Amazing meal start to finish! The staff was excellent from the initial greeting. Our waitress, Deziree P, was enough to make the visit great on her own, but then the appetizer, soup and flatbread were all fantastic. On top of it all, we were in a bit of a rush and almost did the fast food thing instead. What a terrible decision that would have been! Deziree's recommendations were spot on and everything came out fast and was perfect! The atmosphere was fancy but casual, just all around comfortable. If you are anywhere nearby, treat yourself to a visit to this place and ask to be seated in Deziree's section, you'll be ecstatic that you did! 5 + stars!!!!

First time coming here and it did not disappoint. The bar has very comfy chairs and the shape of the bar is unique where it has a curve to it. What i love about it here is that you can get a decent size, filling meal without breaking the bank calorie wise. They also have a pretty extensive wine list, and the desserts are delicious.

My dinner at this Seasons 52 was a very enjoyable experience. With the exception of them being out of brussels sprouts tonight, everything else was flawless, from ambiance to service to the food and drink. I had seen several reviews talking about issues regarding reservations, so I checked their website to see if I needed one for my party. It indicated that general seating was available during every possible time slot, so we went there without making one. We were seated immediately, and during our time there, the restaurant was almost always full, but with enough turnaround that I never saw anyone waiting for a table to become available. I'm not sure how quickly their seasonal drinks change - I got the same cocktail at a different Seasons 52 in Virginia 5 months ago (2 seasons ago). But I don't care, it's a favorite. It was their New Old Fashioned, which really doesn't seem so new to me. In fact, it was more classic in structure than many others I've had elsewhere, and correctly made. While everything was delicious, my favorite part of the evening was the kona rubbed lamb, cooked to perfection and so tender. Instead of the sprouts, I ordered the roasted cauliflower au gratin. Here's a little trick... put the cheese sauce on the baby broccoli that comes with the lamb, you won't regret it. I'm not really fond of the Seasons 52 dessert offerings, which I like to call "The wheel of tiramisu." I'd love to see additional desserts offered. There's a lot of competition locally among steakhouses and upscale restaurants in this area. This Seasons 52 holds up very well among them all.

Went here for a birthday dinner with family. It was 4 of us going and when we arrived we had to wait a couple minutes for our table which was fine. The food never disappoints here. For an appetizer we got two of the wood fired pizza which was delicious. For food I got the filet mignon which was tasty and I asked for medium which was perfectly cooked. The asparagus could have been cooked better because it was really stringy. The Mac and cheese was amazing though! Their cocktails are very great here and I need to go back for their happy hour. Service could have been better. Our server I think was attending to people across the restaurant and when we got our appetizer we did not have plates to eat from so we had to flag someone down who I think ended up being the manager. After that our server was very attentive but it became too much at one point with him checking in a lot when we were eating. The one thing I was sad about is we were sat right next to the door when there were other open tables available. I wish we could've been sat somewhere better and in that area was way more dim than the other parts. We also had a reservation which I wished we would have been better considered for a table in the main room. Overall, I did like my food but service felt off that day and not sure if it was because it was busy or just an off day. Hoping to have a better time next time.

Fantastic service and truly sumptuous meals. I had the gnocchi (vegetarian here) and it was yummy. The tomatoes in it were bursting with flavor. Members of my party enjoyed scallops, filet mignon, and lobster tail. My toddler nephew ordered from the kids' menu and got a cheese burger (plain burger with no toppings, cheese was extra) with green beans. We all got a mini dessert and loved them. Cocktails were also excellent. Decent beer selection (though no beer list is available/server had it memorized). Wine list is extensive. Our server went above and beyond and interacted with my nephew every time he visited our table! Crayons and a sheet for coloring were provided. Restaurant was packed and loud, as it was Friday night. It is handicapped accessible though there aren't any handicapped parking spots right near the door. The few handicapped spots in the parking lot were full when we arrived at 5:45 PM.

I cannot explain how delicious the food was. It was amazing and flavorful.. The low rating is due to the lack of customer service. I didn't have anybody check on me throughout my meal. After waiting for a good 15 minutes for it to go box I asked a waiter that was not mine and she said OK and never came back. Then I had to ask another waitress who was busy and then the third waitress actually brought me a box and my bill I had been standing up to show that I was ready to go for 10 minutes. It was not a very good experience at all. The restaurant itself was very nice and clean. Even the cocktails were great you just have to find somebody that is willing to take your order.

Went here for a family reunion luncheon with about 34 attendees. Their service was great and the food was great as well. I had the cedar plank salmon and it was delicious. This is my second time at the restaurant. Each time having the same dish: sesame-grilled salmon salad for lunch. The salmon is "cooked medium" as recommended, but in actuality, it is cooked perfectly. Not a bit overcooked. The organic salad had chunks of mango and was refreshing with the homemade dressing. I would get this dish again next time or maybe will try the lump crab cake sandwich. Our waiter was also very patient with us while my friend and I chatted through and after lunch. I have not been to other Seasons 52 restaurants, but we enjoyed the food and the ambiance of this Burlington restaurant.

This has turned into a pretty regular spot for us to grab dinner when we are looking for something for everyone. Reservations are recommended as they tend to be busy even on a random Wednesday. If this is your first time, be aware that they tend to offer healthier options, which are still incredibly flavorful. Go to appetizers are the crabcakes and philly cheese flatbreads. Their crabcakes are one of the better options out there and don't have much filler. Tried most of their flatbreads and they are great for sharing. Recently tried the butter fish and it was cooked perfectly and paired well with the mushrooms and ponzu sauce. All the entrees I have tried have been really delicious. Service has always been attentive and friendly. While they have a solid drink menu, their cocktails tend to be a hit or miss, this is the so I try to stick to their wine. Great spot for accommodating large crowds. They have a more casual section where you can grab drinks at the bar or dinner at a booth and a more formal dining area including a large room to accommodate private events.

Really pretty good for being a chain but they are hit or miss on some dishes. The other thing is they need to season everything while cooking, don't be afraid of a little salt and pepper. I shouldn't have to completely season my food once it's put in front of me. Some dishes are really tasty (but needs salt) the service is the same usually pretty good but some times it's hot or miss. Consistency shouldn't be the issue at a chain. The bar is a great atmosphere and we do enjoy the dessert shooters!

decided to try seasons 52 for their healthy options. we started with the wood grilled artichoke flatbread which was a unique flavor combination, good but entirely too greasy. there was so much grease on the plate and on each piece! i tried their caesar salad and the romaine was not cut small enough, there were huge pieces that i had to cut myself to eat, the croutons were too large too, all doused in too much dressing. i don't know if they take their healthy claims as seriously as their marketing because the oils and dressing adds up! for dinner i ordered their wood grilled chilean sea bass and substituted the wild rice pilaf with parmesan risotto, and it was great! my friend ordered their halibut, said it was on the drier side, and that my sea bass was much more juicy and flavorful than theirs. i ended the meal with their raspberry canolli cup, and i loved that their desserts are a perfect portion. i usually don't order dessert just because they are often so large, so i loved the portion size. artichoke pizza 6/10 caesar 4/10 sea bass 9/10 halibut 6.5/10 i would return here again for the sea bass, but nothing else inspired me to return. ambiance: 3.7/5 food: 3.1/5 drinks: 3.5/5 service: 3.7/5 seasons 52: 3.2/5

My girlfriend and I shared our one year anniversary here (I requested a booth in the reservation and they provided a booth which was really awesome!) Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious and was brought to the table in a timely manner; we also got two of the desserts to go. The only issue we had was that when it came time to pay, our server was pretty inattentive and we waited for an extra 20 minutes to finish with the bill. It was quite busy today - Saturday at 12:30. I have been here about 5 times. Ordered the stuffed mushrooms and crabmeat appetizer which were great - as always. My wife got the Chilean sea bass for the first time and she really enjoyed it - nice portion too. I got the sea scallops - delicious as well. After we had paid, I noticed these cool mini desserts in like a tall shot glass. I asked our server about it and she actually brought me out one for free. Our waitress even noticed me taking photos and asked if we wanted her to take our photo - we said yes! I can't say enough good things about this place - my wife and I love it here and always look forward to returning. read more

Seasons is a nice step down and a less expensive than Eddies and Capital Grille. My last visit wasn't perfect, but I've always had good luck here and good service. Add in apps, dessert and a couple drink apiece and you're blowing a couple Benjamin's , but if you have self control you'll be ok.... read more

Delighted. The service was quick. Food was hot. Portions generous. Seasoned to enhance the flavor but not hide what you are eating. We are grateful for this dining experience. It will be added to our list of "frequently visited". To top it off- the prices are extremely reasonable. We are already planning our next meal! I came the day before Valentine's Day with my boyfriend for dinner. We expected there to be less people since the Super Bowl was going on, but there was a good amount of people! We got a reservation for 4:30pm. We ordered the lump crab and shrimp stuffed mushrooms, pesto chicken and fresh mozzarella flatbread, and mini delights to share. I had the cedar plank roasted salmon as an entrée. The stuffed mushrooms were DELICIOUS. The mushrooms were so tender and I loved every bite! The flatbread was pretty good - it wasn't as flavorful as I had hoped it would be... but I guess I'm not surprised since pesto and mozzarella aren't typically that strongly flavored haha. I really liked the salmon with the green beans/potatoes on the side. I'm not sure if I was supposed to do this, but I really liked scraping the skin off the plank and eating that at the end (please don't judge me lol). The salmon was super delicious and flavorful (especially with the mustard)! In terms of desserts, my ranking is the turtle cheesecake mini, the pecan pie mini, and then the peanut butter torte mini. The pecan pie mini would've been my favorite if there were more pecans/the glaze in there. All three were super delicious though! Overall, we had a great time! I loved that everything was relatively low calorie but very delicious! I'm positive we'll be back for more! read more

Had a very nice meal at Seasons 52 Started with the Philly steak flatbread and chipotle shrimp flatbread- both were excellent Then we had an 8 oz filet mignon which was cooked a perfect medium rare and the caramelized sea scallops over risotto which were good, but not great There were many items on the menu that looked very appealing- something I find lacking in most restaurants The deserts were fun and very good. We had the key lime pie, oatmeal cookie and turtle cheesecake- small bites but just enough I look forward to coming again read more

We had 14 in our party. Our waitress was awesome we got drinks, appetizers, meals and desserts. They had wine flights, which I love but I would prefer all red or all white options. The didn't have much in the way of craft beers, a disappointment for some in our party. The food was very good. It is expensive but when the food is good it's worth it. I've only come for larger parties but would love to check out the date night vibe. read more

very spacious place with nice ambiance. they have a menu that changes with the seasons along with a fair amount on the menu that is consistent. as a vegetarian, i appreciate that they have veg and vegan options. a non-vegetarian friend and i always meet here as it is between our homes and there are always plenty of options for both of us. i typically get the roasted artichokes with super yummy lemmon hummus along with roasted tomato flatbread topped with tons of fresh basil. absolutely terrific drinks as well. never disappointed with this place! read more

I have never had a bad meal at Seasons. Taste and quality is always outstanding from simple tacos, flatbreads, salads, soups, salmon or beef! I enjoy every meal!!! Try anything ... it will be great. Usually need a reservation on busy nights! Recommend calling ahead. Yesterdays service was excellent. Leo the waiter was exceptionally kind, friendly, skilled and had great hospitality talents! A positive and cheerful young person working hard with hopes and dreams! Location is easy and bar area is comfortable, too! read more

Seasons 52 has yet to disappoint and from what I can see, it never will. We dined at Seasons with friends, one of which has a food sensitivity. Upon learning of this, the server brought a menu just for our friend with numerous options. The server continually discussed many options for our friend with every course. It's really nice to know that Seasons 52 not only accommodates food sensitivities, but educates its staff about its products and how they can be made to meet specific needs. Will definitely return! read more

The flatbreads are all great and the "happy hour" combo of a wine with a flatbread is a great bargain. Other favorites are the Ahi Tuna and Potato Skillet. The staff seems especially attentive and it is a very comfortable environment. read more

I'm giving 5 stars as this beautiful restaurant has it all very nice staff from the reception area to waitresses etc. Nicole S our lovely waitress was excellent. The food. Including the delicious flatbread tomato pizza. Leek soup Chilean sea bass. Best I've ever had and the Filet Mignon my boyfriend had and super delicious mini desserts. Can't say enough. Definitely coming back read more

I had been to several Seasons 52 locations and they are always consistently good. However, the birthday dinner at the Burlington location was truly special. The food was way above what one expects from a chain restaurant. My scallops were perfect. I don't like asparagus and they didn't have a problem substituting it with spinach. Our server was truly exceptional. I should have asked for his name. Maybe I just go back and look for him. He knew the wine list details and really gave great advice as I knew the regions and types but not the individual makers. It is very comforting when your server is sommelier grade. read more

The food and ambience were terrific. The service is the reason for only 3 stars. We had previously eaten at a seasons 52 in Florida and had an amazing experience so it seemed like a no brainer to plan a post graduation lunch here. We all LOVED our food, particularly the Chilean Sea Bass. The large round booth was great for our party of 6 to easily be able to chat. And our first round of cocktails were on point. The service was the weak link. The hostess was on the phone when we walked in so appreciate her not being able to great us, but she never even made eye contact. Standing next to her was a server looking bored using the host stand to hold herself up. She never even said hello to us let alone offer to help or suggest someone would be with us shortly. Once sat, we waited a very long time for our server to great us or take a drink order. Even when she did come to the table she barely said hello. Never checked back with us at any point to see if everything was ok or if we needed anything. we were able to sneak in another round of drinks when she dropped a plate at the table but it took an exceptionally long time to get it, almost like it had been forgotten and then she just dropped it and ran off, with not a word spoken. Then there was dessert. She flew through the list of desserts and seemed surprised when we asked if she could slow down and go through it one more time. We would eat here again, just hope for a different server's section next time. read more

Went on Thanksgiving for the second year in a row. Last year was great; this year it was a zoo. Very crowded and they were short staffed. Our waitress was also the bartender for our section of the restaurant. We felt very rushed and uncomfortable. Not next Thanksgiving. read more

Love this place! Our waitress, Sarah, made our experience so great! We came to celebrate a birthday, we got the tuna tartar which i highly recommend. A mushroom flatbread and porkchops to share. Something I really appreciated is that since we shared an entree they split the entrees in half for us and gave us an individual plated entrees each. This way we didn't have to split the food up on our own. The prices are good for the environment and service. It seems pretty packed so make sure you make reservations! I will definitely be back! read more

I had no idea this place was here but it's amazing! I remember when they built this complex and didn't know a nice restaurant had been installed. I'd never heard of "Seasons 52" before but was meeting some people here for dinner. From the outside it doesn't look like much but inside - someone did their homework here. Darkened mood lighting. Huge round bar with seats all around. Excellent people watching. Excellent food - had the filet my first time and it was perfect. Excellent wine selection - went back again to sit at the bar and loved it. Nice restrooms. Just an excellent restaurant-bar for adults. No dopes downing Bud yelling at TVs. It's one of my favorite places in the area now. They are killing it here! read more

Place had a nice atmosphere, and was very busy which was great to see. At the bar it took me 10 minutes to get noticed another five minutes to get a drink. at service was extremely slow which means they lost money in our table of 7. The food is a little lack luster...flatbreads are usually good, but the main course can be "hit or miss", I can overlook the possibility that this really is a glorified Olive Garden. We had a delightful dinner at the Burlington, MA Restaurant this past week. Seasons 52 NEVER disappoints!!! Our meals were delicious... wonderful pork chop on a bed of red cabbage and golden raisins, served with a side of mashed sweet potato with pecans and brown sugar. My partner had a delicious piece of chilean sea bass on a bed of wild rice with mushrooms. For dessert... we could not help ourselves and ordered two of their mini-indulgences of layered pecan pie and the other was of oreo cookie and vanilla. The atmosphere and decor of the restaurant is beautiful with nice lighting. But the best of all was our server, Susan. She was so friendly and helpful with our choices of wine, food and desserts. One of the most pleasant dining experiences we have had in awhile. We were there to celebrate our 38 Year Anniversary and loved every minute. read more

The restaurant was super busy on a Saturday night. We made reservations and still had to wait 30 mins for our table. No bueno. The bartenders were too busy to provide great service however, the Mango Jalapeño Crush and Don Julio Margarita were superb. The menu is very complementary for all pallets. How did they run out of chicken I will never know. Our server Gustavo was not over bearing but personable. Nice touch with the wine glasses. See photo. My sea scallops and risotto were served cold. If I could I would give my review a 10 first we had some issues getting a reservation and spoke to a nice young woman named Julia. You see it was a party of 10 some old family friends we have not seen for some number of years but Julio took care of us. The appetizers were great main dishes were great we had a couple kids Service and attention to them were great the only negative was we had a fairly new server was just her I believe her name was Victoria and she did give it her best shot but something's just were longer than we are used to. Great people starting with Julia. Servers were very friendly food was very very good and the price was tight. This is a must try people read more

First of all, let me apologize for taking so long to write this review. I was at Seasons 52 for my Birthday which was July 9. Things got off to a rocky start. Our table, which I had reserved, was not ready when we arrived, but that was no problem. When we were seated, no server came over to us for over 5 minutes. Finally, a server (Bethany) came over and apologized said that our server was busy and asked if she could start us off with an appetizer. We ordered a Kale Caesar salad and thanked her for coming over to us. Our server then breezed by and said hello and said she would be back. I think that was the last time we saw her. Bethany brought our salad, which was delicious and said that she could also take our order. We placed our order with her. When the food arrived, my entree was not the one I ordered. Bethany came over and apologized and then we were greeted by the manager Rochelle. She apologized profusely. I told her it was not a big deal and I understood as I worked in a restaurant as well. My food arrived Shrimp & grits) and it was superb. Both Bethany and Rochelle came by to make sure that everything was perfect...and it was. We ordered 2 delicious mini-desserts and Rochelle came over and said, "I understand there's a birthday at this table," and I said it was mine. Rochelle told us that the entire meal was on her for our inconvenience and I told her that was not necessary, but she insisted. Bethany came by and also wished me a happy Birthday. I asked if I could leave her the gift card I had as a tip and she said that no tip was necessary. Of course, a tip was most definitely necessary, I only had $15.00 in my wallet so I apologized to her. She said, "Seriously, I don't expect a tip. Just come back and ask for me." I left the tip and I promised I will be back...and I will. I can't tell you how many people I have told about this wonderful experience. Five of us had dinner here tonight, and were very disappointed with the service. The waiter seemed to be trying, but he had way too many tables to handle effectively; at several points it was impossible to get his attention, and we waited a good 30 minutes for the dessert "presentation" (a tray of mini dessert parfaits). The worst part of the experience was that our entrees were not served at the same time; after a few minutes four of us had our meals and we began to eat. A good 10 minutes later, a woman (the manager?) came over to tell my brother-in-law that his meal would be delayed (hello: it already was delayed!) because the chef had not liked the way his fish had been cooked (didn't the chef cook it?). No apologies, no comped entree, and when his fish finally came it was not good. This is not how a professional establishment operates. For $50 a head, I expect better service. Went there last night, on a reservation for 4, which I had made a month ago, because we were celebrating a birthday. I had requested a booth, for a more intimate setting. They started to seat us in a middle table. When I asked if there was a booth, it seemed we started from square one, waiting on a table, as if we had walked in with no reservation at all. As we waiting and waiting, we found a table in the bar. A booth, in the corner, spacious and cozy. Our waitress was just OK, she didn't seem happy to be there. The food was good. We all enjoyed our meals. The setting, in the bar, is happy and bright, bustling and modern. Their menu is connected to the seasons, hence the name. I love this. There were lots of entres with root vegetables, squash, very autumn. I had a butternut squash risotto, which was very good. SOOOOO disappointing, beyond words! It was 2:30 on Monday, January 1st, and there was hardly anyone at the restaurant when I stopped by on my way home from work to get a take out order. It took over half an hour for my order to be ready and, when I got home, all three items went straight to trash. The flatbread was completely burnt as well as the flatbread sandwich, and even the burger was hard as a rock and it was supposed to be cooked medium. I call the restaurant and was promised a gift card but its been almost 3 weeks and my credit card bill just reminded me about the $40 I spent on food that went to trash. I couldn't believe that they would serve BURNT food to their clients so it makes it 100% worse to do it for a take out order. read more

I highly recommend if your looking to host an event, to go to Seasons 52 in Burlington. We held my sisters bridal shower at this location today (Sunday June 2, 2019) and it was awesome!! From the planning of the event with Michael the Sales Manager to the servers - Gustavo, Leah and Irma, and the best surprise - the executive chef - Wilmer, whom cooked in front of us because of the custom menu we chose, and the rest of the staff for making us all feel so welcome!! Food and service were great, all the attending guests raved about the food and service as well, we couldn't be any more happy to have had the day so perfect for my sister and brother-in-law to be!! Best dinner ever! We came in for my friends birthday, and were able to grab a drink at the bar right away while we waited for our table, they were delicious! We were then seated and very happy to realize it is restaurant week!! Beau was one of the best servers I've ever had, he made my friend feel so special on her birthday!! Our food was amazing, great quantity quality and value. We shared a chicken pesto flatbread and a cheesy cauliflower app, and i thoroughly enjoyed my kona lamb loin which was cooked perfectly. My friend loved her cedar plank salmon, and the mini desserts were perfect. We will be back!!! read more

Great flatbreads! I can see this as a great new meeting place for after-work drinks. The food is pretty good and the prices aren't ridiculous. Good atmosphere. They have a piano player in the bar! My only complaint is that they seem a little disorganized. The hostess couldn't find our table when we were been seated. Food took a little longer than I expected. Another time I did takeout. Good food, but long wait. I've been twice for lunch, which seems to be the best time I've had here. read more

Went with a large group and with just one other person. The service was terrible, amateur for both. It was all hurry up/slow down. The timing was so off. We were all done our desserts for about 15 minutes before we got the first coffee. That is just one example. The food was very blah, not bad, but nothing to get excited about. For the cost, there are a lot better alternatives in the suburbs that try a lot harder. read more

Went here yesterday. Fabulous food and the service was very prompt and very friendly. The drinks are very good too. They also have a great wine selection to choose from. The ambiance is very warm, welcoming, and inviting. Oh yeah, they also have that wonderful piano bar!!!! Love it!!! Will definitely be going back soon! Thank you for such a wonderful experience! My wife and I have been in a few times now. Really enjoy the food & appreciate that they have seperate menu for allergies. Last week Priscilla was out waitress. Lovely young girl, friendly and attentive. About a month ago Rebecca was our server. She remembered us, stopped at our table to say hello and wished my wife a Happy Mother's day. My family went in for dinner. It was our first time there. Our server Rebecca informed us it was Restaurant week. Two of us did the special, what a great deal! Food was delicious, our server was knowledgeable and wonderful with our teen daughters who are extremely hard to please. We are definitely going back. Great overall experience. read more

Tried it for the first time for my work's party this year. It was super packed with all of the holiday parties so the vibe was really great. Food was excellent. A few of us shared bites of each other's entrees so we tried a bunch of things. Already planning on going back with friends. Great find! read more

This is my second visit @ season 52. Wine selections is huge and prices are very reasonable. Love the fact that menu changes so often. Last time I had the rainbow trout and it was out of these world. We sat at the piano bar and it was one of the nicest dates we have had in a long time. read more

Great new place to dine in the area.. Food was delicious, with small portions! The fig flatbread is to die for! They also have a fabulous wine selection!! Definitely recommend this restaurant for late night out, family gathering, or romantic dining for two. read more
