Anyway, the food is the most important Sach Ko Ang: It's deep fried which makes them dry and jerky like. Flavor was light and I was pretty sad about it Lort Cha: This was good enough. Not flavorful enough for me but the person eating with me has never had it and really enjoyed it so it's good that others can enjoy it. I really missed having this with some pickled Serrano peppers or something. Twa ko: This was also deep fried. The chew was a bit dense and dry but it wasn't too bad. To be honest it could have been fermented longer and had more seasoning inside the sausage. I missed the punch of galangal and the pungent flavor from fermentation. Overall I probably will never visit again but I enjoy that this place exists and some people can get introduced to Khmer cuisine.

I prefer the wife, rice noodle or Pad See-Ew, so that's what I ordered with beef. There are plenty of seats in the food court and in front of this Apsara stall. Clean tables and nice background music made the dinner unexpectedly enjoyable. The food came out quickly and was very tasty. I love the portion as well. Definitely, it's my new Pad See-Ew place to visit now.
