Blind brothers quoted the most reasonable solution for our sliding door. Everyone else wanted to go too fancy. I hired them on the strength of the reviews here so I am contributing one though I usually review elsewhere. The project was completed on time and budget, five windows total. The rolling shade in one room had a minor imperfection and Blind Brothers ordered a replacement before I ever saw the installation. They came back and replaced it at no charge. Their quote was fair and in the middle of 5 quotes. They came back out to final measure before placing the order for the solar sun screens. Once screens were completed the install went quick. Previously we had somebody else from another company out and they did not do the job properly. I explained the situation to Response Crew and I was relieved to receive reassurances from the manager of Response Crew that he'd send one of his best door guys out and that we would not be disappointed. The manager also called back twice to make sure we were happy with the job. Although I missed those voice messages I figure posting about my experience here will make up for that. It's always tough when you are trying to hang a new door on an old frame that may not be perfectly straight anymore. And yes only time will tell if the fit holds. But I will say that even if we do have another problem in the future, I know where to go - Response Crew is a no brainer and for sure I'll be a repeat customer for future needs!

Next we found out our daughter was allergic to bee stings, so we stayed inside. If it wasn't mosquitos or bees, it was the evening moths flying around our heads. The screens allow us to control the amount of sun, heat, wind, and stop the flying bugs and crawling critters that came onto our patio and into our house. We love sitting outside in the morning on our shaded patio. We can now dine outside without annoying pests. We regularly open our patio doors for fresh air.
