker kindly offered to fix it. I was horrified when she just added more syrup to the shake that I had been eating, and she used the same mixer as everyone's without washing it before or after. First off, I'm not looking to get anything free, but it's that one thing that needs to be said: My brother and I walked in at about 11 am on 9/1, and the place was clean and had an excellent appearance. It only took 5 min to get our order which was fantastic considering there was a line. When we went to order, I changed my mind from my original thought and ordered the Chicken finger box to keep it simple. My brother got the chicken slider box. The total came to $44 and some chunk change, and I thought that was very odd considering I clearly said that I DID NOT WANT MY PREVIOUS ORDER AND WENT WITH CHICKEN FINGERS" and clearly stated that I wanted it off. So it should've come to 25-30 dollars, considering we got onion rings instead of fries with our boxes. The cashier was giving us our food to eat at the establishment, and I asked about it, and she said, "you guys are making me nervous, and here is your food." Completely ignoring what I was asking, she walked away. I understand that my brother and I are big guys standing up, but still, it's something you never want to say because it can easily take this as racism and even try to ruin the reputation of this company. I do NOT want to do that because I greatly respect this company. However, It killed the whole experience for my brother and me, which was only my second time here and my brother's first. What made it sadder was that the food was great, and I enjoyed my meal, along with my brother mentioned his food was good. In general, this review, if it had not been for this incident above, I would comfortably sit this place as an 8/10 because of the good-really good food and great atmosphere. Highly recommend checking this place out. I got the combo box of two sliders of your choice plus fries (I got seasoned). The burger was well seasoned and cooked and the chicken was incredibly crispy. Loved the quality of the buns. On the downside, they didn't melt the cheese on the burger at all and the chicken was a little drier than I would have liked. Their custard shakes are fantastic and I love their crinkle cut fries as well and they also have sweet potato fries and chili cheese fries as well and they are all really good; all of that is before we begin to talk about their titular Saavy Sliders. The mini burgers come in many variations, such as chicken, angus burger and rib eye to name a few. I can't eat the bun because of gluten allergy, but I just ask for the sliders on a lettuce wrap and it's fine. I keep going back just to get another custard shake, and I end up getting something else to go with that custard shake. read more
