I won't trust any company that cant do the bare minimum AND to add to that, they are EXTREMELY overpriced, I mean to the point where a small kitchen window was between $500-$1200!!! This review is in response to Shannons 1 Star review. The potential client originally contacted me saying that another screen company provided a service that failed. I mentioned that we are normally booking 3 to 5 days in advance, which is what I tell all our clients, but I will try to give her same day service. She said she needed to pick up her child from school, so I said I would try to accommodate her and come earlier. We never set exact appointments times, only arrival windows, because of the routing of our truck. Unfortunately, an issue came up at our previously scheduled appointment and I had to inform her that I will not make it to accommodate her need to pick up her child and said it would be after 4. Originally she had requested the next day, so I offered to reschedule it until then so I would not keep her waiting. Apparently all of this was poor customer service trying to accommodate a last-minute appointment and squeaking her in for same day service. Chris brought his product and service to the house, interacted with my children and pets, kept the work space very clean (during and post project), and then tried to not charge me. Who knows how old that thin windowpane was in the upper half of that door, nor how many times had the wind slammed that sturdy door shut, but this time, it gave up the ghost and shattered glass all over my kitchen. Big, ugly, lethal looking shards. The door was essential to keeping the excessive heat and cold at bay. It was an inside door leading to an enclosed but uninsulated porch room, then to my garden. I didn't want a brand new, Home Depot door. This one was original to the house. I needed it to be fixed, and I needed it asap. So forget about my handyman hubby; his Hunny-do list is still longer than my Grandson's Xmas Wish List. Just sayin'. I looked for a referral from a trusted contractor we knew. And Jelco Glass (Nick) is the only name he gave me. Trust is most important. We brought the door to Nick, a real biggie decision that saved us about 1/2 of his original quote. Two days later, we were loading it back in our car. Tempered glass. Ah yes! Good for another century, and far less lethal should Mother Nature not play nice again. Sure, the door will need repainting. That will be another day. But the original quarter-round molding (with untold layers of ancient paint) that was holding the glass in, was carefully removed then reinstalled perfectly. My door is happy to have her ancient parts intact. I'm happy, too. Thanks Nick!

The window was put in 27 years ago, so I wasn't sure if it was repairable or if I'd need a whole new window. I called several window repair companies. Some said they no longer did residential services, only commercial properties. Others said they were days or weeks out before they could even come for an estimate. Another guy showed up 90 minutes late and I didn't have confidence in him. Then I found Kevin from All Pro Glass. He came right out, knew what he was doing, measured and said he could absolutely repair it so it was just as before. Awesome. About 6 days later, his partner Moon arrived on time with with a new dual-pane piece of glass. He removed the mouldings, cut out the old broken glass, cleaned the recess, and then silicone sealed the new pane into the window frame. It fit perfectly into the frame. What an absolute relief. Glad I found Kevin and Moon at All Pro Glass. What a great couple of guys and amazing problem solvers. Thanks fellas! I hope I never get a broken window again, but if I do, I am 100% calling Kevin and Moon at All Pro Glass. Keep up the good work gents.

My experience:…read more So i reached out via yelp to andres and was replied to pretty quick. He was able to visit the following day to get measurements / estimate price. He was nice and explained everything. Plus gave suggestions... I gave a downpayment of 10% for everything to proceed. They then ordered it. Rough estimate would be 3-4 weeks for the entire process. They have a physical store in norco which was being run by Andres' wife. After 3 weeks or so give or take... i got a message that they were ready to install. Well within the time frame.... They informed me when they were on the way. They probably took roughly 2.5 hours. Lucas, Andres' son was present. Nothing was rushed and i saw how they handled everything... They can reuse your old door handle... but in my case, i bought a new one... just because. The price: It's pretty fair. It isn't cheap but you get what you paid for. For the peace of mind... ill do it again. Since i got a door replacement, everything was included. From removing the old one , to clean up, trash, installing... and thankfully.... the door i got doesn't need any paint. So it's pretty good. Threshold was top notch. And it seems water / insects wont be able to pop in. Will i choose to work with them again? Probably yes... Once i opt for a screen door... maybe in a couple more months once it gets a little bit cooler.
