There wasn't a single person in line, yet a younger female employee immediately told me I had to move to the other side--literally two steps away. Instead of explaining, she responded with a rude attitude and said, "If you don't move over here, I'm not going to serve you." That interaction alone made me want to leave. The only reason I stayed was because my daughter had been begging me to bring her there. Ironically, when it was time to pay, I had to move right back to the side where I was originally standing because that's where the card machine was. Customer service goes a long way, especially with first-time customers. A simple explanation and a respectful attitude would have made all the difference. Instead, I left feeling unwelcome.
