They always have very good portions sizes for the boils, I always share a meal with someone and we always end up taking leftovers home. Lowkey spot with a good selection of seafood and non seafood fare alike. My group got 14 pounds of crawfish that were in season so there were some thicc mudbuggies in there. The spice levels we got were medium and the hottest one which wasn't that hot tbh, but flavor was still yum. They have lotsa lemons you should ask for too and highly recommend getting add-ins like potatoes, corn, and sausage. They have bibs and gloves for you, so its a really great dining experience if you want to be slightly less messy. We should have heeded the writings by other yelpers but the husband wanted me to try this place, he has been before pre-COVID and liked it a lot. Wait, I thought seafood boils come in bags that gets opened onto the table that create a total mess in front of you?!! Anyway .... presentation aside we tucked right in. The food took forever to come out and at one point I thought our waiter forgot about us. I don't like that the food is served in a metal bowl because the food gets cold quickly! They also charge for lemon slices. I forgot how much but it was a few slices for a couple of dollars. Bring your own lemon if you come. Just kidding. We arrived around 8:10PM on a Saturday. Parking was kind of horrible since there were 0 spots and the area in itself was difficult to go around. After ordering, the food did not take long at all to arrive and there were 3 of us total and the food came around 15-20 minutes. I ordered 1lb of snow crab with 2 pieces of corn with the mixed sauce in mild heat. Although the corn was really nice and fresh and juicy, the crab was a bit cold. The flavors itself were very good, not too salty at all and next time if I were to go I'd probably choose a higher spice level since I feel as if the spice levels here aren't that spicy. My total was about $40.00, the waiter had only checked up on us once throughout the entire duration of us dining there. Don't be turned away by the 3 stars. This place has a really cool atmosphere with every table having coverings and they provide gloves and bibs so you can be as messy as you want. The staff is friendly and the service was great! What birthed the 3 stars was the middle of the road food. We got the boil platter combo #2 which included crab legs, crawfish, shrimp, sausage, 1 potato, and 1 corn cob. You can choose from 3 different seasonings, we went with Cajun, and spice level, we went with mild (the lowest). We also ordered hush puppies which we didn't finish because we didn't enjoy them because they were a little under done and also over priced for us (4.99 for 6 small hush puppies). Overall the food was mediocre and the amount for what we payed (understanding seafood is in general more pricey) left us with room to spare hence the 3 stars. I have been going to this establishment since they first opened. I have no idea why it's taken me this long to write about how much I love the food. It's something about the seasonings that I can't get enough of which is mixed extra fire for me. Every time I order I get Shrimp w/head, sausage, 4 eggs, and potatoes. I personally would give this place around 3 stars based off of what I ordered, but my friend's boil actually looked pretty good. I really do like the vibe of this place. It is surprisingly big inside. It's a pretty cute spot! Overall the experience wasn't bad. Our server (I know it was a late-ish dinner), it felt like he was ready to clock out for the night when we first sat down. But he was still attentive and we still got all our food in a reasonable amount of time. The items I ordered included the wings, fried rice, and hush puppies. The hush puppies were good, they were almost like a cornbread. But the wings and fried rice were okay. I was excited that this place wasn't just a seafood boil, but was a little disappointed by the asian-inspired menu items. It all just needed a little bit more flavor, but the food was well prepared aside from lack of a flavor punch. My friend ordered the seafood boil and it looked really good. The problem came when I was eating my food and found a long blonde hair tangled on a crawfish. We barely touched our food. She told me to delete the pictures so she can cancel my order. I told her no. Then, our waitress came over and she asked me to delete the picture because they don't want it on the internet. I told her no as well. At this point, my boyfriend told them, if Im not eating then he doesn't want his either. He had a full meal left. They both got an attitude and walked away. At this point, I'm livid and annoyed. I understand mistakes can happen but the situation was handle was very poorly. HANDS DOWN THE BEST RESTAURANT I'VE BEEN TOO FOR CRAB LEGS!!!! I ordered the crab legs with all three seasonings. The secret sauce was the best seasoning I've ever had. I tried to ask if I could buy it, but the chef/owner said it's a secret concoction. It is smothered in a red sauce and spices, so you are given rubber gloves, which I LOVED!!! Such a genius idea that I will be doing in other restaurants. They give you your food in a plastic baggy so you can reheat it in the microwave at home, or in my case, the hotel. Me and my spouse are regular customers and we live 30 minutes away from this restaurant. We arrived at 9:25 to dine in & we finish our food within 10-15 minutes every time. The server refused to let us dine in even though he agreed that we are regular customers and I informed him we drove 30 minutes to get there & ( I am 8 1/2 months pregnant) also. His argument was "we won't let you dine in because we want to go home at 10" there was 3-4 tables seated at the time that had not received their food yet. One of the tables got up and added to their order while we were standing there trying to reason with the server and he let them but proceeded to tell us we could not place our order. Any other restaurant takes customers up until 5-10 minutes before closing but the fact that we were 45 minutes ahead of their closing time is ridiculous. He also claimed that they stop taking tables at 9:15 but as you can see in the screenshots I provided from google & Apple Maps it doesn't state that anywhere. I visited this place when I was back home for Christmas. We have a lot of these places out in Los Angeles, but seems this concept might be fairly new for this area. I thought that the portion sizes work good, but I didn't like that they wouldn't allow me to do separate bags for flavors. For example, I wanted to do crab legs with just butter and lemon pepper in one bag. And in the other bag I wanted to do shrimp with the entire mixture mild, but my server told me that they were too short-staffed for me to do separate bags??? What does that have to do with anything??? Overall, it was decent my bag didn't have a lot of sauce it was just enough to cover everything. I do like the fact that they have the different combination boil bags, but there should be some flexibility for substitution. They have a couple of TVs in the restaurant, for people who want to look at sports or any other events.
