This place is overdue for an update. A year ago, the service here wasn't this bad. Sometime within the past year, I noticed that they had a new manager, who didn't seem prepared for the job. She was a bit on the unfriendly side over the two or three interactions I've had with her. There was one barista that was super nice, which was about 8 months ago, who had gone above the call of duty for me. She had ordered more of the syrup that I liked for my latte. Unfortunately, she and another friendly barista left. I mean at one time they actually had baristas who went out of their way to make sure that you would care to return. Last night was horrible. I actually thought that I was in an episode of What Would You do? When I entered there was some girl sitting in the corner legs up on the chair, a little too comfortable for public seating, but she was a teen and apparently talking on the phone to her boyfriend. This was no big deal until I realized about her later. I had approached the counter and I presumed that there was just one barista on duty. She wasn't friendly, and in fact, when I asked her about the Fall drink specials and the extra points available through the app, she claimed she didn't know anything about it. I asked about what fall specials they had and she had a blank stare. I asked about the Pumpkin Chai Latte as a special, and she just shook her head in understanding, but offered nothing. I asked what other fall specials they may have, and she just asked if I would want a dirty Pumpkin Chai latte? I agreed. She asked what size, and I said the 16 oz, which I've had. She asked, "small?" I said, "No. Medium. 16 oz." It was at this point where it got interesting. The too casual teen girl, made me wonder if she was the other girl's sista, was the one to make my latte. She quickly made it, and I noticed it was a 12 oz. or small. I brought this to her attention and she began to argue with me, and she said it was the 16 oz. I knew better. I've ordered plenty of drinks in paper cups and know which is 12, 16 and 20 oz. I told her it was small, and she said that's what you ordered. I said, "No. I ordered medium." At this point the other girl, who was sitting like a customer in the lobby came up and said that she was at fault for telling her it was small, and she gave the girl the correct 16 oz. After she remade my drink, I noticed both girls abandon the post! They went to the Ecafe area that's next door, which was closed, but have these cubicle seats across from the bathroom. The girl who took my order, or whom I believe was the older one, came back occasionally to handle some order at the drive-thru. They had no idea someone walked in and left because no one was there. I almost said something, but that's on the owner and manager. They both were drinking drinks and on their phone, and it would almost seem like the most too casual job one could have. It almost seemed like the real baristas left a note outside on the street and asked someone to pop in and take over for a few hours. This place seemed unreal, and I can't imagine Scooter's approval of this. read more

I've always loved Scooter's, but I end up at Starbucks more simply because it's on my way to work. Thrilled to see that Scooter's now offers hot drinks in 'kid temperatures.' They're served slightly cooler than regular. Such a great idea! And not just for kids. I like my coffee/tea/hot chocolate at a good drinking temp when I get it so I'm not waiting forever to enjoy it. I was never a big coffee drinker but a friend of mine raves about their blenders so of course I had to try one. OMG I'm addicted. They use an ice cream base and it truly makes a difference. The cinnamon rolls are amazing as well. This location has some of the nicest baristas and they make it perfect each time. Their app makes it super convenient to gain points and earn free drinks. Inside the store is clean and attached is co working space with P.O. Boxes. A super convenient space for meetings and working online out the house. Of course I'll be back. read more

Did the Turtle Latte again but with an extra shot of espresso, hot, with oat milk- which great, even better than yesterday- so the extra shot is where it's at! It's located in a business area and this was the weekend which might be why it was not crowded. The person working there asked if we wanted to sign up for Scooters but sadly, we're just visiting but I kinda wish there was Scooters in California. Not that we need a third big chain, but it was good and the people working seem nice. read more

Everything was great. Quick, and exactly what I needed and a great drink to sip on. The atmosphere was nice , I didn't stay but looked good.

I liked the free Wi-Fi, clean contemporary dining area, ample power outlets, cool contemporary background music, and friendly service. This location has a drive-thru, and is open to the adjacent coworking center. The menu includes breakfast (all day), pastries, and smoothies. Very nice. read more

I'm a mocha drinker and only stop at Scooters for convenience, usually when I travel. Not my favorite Mischa but it hits the caffeine fix when needed. Drive through service can be hit or miss. read more

My husband and I visited 10650 Roe Overland KS location on Sunday, August 2 around 1ish in the afternoon. We ordered thru the drive-thru and we pulled around he noticed the 2 workers he seen did not have on mask and one was scratching her backside and didn't wash her hands. When the young lady opened the window to take our money, my husband informed her that the lady didn't have a mask on and scratched her backside and made coffee. The young lady said she just got to work and she proceeds to tell my husband he didn't have a mask on either. He looked at her said Mame I don't want it and we drove off. My husband works in the restaurant business and they can't come in the restaurant without a mask whether he just got there or not. So the lady in the drive thru gave my husband such a rude comment. read more

Nice clean spot to grab a variety of coffee drinks. We used a free coupon for a small drink. Baristas were friendly. Ordered a mocha blender. Regularly 4.75 but free today. It was nice. Lots of places to spread out and work and charging ports. Its connected to an ecafe spot right off of Roe. read more

Horrible quality. Ordered a cold brew with a splash of sweet cream and was given a cup of watered down milk along with a $4 burrito that wasn't cooked all the way through and was soggy. McDonald's believe it or not has better quality. read more

in a pinch, this place is a nope, running late and needing some food, obvious I chose poorly. for 12 bucks (????!!!!!) I got a cup of ice with some nasty brown water in it, and no cream after asking for it twice, a breakfast burrito smaller than the $1 ones at McDonalds, yet costing $4? Seriously, the picture on drive-through menu and Online make this burrito look gi-normous, but nope, maybe 3 bites and gone. the cinnamon roll was the size of a dinner roll, and covers in icing. this was also 4 dollars, which, meh, people everywhere over charge for a piece of bread when they put sugar on it. once I heard her say 12 bucks I was in such shock that I just paid and drove away without realizing what I Had just done. well, lesson learned. read more

Scooters coffee has the best flavor of espresso ever. Compared to Starbucks, there's is so much better, the only thing I have to take off is the locations there aren't very many near where I live. Other than that I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COFFEE SHOP!!! read more
