I have tried this place couple of times. They were good when they opened at the beginning. Little by little things got worst. They steel for the food & use low quality meat. What a delicious surprise! We loved the mini kids burger sliders. The kids nuggets were super fresh and crispy and the french fries were finger licking good. I also ordered a salad which was also really fresh with grilled chicken. There were plenty of choices of dressings and each one was more delicious then the next. The portions were plentiful. I really like the food, but not the service here. The prices are high, but the portions are reasonable. It has been few times I ordered food there and every single time they messed up my order by some mistake. On Sunday night I had enough from them. My wife ordered a salad and I went there to pick that up, but they gave my ordered to somebody else. I couldn't believe that. I was a bit disappointed in the schnitzel itself. The bread and condiments were yummy, but the schnitzel was overcooked and very hard to bite into. I ordered the garlic schnitzel, and what I got hardly tasted garlicky. :( The spicy mayo sauce was not spicy at all, but the chimichurri was OK. My advice to the cooks is to pound the chicken breast thin and not to fry it to leather-texture. Breast cooks very quickly and it is easy to overcook it. First off I would have to say that the service is horrible! My friends and I did not feel welcomed. Could it be the fact that we are not dressed religiously? We had eyes looking down at us from every corner. One should not be dressed religiously to eat kosher. The second thing to mention is how long it took for the food to arrive. We realized that our food was sitting on the counter for 5mins till we went up and received it. It was cold. This place has the makings of a great, kosher, fast food joint, but the service is still inconsistent. It sometimes takes 20-30 minutes for a chicken salad. The food is great, so it makes up for it. They make everything fresh to order so that means once you place your order they start frying your schnizle. This takes a few minutes the. They start slicing your tomato and lettuce then they start with the sauces. All in it takes over 10 minutes from the time you order till the time your food is ready to eat. This used to be the old Nathan's hot dogs. I was saddened to see it go 'cuz I wanted my hot-dog. What Schnitzly offers was still pretty good. What seemed so wrong is that three people who ordered after me got their order way before me. The people who work there don't care- they will hand you a to go order without any napkins or utensils.
