The food was very good and the server was nice, nice looking environment the wait was pretty lengthy considering there was only two people being served, and I had to get my dessert to go so I wouldn't miss my shuttle when I had given myself an hour to eat.

I came here last night for a late snack with some friends. Been here several times, it's a good lounge to hang out in and I must say, they make excellent Old Fashioneds. This is a fun place and had live music going on when we arrived. It's inside the Renaissance hotel and not very visible from the street. The place has dim lighting and comfortable seating. Several TVs and interesting, yet eye pleasing decor. I ordered the meatballs and a beef yakitori dish. Very tasty and came out quickly. Our server was Liz, she was excellent, very attentive and quick. Always with a smile and very polite. our drinks and food were handled very well. There was another lady as well, not so nice, but Liz more than made up for that. I recommend this place and will of course be back. Did I mention they make excellent Old Fashioneds?

What a fabulous bar in a fantastic hotel. I was able to attend the weekday Punch Ceremony which is so fun. The Bartender concocts a fun complimentary punch which is served promptly at 6pm and they bring out a gong (which I got to ring, by the way, I was feeling FANCY. Bartenders & staff were all very friendly & helpful during my stay. I had no problems with the staff at all, contrary to the other reviews. Loved the ambiance of the bar overall. The weather was bad so I wasn't able to go out on the patio right off the bar but it looks like it would be amazing in great weather.

I have to say, that this bar received a higher rating because of the bartender, Amanda. She was fantastic. As a recent trained sommelier, she was knowledgeable and willing to go through a few different wine options for me to try. I ended up going for an Orin swift wine that was part of the "premium" selection. The con, I didn't realize you only get a 5oz pour instead of 6oz - I wish I would have known that. I ordered the Caesar salad with the grilled shrimp (Amanda recommended me going with the shrimp as my added protein), and wow the shrimp were amazing. The con of the salad was they gave it to you in-chopped. So with extra effort I had to sit and cut the large pieces of lettuce so I could consume my salad, which I was not happy about. I also ordered the chocolate mousse cake for dessert which I was very disappointed in. Amanda suggested I try the pies instead, but craving chocolate I opted for the cake. I should have listened to Amanda! The cake was not very moist and was just bland. Not what I was looking for. The bar ambience was great and inviting. Definitely a good spot to come to and unwind after a long day.

The servers were more intent on keeping each other company vs doing their job. Impressive ambiance, great happy hour but will not be coming back. Only a few people in the bar with an abundance of servers and still no service.

New area and swanky outdoor mall, trendy with suits filling up the space at HH . Nice decor and good drinks. Worth a visit to check it out.

Then, around 10pm, right after we'd gotten our drinks, a staff member came up and told us we needed to get up and took away our barstools. While I understand if the restaurant transitions into more of a bar at night and needs to remove seating, he was insincere and unapologetic about it. It immediately killed our conversation and vibe, and we left after one round. First and last visit.

They were not only beautifully crafted but absolutely delicious--each sip had us dreaming of swaying palm trees, ocean breezes, and a Hawaiian getaway. We loved both the Mai Tais and the Beachy Bookkeeper! We decided to share a few appetizers. The Meatballs al Forno was my favorite...packed with flavor and perfect for enjoying with friends over drinks. The Heirloom Tomato Burrata was okay however, the tomatoes didn't seem ripe and were hard and chewy. The Lobster in a Jar was tasty - on the pricey side if you ask me though... One of my favorite things about this spot is the ambiance. The lighting is low (and by low I am flat out dark where you almost can't see your hand in front of your face), creating a dark, cozy, and intimate atmosphere that makes it easy to relax and unwind after a long day. Whether you're catching up with friends, enjoying a date night, or simply looking for a place to escape for a few hours, the vibe here is spot on. The service was fantastic as well. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed, which only added to the experience. Tiki Tuesday has officially become one of my favorite weekly traditions. Walk in via J Theodore, the ohone booth is to the left. It's a cool novelty calling with a book name to enter via the book shelf. Once inside the speak easy area there were two seating options. The Library which is set away from the open lounge area and quieter or the lounge area with the bar. They would not let us pick our spot despite seating being available. We opted for the lounge area as the seat offered to us there was better to our preference. The tables are packed quiet tightly which i dont like personally but i get it. That tidbit aside it is definitely a cool environment. Service was really nice and the food we ordered was great. I presume it's the same menu as J Theodore so I'm going to have to try that now for a more restaurant style meal. This is a cool place to hang out and bring friends imo. Since we don't really drink we'll probably end up at the restaurant next time as it's not easy to eat on tiny tables. It's a bar/lounge after all.
