I've been coming here since they opened. Nearly every week. The food is always amazing, and ask about off the menu items. My favorite is the Corn Beef Hash Benedict. You won't find it on the menu it's a "secret" item the owner Armando makes that's is incredible!! We keep saying we're going to come for lunch but it's always breakfast and the. Wow Found this place. Went for breakfast/lunch. They are soooo nice and the food is amazing. I had a burger and awesome onion rings and my love had an incredible omelette. Armando the owner is so nice and everything is made from scratch. They asked us if we wanted to try the biscuits and gravy. At first I was saying no but ok. He brought us out a whole plate. I've been eating here for about 2 years and love the food, they have a huge menu with lots of options American, Mexican, etc. Prices are very reasonable with large portions. I love their burgers along with a large portion of french fries, the always offer Ranch dressing to dip my fries. I think I'm going to try their Teriyaki bowl next time. Great little place with a nice menu, mixing diner style and Mexican. We had quesadillas the kids loved so much we had another round. Egg sandwich and veggie omelette were great too! A little disappointed because the reviews were so good. My food was fresh and delicious. I could put up with the shabby space if everything else was great but the service was very slow- not just the kitchen but just getting seated and a menu was an effort. I usually love this place but today we ordered a breakfast burrito and there was a LONG HAIR inside of our burrito I tried to call and ask for a manager but the girl on the phone was kind of rude said there was no manager hopefully they wear hair nets in the kitchen so this doesn't happen again. read more

Stopped by for lunch because of the great rating and it did not disappoint. The staff was friendly and the food was really good. We wish we had discovered it earlier in out trip so we could go twice. I had a tex-mex wrap special (grilled chicken, lettuce, tomato, tortilla strips, homemade cilantro dressing, and avacodo) and my wife pretty much had the same just in the form of a salad (w/o chicken). We've had a lot of rainy mornings, and one of those weekdays we decided to treat ourselves to breakfast. The cafe was smaller than we imagined but the service was amazing. My grandson, usually a very sweet guy, went dark-side that day and the server acted as if he were the little angel he can be. Our breakfasts were served more quickly than we expected. The munchkin loved his pancake and we adults found our meals delicious and satisfying. The coffee was palatable (creamer helped) and refills came promptly. I saw positive reviews and decided to try this spot. It's a hidden gem. It was a beautiful day, so we sat outside. I ordered the garden omelette, minus the cheese, and added avocado. It was SO good! All the vegetables (broccoli, onion, zucchini, mushroom, etc.) were fresh, and cooked perfect. Even the fruit was fresh. The service was fantastic...The food came to us quickly, and they were very attentive the entire time. I have already recommended this place to people. Place is very small, about 12 tables, and homey. The menu is big enough that everyone can find something they like. Service is good, very casual like the setting. The food was great, club sandwich stuffed with meat that you have to remove the middle bread slice. Onion rings were perfect. Huevos rancheros was yummy, served with plenty of fried potatoes. Hands down - best breakfast in Simi. I've never had a bad meal here. The shining star of their menu is the Meat Lover's skillet. Breakfast sausage, spicy sausage, bacon, chorizo, ham, the list goes on and on, all served on a bed of crispy potatoes. It's topped with an egg (over easy is my personal preference, can't beat the yolk running across the food) and your choice of sausage gravy or hollandaise sauce. It's served at the table on a cast iron skillet, piping hot. Just incredible. Easily one of the best breakfasts I've ever had. read more
