These guys were by far the most reasonable, so I decided to take a chance and bring my truck in. Best decision I've made since moving here! From the moment I walked in, they were incredibly patient with all my questions. They took the time to explain everything clearly and suggested starting with a proper diagnostic to accurately identify the issues. After the diagnostics, they were completely honest about what was wrong and provided a detailed quote upfront for the repairs. Since that first visit, my truck has run better than ever. Every time I bring it in--whether for a coolant leak, AC replacement, or routine maintenance--they do quality work. When my AC went out, they replaced it and now it blows colder and runs smoother than it ever has before. Just recently, I brought it in for a regular maintenance check and spark plug change. We have been taking our 2 Mercedes here for over 10 years. We asked if the diagnostic tests could be waived. We were told no we treat every e the same. So I guess loyalty doesn't matter to them and if you go there once or 10 years your treated the same. A job that shouldn't have cost more than $350 cost over $500! Two were EVAP codes, so they ran a smoke test, found the part that was actually leaking, and quoted the replacement at cost plus labor. They also suggested replacing a sensor that may have been affected by the leak, but when I asked if we could just replace the leaking part first, they were completely fine with that. The third code was related to the engine not heating up quickly enough. We had already replaced the thermostat, and they suggested replacing it again. They gave us the same straightforward part-at-cost-plus-labor quote, but I declined since that's a repair we can do at home. Again, no pressure at all. We had them do the EVAP repair, drove the car home, and checked the codes afterward, everything looks good. I'll definitely consider coming back for anything I can't diagnose or repair at home.

They got me in pretty quick, kept the car, called Enterprise to pick me up and take me to the rental car that was arranged. They provided an estimate quickly and the work was done 4-5 days before the estimated time. All the staff I encountered was friendly. My car looked brand new. I was very satisfied with the experience (even though it wasn't one that I particularly wanted to have). They helped make a bad situation smoother.
