I contacted him, he refused to come back & he told warranty company my drains needed to be hydro jetted as they were "full of grease and debris." Warranty company wouldn't pay for it as it was "too expensive." I finally hired a handyman who said, when fixing. that the drain was snaked in front of a curved part of pipe, but not after and there was a clog in the pipe after the curve. Thankfully handyman cleared the pipe and the sink drains great now. I DO NOT recommend Randall & Sons.

Memorial day we notice it's 75 degrees. I texted him on Memorial day. He comes out Tuesday morning with his thumb wrapped up. Apparently he was coming from thumb surgery. THUMB Surgery. So he takes time out of his day to stop by right after surgery. He doesn't charge us again for coming out. He identifies the problem that Tuesday and then today 5/31/17 he returns and fixes the AC. He reroutes a line that the installer didn't put in correctly and pumped me up with freon. How much for three trips, and a text conversation, with a good hour of work and rerouting a line from inside the house to outside? $150. This man has the work ethic of a Jamaican and does quality work and is really affordable. Really nice guy. If you're in Michigan or INdiana give him a call.

We used Jordyn and his team initially for some retractable screens that were left for us in a new…read moreconstruction home. It turns out they left them because they were not measured correctly for install. We found Ample WRAPS on YELP and they have been so helpful. They were able to modify the retractable screens and fit them in all of the windows. Thank goodness! I don't know what we would have done if they didn't work. Retractable window screens would have been hard to find for this home. Since they did such a great job with that, we called them again when we had issues with some screens that were poorly installed in our screened in porch. I purchased screens on Amazon and Jordyn and squad replaced them all and they look amazing! And actually are much more transparent than the previous ones. Lastly, we had them build a sauna onsite for us during a landscaping project. They priced us about right on with sauna install/build rates, and built us a beautiful sauna! They were able to help trouble shoot some issues we were having with the roof, due to a product issue, directly with the manufacturers customer service. They take pride in their work and went above and beyond to make sure that the sauna got done right. It looks beautiful!
