We had two combo meals - an original and a corned beef sub, both came either chips and a drink. The original was nicely warm and the round bread was great. Okay on a Saturday and afternoon I went to get a sandwich, it tasted funny it tasted weird I called and I usually never do that but the gentleman I talked to his name was Lawrence, it was very nice and offered me a free sandwich next time. So I just went through the drive-through order the same sandwich the woman I didn't get her name I think she was a manager Hispanic. Give me the third degree about it I got the sandwich and it has the same awful taste. I think it's the bread taste weird it taste like it's been left in a refrigerator too long that's unedible again. Ordered and shared two things with my boyfriend to get the full experience. We ordered the chicken bacon ranch calzone and the original sandwich. Definitely didn't enjoy the original sandwich. As a person that prefers Jersey Mike's meats, the meats on the original was not good. The chicken bacon ranch calzone saved the lunch! Hot, good bread and good topping. When I explored the menu online, I was delighted to see that all of their offerings include a gluten free option!! My dad has to eat GF and often he is limited by that dietary restriction. Not here! We walked over from our hotel and placed an order online for pick-up. Got their awesome BOGO pizza deal: two GF pizzas for $13? Amazing price point! It was ready QUICK too, just ten minutes. I've been eating Schlotsky's for over 30 years. I have recently developed a sensitivity to gluten so when I discovered that they had a GF bun, I gave it a try. It was really good and not "gritty" like so many are. It was a bit smaller than the usual sourdough bread but good nonetheless. I will eat it again. read more

We ordered on February 27, 2024 and upon returning home the sandwiches were horrible. I called back and spoke to Liliana Campos who was incredibly disrespectful and rude. She refused to issue a refund and insisted I drive back. Liliana then hung up on me while I was still talking. I went back on March 04, 2024 and Liliana was again rude and condescending. I told her I did not appreciate her hanging up on me and she replied the call was disconnected. This was untrue, as I heard the phone slam in my face. Liliana then abruptly asked me what I wanted because she was busy. I told her a gift card would suffice. Upon handing me the gift card, Liliana coldly told me to never visit there location again and to go somewhere else. Liliana also told me I could write as many complaints about her as I wanted - she didn't care and nothing would be done. Liliana is absolutely the worst manager in a customer service industry I have ever experienced. I went here for lunch and when I got back to work I didnt have ham in my sandwich! but I called the store I told them my problem and they gave me two options ! I ended up going back to get my order redone and they upsized my order (small- large) and they gave me a new drink and chips and on top of that they gave me a Cinnabon and a cookie! I see why this location has such a low rating smh. I went around 9pm on 4/9/2023 to get food. I made sure to check Google and Maps before going to confirm store hours. Both said the store closed at 10PM. I go to the drive thru speaker and the automated voice ad comes on, but right after I expect to be greeted by an employee. But after 2 minutes and repeatedly saying hello, no one greets me, so I pull up to the window. I see one employee just standing in the distance like he's watching tv or something. So I honk my horn and he doesn't respond. Then a second employee appears with a mop. And he mops all the way toward the window where I'm sitting and where they give you your order and I honk my horn SEVERAL times and he too ignores me and acts like he doesn't see me or hear the horn! So I call the store and the phone rings like 4 times and then you can tell someone picks it up and hands it up. They did that twice! It was disturbing and disappointing that the two young men decided to stop serving customers 1 whole hour before they closed. No telling how much money they cost the business for that decision. They were clearly still open because the building and drive thru signs were still on and there were no signs stating otherwise. Very dissappointing experience. I like 3 different types, My wife likes 3 other types (go figure) service always good indoors always clean. I always get the Giant one an make 4 meals out of it. I waited 20+ minutes, parked, for my single sandwich. They parked all of us from the drive-thru and had a guy walking out with each sandwich, slowly, one at a time. I checked the ticket when I finally got it, and my order was correct on it. When I got home, the sandwich didn't match the ticket, and wasn't something I could eat. The two employees I saw through the drive-through window seemed completely overwhelmed by the backed-up volume of customers. I had ordered online, where I was given instructions to pick up my order at the counter; when I arrived however, signs on the doors said to get in the drive-through (which was over-flowing). After approx. 30 minutes in line, I got my order. After getting home, neither my wife nor I could identify what sandwich we received: both were the same, although we had ordered different menu items. We tried to eat what we had been served, but the meat and other ingredients did not taste fresh. Either we got someone else's order, or no effort had been made to serve the sandwiches that we ordered. This, despite that the items on the receipt were correct. Dinner was ruined. I feel horrible for the people who have invested so much in this very attractive facility, that whoever is staffing it is taking such poor care of the customer service. I cannot imagine that any of the many other people in that long line will return either, if their experience is in any way like ours. To the owners: best of luck in salvaging what must be a difficult situation in this store. read more

What is wrong with this place? Yesterday the place had email had great service. Today it took 30 minutes to get the sandwich that sat at the counter for 7 minutes before someone picked it up and brought it to my table. Some poor woman was picking up a takeout order and she was there at least an hour and they still didn't have her order ready. I ordered the kid's cheese pizza, which included a kid's drink and small cookie. I placed the order online and it was ready when I arrived. The pizza was very bland and tasted like a bad frozen pizza. However, am giving them a very generous four stars since the staff was very friendly, they keep the place clean, and they have two coca-cola freestyle machines. They also honored my request to add green bell peppers to the cheese pizza without giving me any static. The kid's pizza meal was also very reasonably priced at $4.69+tax. They also have a co-located Cinnabon, but I did not have any cinnamon rolls during this visit, but have in the past. Note that they used to offer TCBY frozen yogurt, but they no longer have TCBY. read more

The staff is always friendly and accommodating. I wish there was a more simple way to get credit on their award program for the purchase of sandwiches. I have not gotten credit for my last four sandwiches, easily, due to my not having their app. The pizza was excellent. I love their drink selections. The blacken Cajun chicken pasta was very good. Service is hit or miss at times as for accuracy but they are never rude when correcting mistakes and I've even gotten extra perks when I came back to fix drive thru mistakes. The place is always clean when I go inside to eat (between 11-4) and I like that they bring your meal to the table on a real plate. My order has always made it to me in a timely manner even during peak times. The remix soda machine is awesome and I love the ice. I always get the veggie sandwich and a pecan Cinnabon. I don't normally leave reviews especially for what I consider "fast food" but I was Adsense by my visit today. I went through the drive through and ordered a sandwich with no cheese and a large Dr Pepper. Seems pretty standard. When I got to the window they confirmed my order but without saying the "no cheese" part of my order. I made it clear that I wanted no cheese. They seemed surprised and then adjusted my order accordingly. They asked for payment which I provided my card. When they handed it back through the window after having charged it they told me they were out of Dr Pepper and asked if I wanted anything different. I didn't but in order to avoid further delays I asked for a cream soda. This was a sad experience as I really enjoy the food but the service seems to need work especially during a time when the drive through is the only way right now to get food. read more

Nasty. Just nasty. I love schlotzkis food but the restaurant was discustingly dirty. Would never come back to this restaurant.

So, it's a sandwich chain. I actually boycotted them for a while because they got rid of my favorite sandwich (the tuna). Then, as luck would have it, it's the most convenient sandwich shop near my office, so I guessed I would have to give them another shot. And then another. And another. At least once or twice a month since July 2017. The good stuff: -Turkey guac on wheat. The bread is great. It's reasonably healthy and in the realm of an amount of calories that a normal human should eat in a meal. Throw some hot sauce and pickles on there, and it's my favorite sandwich there right now. -Broccoli cheese soup. It's super rich and creamy with actual chunks of vegetables. -The fancy soda machine with all the flavors. It's hard to resist getting a drink here because I can have all the crazy combos! -There's always someone walking around asking how people are doing, and that's pretty above and beyond for an order-at-the-counter type place. -They have a rewards club that actually is fairly rewarding. Some day I'll branch out but for now, I'll enjoy my bi-weekly turkey guac and occasionally some soup a five minute walk from my office. read more
