They had the corn dogs in the menu as well. We ordered three of the mochinuts and Thai iced tea with boba for myself. Prices were similar to other stores I had been to. The donuts were soft and very tasty. The tea was decent, but I was shocked that top 20% of my cup was empty just because I said no ice. Since the store was busy, staff members were trying their best to keep up with the orders. Not only do they always have some amazing seasonal drinks that they rotate out, but their normal drinks are also amazing! They roast their own coffee in house, sometimes you can see them roasting in the window as you grab your drink. Every single person that works in here is sweet as can be, but Theo has to be one of my favorites! He is always in such a positive mood if I come by in the mornings and it always puts a smile on my face when hes in the window. The owners are also extremely kind, and I always enjoy their happy vibes when I come by before work. The restaurant has been open about four years, but the recipes go back much further. The family's original sister restaurant in Argentina dates back to 1987, and the food absolutely feels rooted in tradition and authenticity. This was actually my first experience trying Argentinian food. From the Milanesas section of the menu, I ordered the Napolitana, topped with tomato sauce, ham, and cheese. I later learned it's supposedly soccer legend Lionel Messi's favorite dish. To me, it reminded me a bit of a deep-fried German schnitzel, in the best possible way. It came with delicious fries that disappeared quickly. My wife absolutely loved the freshly made empanadas. One detail we thought was clever: each empanada is stamped with a number identifying the filling, which makes ordering and sharing much easier. The surprise star of the meal was the Rogel cake for dessert. Thin, flaky layers packed with dulce de leche and topped with toasted meringue/ rich, crunchy, sweet and absolutely unforgettable Another fun surprise was the robot that delivers the food from the kitchen before the server brings it to your table. A small touch, but memorable. The pricing is incredibly reasonable, especially considering how authentic and satisfying the food is.
