The total for the meal before tax and tip was about $14, yet DoorDash only refunded $3.99 for the missing item. How does that make sense when 50% of the order wasn't even delivered? Customers shouldn't have to pay full price, delivery fees, and tip for food they never received. Mistakes happen, but the bigger issue is the inadequate refund for a clearly incomplete order. If half the meal is missing, the refund should reflect half the cost -- not a few dollars. Very frustrating experience. read more

Came here to get BOGO pizzas. Ordered two pizzas and politely asked for a few sides of ranch, which I have no issue paying for. The person taking my order specifically said one side, so I figured I would ask again at the window. At the window, the woman was immediately rude and short. I complimented her earrings and she glared at me and said nothing. Once she handed me my pizzas, I politely asked for a couple of extra ranches, to which she shut the door in my face, turned to the woman next to her who glared at me, then told me no she already gave me some. I got free minibons coupons for my kiddos from the reading program at their library. My experience is based on going to the drive thru and ordering the minibons. Which there were no problems! I am quite grateful they have a drive thru so I didnt have to get the kids out and then haul them back into the truck. Customer service here is okay, not rude. Just short. The lady taking orders and handing items out was short and to the point. I get it, no worries. I deducted a star because when you're exiting the DT you really have to watch yourself or incoming vehicles will clip you. It's kind of hard to see since you're having to turn. I wanted to leave a special review for employees Lyannah and Beshoy. I lost my wallet and Beshoy found it at the side of the road (it had flown off my roof). Not knowing what to do with it and concerned about doing the wrong thing, he took it to work. Lyannah tracked me down on Facebook and messaged me with a photo of my wallet and asking if I would like to pick it up or if she should take it to the police station. I gratefully picked it up at their location and got to thank both of them in person. Both of them went out of their way to help a stranger and that type of character has to show up in their work. I had a horrible experience here. First off I was waiting at the counter for 15 minutes before someone even greeted me. There was no one else in the restaurant and no one in the drive through line, I literally sat there and watched the manager on duty, DeeDee sweep the whole back of the restaurant before announcing to the other employees that there was a customer in the front. When someone finally does greet me, I place my order only for the employee to tell me that she doesn't know how to ring that in and that her manager is to busy to help. So I walk out and go through the drive through to see if I can get any assistance there. Once I'm at the drive through window, I ask for the manager and DeeDee rudely comes up to the window with a huge frown on her face as if I am inconveniencing her and asks me what do I want. I tell her my order and why I am upset and she literally just shrugged me off and pretty much tells me oh well. So I told her to cancel the order. I am highly upset because never in my life have I received such a poor quality of customer service and my entire lunch break went by without me being able to get any food. Not the best choice for a 30 min lunch break. If there is more than one guest in front of you you'll barely make it back to wok let alone eat your food. I made that mistake only once . Food is always good and staff is always friendly. I went in today with buy one get one free sandwich. My check seemed high but honestly I expect a higher check at Schlotzsky's. I didn't realize that they didn't run my coupon until the cashier came up up to me apologetically asking for my order # so he could refund one sandwich. That is amazing service! Just like your usual Schlotzsky's. The sandwiches are good, the service is fine, .... nothing really special. But.... it seems like they let you have unlimited soup because their soup is self-serve (by the fountain machines). I think we asked one time, but I don't remember. Many a time, me and a group of guys from work would go to this Schlotzsky's and all order a small cup of soup each (around 2-3 dollars). Then we would get as much soup as we wanted (usually we were content on just two bowls). It's staring right at the associates and no one ever said anything to us about it (and we ate there a lot). Crumble some croûtons or crackers in the soup and you can get you're fill for well under 5 dollars. I definitely recommend going on the days that they have the Chicken Tortilla soup (I think it was Mondays). read more

THE WORST SALES PERSON EVER!!!! It was Sunday a little after noon... We were on a drive thru and ordering what we always ordered for years. Large Albuquerque turkey to split between me and the hubby. The guy on a speaker didn't sound very motivated. After we told him what we wanted, he said if it's ok on sourdough instead of jalapeno, which was fine and we knew. Then he said "this is a $12 sandwich". Without being rude, we told him that we're sharing it. At the end of taking our order, he AGAIN said "this is a $12 sandwich." What is wrong with this guy?! Do we sound like we can not afford a $12 sandwich?! I understand if he just wanted to make sure we knew, we got it before we placed the order. The people here are friendly but there were problems. I ordered an Albuquerque Turkey and the top of the sauce bottle was in my sandwich. The drink machine ran out of all of the Minute Maid Light drinks as I was filling my cup. My wife had water to drink and there were specks of something in the water. Popped in here when we came to Texas. It's a nice change from your standard subway fare. I had the fiesta chicken sandwich with hot sauce chips. The store baked bread was crispy on the outside and soft/spongy on the inside. Chips were alright, tastes similar to lays but with the hot sauce flavor. Ok this was our first time ever trying this place and I don't think we will ever be back, especially to this location. It took them almost 10 minutes to even come to the counter to take our order. The girl behind the counter was so quiet I could barely here her and I honestly had no clue what was on my sandwich even though I asked her twice. Once we got the order they forgot the cookies for my kid meals. I got the turkey bacon club and the turkey just tasted like smoke. It was gross I couldn't even finish it. Then when I went to the restroom the whole hallway was covered in water and the bathroom was the cleanest. I was at this location today, went through the drive thru. I was charged for a drink, even though I ordered a water. When I asked, they said oh yeah we charged you for a small lemonade but we gave you a large water like you ordered. They then proceeded to just stare at me, like I was wrong.
