I was a bit kind when I wrote my first review given it was one of the few times I shopped in store…read more Now that I have been here several times, it's evident the Leadership is not taking it seriously or the customers have no respect for the products. The last few times I been in the store, there have been boxes wrapped in plastic and what appears to be the materials to rebuild a wall display without anyone around them. It's as if someone was going to start to put the display together, stopped and never returned to it. There are a number of clothing racks that have clothes just thrown onto it or on the floor. Employees walk by it and ignore the appearance which makes it look like you are at a thrift store. Kohl's is supposed to be reputable from a corporate standpoint, but the leadership at this location don't care about the appearance. I personally would not buy clothes that was thrown on the the floor or into the display. The only area in the store where appearance and cleanliness is maintained is Sephora which appears to have driven some excitement by many given their reputation. The one positive about my last visit is I forgot my Kohl's card, which I rarely use, and they were able to look me up in the system (after handing them my photo ID) and I could apply my purchase onto the card without having it with me. Other than that, the store is in shambles and quite honestly I am shocked it's still open given I can't imagine its raking in the money the same way its stores are in other locations.

For instance, always out of Hepa filters in smaller sizes, does not carry crustacean utensils like the little forks but had a nice shell cracker to open crab legs. Speaking of crab legs, the Jonah crab legs were a pleasant surprise so I had them twice. Not as good as florida stone crab legs but decent. Easy parking, in general friendly staff when you can find them. Good hours. Safe to shop there. Decent prices. All good.

Whomever the GM of the store is should be applauded because they did a soft opening a weekly early and since the official opening this place has been hopping. The most difficult part of going to this location is finding parking. FYI: This is the former location of K-Mart for those wondering. Store is well organized, staff is very attentive to organization and keeping the shelves in order. Staff is friendly, they offer great quality bags at $0.05 and the self-checkout option makes it easy to grab wha you need and checkout quickly. This is now my go-to Target.

This Reny's was a surprisingly large store with two levels and had many products made in Maine. On the first floor, we picked up 2 bags of Fox Family Potato Chips (Salt and Pepper; Wicked Hot BBQ) before leaving the state of Maine. I wish we had purchased 5 more bags as the chips were delicious (potato flavor and not overly seasoned). Service was friendly and the checkout line was relatively short. The prices were comparable to what you might pay at a grocery store like a Hannaford. Overall, I think every visitor should stop by a Reny's at least one time to experience this unique Maine store!

The coupon said it could be combined with rewards so I never would have anticipated the issue and attitude I got from Abby, who told me she was a manager, that she told me multiple times that she couldn't make it work, and finally that I was stressing her out so she was going to help another customer. I will admit that after she said "did you not hear me" in a snippy and sarcastic tone, I did get upset and asked "did you really just say that to me?". She called up Beth, the store manager, and we had a very pleasant exchange. I explained the issue and she was able to fix it with no problem. I get that people get stressed out and at first she was trying to help, but when she couldn't figure it out, she should have just asked for help instead of repeatedly berating me.
