I really missed having this with some pickled Serrano peppers or something. Twa ko: This was also deep fried. The chew was a bit dense and dry but it wasn't too bad. To be honest it could have been fermented longer and had more seasoning inside the sausage. I missed the punch of galangal and the pungent flavor from fermentation. Overall I probably will never visit again but I enjoy that this place exists and some people can get introduced to Khmer cuisine.
