Used to LOVE this place, moved back to Vegas after several years and came to pick up some of their AMAZING potato soup I USED to love.. was very sadly shocked to pick up my to go and get home to find a small cup (maybe 8 oz) filled LESS than half way and cold even though they told me to come in 20 mins and was 10 mins early being I live right around the corner. Bill was almost 20$ for 1 bread bowl and 2 cups exactly how I described. My 3 year old eats more than what we got in each cup.. then drive 3 mins to my house to find the soup was barely warm.. called and spoke with someone who answered the phone and tried explaining what the "cook" gave us and basically asked to bring the food back cause it definitely wasn't worth $18 and was told "we don't take back returns" will not be returning and sadly disappointed in how much Sean Patrick's has changed. I wouldn't recommended anyone to come here, there service is rude and not what it used to be and there food wasn't worth what we got. Went here on St. Patty's day and though they were a pretty short-staffed and had a line out the door, they were very friendly and worked together to make sure everyone was taken care of. They sold out of their Irish food before we got a chance to order but compensated by letting us order an item off their regular menu free of charge! The Manager got on the mega phone and thanked everyone for coming in and celebrating with them! I will be back! read more

I can see why this place is empty. First football Sunday and my husband and I are the only ones here. Two lady bartenders were more concerned on charging their phones, drinking theri Starbucks, chatting with each other (including the cook sitting at one of the tables) and fixing tvs for football. Had to flag them down for a second drink and never asked if we needed anything. Lord knows what we would have to do for a third drink - and we were sitting at the bar gambling. Not a do over!! Okay guys i have been here about fivetimes now ( i live right by it ) so i believe i can make an accurate review here , i have seen some mixed reviews and most negative reviews are a few years old. This place is 24/7 for food which is fantastic and it has a good reasonably priced menu! A plus is all food is served any time day or night regardless of what type of meal you want. Lets start with breakfast, I had the three egg cheese omelet which was great it came with hash browns and toast. Everything was great , for toast I got some of the best marble rye bread I've had in quite some time so i definetly reccomend breakfast and if I remember correctly my food was only about $6-$7 dollars! Now to lunch and dinner, i am a huge fan of their FULL sized potatoe skins ! They are big if you didnt get the hint when i said full size lol. Crispy on the outside and cooked properly so the potatoe is nice and soft which is very important, plenty of melted cheddar cheese , bacon , and chives . This is one of their best appetizers I've had their and some of the best potatoe skins I've had anywhere. Moving on to the entrée its hard to go wrong, I've had their burgers which are made with quality meat and always good . Cheesy potatoe soup is fantastic and even better if you get it in a bread bowl. I also had a shepherds pie there which wasnt bad, i didnt like one of the spices in it cant put my finger on what it was maybe cloves not sure but please dont take it as it being bad it was just my personal taste and the other people with me loved it! As far as sides fries are fresh and always golden brown and one of my favs is their potatoe salad which was very good as well and I do recommend . Now for service and ambience. My favorite waitress is danny she is funny and very attentive she is usually there breakfast and lunch. I have had other waitresses that are not the best in the evening but nothing for me to complain about i got my orders in quick no matter what time a day and they all made sure my cups were full. The bar and restaurant itself never seems to be too busy which puzzles me for the quality food they have, you can seat yourself anywhere and they have great private areas if you wanna have a party or a bunch of friends or whatever, overall I really like this place and highly reccomend it because the food here is not your typical bar food so please enjoy and if you get danny for a waitress tell her Big Mike sent you ! read more

Christmas Eve. with all of our out-of-town relatives in town in Las Vegas to do Xmas at my 80 year old Irish mom's place and we figure let's go to a real Irish pub for dinner. The waitress was good if not a little slow but we ordered and the place was empty and she came back and said they were out of corned beef and cabbage which is highlighted as one of the main specials. Looking at the deserted room, hard to figure. Rest of food was okay but overpriced. So after dinner we all wander into the bar area to play a little video poker. Bartender is busy talking to some obviously "regular" so we were patient for a few minutes until we finally call him over and now he is perturbed we interrupted him for change for the machines and a drink order! Took his sweet time. Then my mom had a mailer from this chain of pubs saying $5 free slot play good thru 12/31/2012 as she has been there before and had a players card. The machine would not add it onto the card and bartender says he has no power to add any credit onto her machine. Said we would have to talk to "corporate" about the problem and walked away. So I go on the web site and no where is there any link, address, phone number to contact mgmt of this chain of pubs. Horrible service, rude bartender, would never go back. Would highly recommend Loose Caboose down the street at the corner of Flamingo and Buffalo instead! read more

The beer selection is good, and the food isn't bad, but it isn't great either. The place has good potential, but they need advertising. A good deal of effort went into decorating the interior of the building. The interior features lots of wood work around the doorways and booth seating. I really like the service here, there are Bartenders Michael and Tim that work late night and they are very professional and welcoming. The lady that works on swing is great too and I like her sense of humor. This bar in the late evening is never crowded and has a good selection of beer, food and a full bar. The fish and chips are always great and they give you everything you need, tartar sauce, coleslaw and malt vinegar. Sometimes the fish is small portions and other times they are considerably larger, but either way always very good. The chips/fries are crispy and perfectly cooked and they are the cross-cut type which is cool. I've never tried the other food items on the menu since the fish and chips are always perfectly cooked. Service is prompt, you never have to wait very long to get attended to. Yes, this bar has gaming and you can smoke too, but overall it's clean and cozy inside. I used to be a semi regular at this place a couple years ago. I lived at the condos next door and would come for dinner and a beer after work. Was in the area last night do decided to stop by for a quick bite. Went there with my gf and another couple. Was a little worried when I pulled in the parking lot because the place was completely deserted. We were 1 of only 2 cars in the parking lot at 8 pm. We walked in and there was a couple people at the bar, which is actually busier than it looked outside. Decor was the same as I remember, pretty standard Irish pub. We sat at the bar and checked out the menu which was updated and had a pretty decent selection. They also have a nice variety of beer but at $5.50 a pint, they are over priced compared to similar places in the area. We all decided to go the safe route and order sandwiches, since the place was dead we didn't want to be too adventurous with our order. I got the blta, which is a Blt plus avocado. Everyone's food was decent, I liked the fries quite a bit. I was disappointed to find out after the food came that they were out of avocado. When I asked the bartender about this he gave me a weird looked and said " oh we're out of avocado" then just walked away. So it was a ok Blt but was a rip off for 10 bucks and wouldn't have ordered it had they told me they didn't have all the ingredients. This place has decent bar food and good beer, but can't give it more than 2 stars because of the service and price. The bill was about $80 for 4 sandwiches and 6 beers. This place has potential, but with all the other options around town I won't be back anytime soon. read more

My wife and I have dined in Irish Pubs in various locations. So when we drove passed Sean Patrick's Pub, we put it on our list. We stopped there on Tuesday, July 21. Our server was Samantha, who was extremely pleasant! (By the way, there were probably six customers in the place, all at the bar area...Virginia and I were a little reluctant with our choice of dining locations...) ...My wife and I ordered a draft beer and my wife ordered the Shepard pie. I ordered the Steak and Guinness Pie...we waited...and were looking forward to being disappointed...On the contrary, when we received our orders they were delicious!...We had made good choices! The portions were adequate and filling! Samantha checked up on us in intervals! We were pleased. Samantha informed us that the pub served breakfast 24 hours a day!...I informed my wife that when we left Las Vegas, I wanted to try their breakfasts here!.... ...On Saturday, July 25th we arrived at Sean Patrick's at around 2:pm. Our server this time was another really pleasant individual by the name of Jami. (Once again, there were only a few people in the place, all at the bar area!) My wife and I expected the worst...I ordered the Corned Beef Hash and Eggs...My wife ordered the Irish Cobb Salad!...) I received the Best Corned Beef Hash and Eggs that I have ever had...The Corned Beef was fresh!...Kudos to the chef! Great job! ( My previous experience with corned beef hash was the stuff you found in a can and was fried). The potatoes were a bit on the oily side, but a welcome respite from what I was anticipating! My wife enjoyed her choice as well! ...At this point, I will make Sean Patrick a location that I will intentionally seek out to dine in when I return to Vegas!...Which is pretty often! read more

I've been eating at Sean Patrick's almost since it opened (it was too busy when it first opened, so we waited a couple of months). The decor is great, the ambiance is wonderful, the staff is always friendly and courteous. The beers on tap are nice, especially since I'm not a fan of American beer and their long list of beers only include two or three American beers. People seem to be complaining about the "bland" food, but I'm not quite sure what's so bland about it. My husband (a very picky eater) loves it, as does my teenager, and we eat there on a regular basis. I think I've had everything on the menu and while some of the items may not appeal to me, it's MY OWN personal taste, nothing wrong with the food. Yes, traffic to the business has died off, but since I don't enjoy waiting 30 minutes to get a table, I'm glad business has slowed. And then again, when you consider the economy, it doesn't take a genius to figure out why business has slowed. I reserved a room here for my wedding after-party. Our waiter (don't remember his name, but we have his picture!) took very good care of us and we really couldn't have asked for anything better. Yes, this place is off the strip, but since I'm not looking for a club to party at and not looking to fight the crowds and wait 20 minutes just to get a beer or a burger, Sean Patrick's is perfect. This is a neighborhood bar, but it beats all the other neighborhood bars within a 4 mile radius (believe me, we've been to them all!). read more

Nice little bar/restaurant. It is a big room with several high top tables. The food was good--pretzel bites, wine and fish&chips. I had the gluten free flatbread special... Chicken sausage, cheese, basil, tomato and caramelized onions. It was surprisingly tasty! The onion added an extra dimension of yumminess. The cheese was gooey without being overwhelming. Just right The crust had a nice crisp and terrific flavor. Not cardboard-y. My dining companion tasted and agreed that it's one of the best GF pizzas we've ever tasted. Friendly service, too. We used to love coming here as we live in the neighbourhood. We came in the other night to play pool and were informed that now it's $5/hour to play pool, which is honestly no big deal but we were informed that our favourite server was fired because she wasn't charging ppl the 5 dollars. unfortunate because as we played pool on this night that wasn't even busy, we were forgotten about and had to walk up to the bar to get our own drinks. We used to play and drink all night then eat and gamble for a while. The service used to be awesome but now you get to pay an extra 5 dollars for shitty service. Maybe the other chick didn't charge ppl for pool cuz she was smart enough to know it's insulting to ppl who are going to end up spending $500 anyway. Definitely won't be back here when there are so many options for pool in the neighbourhood. read more

First the good: the food was pretty good, I had the French dip and my boyfriend had the Morrisey's Meal. He loved every bit of his meal, the chips he said were delicious. I loved the French dip. The server was helpful and friendly. Our food came out quick and super hot!!! The places was beautiful, very Irish!! I loved it! They had many different private rooms for small parties, and the bar set up was beautiful. Now the bad: when we went to go pay the server came back to inform us that the credit card machine wasn't working. She told us that she tried one of the guys at the bar like 3 times and it didn't work. If she knew this before we sat down it would of be more helpful. It was the bartenders birthday and to celebrate they doused her with water serval time. Which is fine, but i believe they took it alittle over board. They became alittle obnoxious. Twice it's been bad. I've waited to review but not anymore. The first time my omelet had a sprinkle of bell peppers all on one side and no ham, which I ordered. Then instead of re-making it they just gave me a side of microwave ham. The second time I walked in to take out. I used a gift card. They do not know how to ring in a gift card. She mistook my remaining balance for the full balance. And told me I didn't have that much on the card. Then she rang in what would've been my remaining balance as the total on the card, so I had to come outta pocket. Then I look at my receipt saying it has $22 left and she's telling me it's empty and trying to throw it away. She tried to throw away my gift card with $22 left on it! This is the second time they didn't know how to ring up a gift card. Tsk tsk. They should train their people better. But it also seems like no one cares. The corned beef is good. But the service is pathetic. It's sux to not be able to count on good service at least once. It sux to know if you want to get some semi-Irish bar food just around the corner from your house, it's gonna be a hassle. Step yo game up. You're a business playtime is over. read more

Just walked in to check the place out. 50% of all drinks and pizza from 5pm-7pm then 12am-2am. It's a mellow spot. Nothing crazy which is what I like. Lots of tvs for sports, just let the bartender what you wanna see. It's in a nice area, nothing to crazy going on in the around which is perfect and I love it. Music choices are good. Ambience is dark and comfortable. Haven't tried the food yet, but their tall drafts are great. Prices vary of course. Miller lite pint for $3 and mugs for $5...mugs are the way to go. read more

I've been in Las Vegas for 10 years and Ide is by far the best bar tender I've come across! The food here is good, drinks well made but Ide hands down makes the experience. They don't have her behind the bar right now (big mistake) service is slower and drinks aren't as perfectly made because she isn't the one doing it. Once this is remedied, this will be right back up to my #1 favorite local pub. read more

This place is awful! I wish I had known they were taken over by PTs, I would've saved the gas. I wanted to take my family here for a pre- St. Patrick's Day dinner. Unfortunately, that was not to be. For some bizarre reason, they no longer allow children under the age of 21. The food probably stinks anyway.
