Not sure if this experience was a case of severe understaffing or just negligence on the management. I'd recommend going to literally any other rooftop bar for a more elevated experience where the staff actually wants to serve the guests.

If they had stellar drinks, it almost wouldn't matter because a nice rooftop is a nice rooftop with the right drinks. However, because their drinks aren't the best in that I find they lack complexity (e.g., balancing sugar with the harshness of hard liquor), it's not the most ideal place for everyone.
