Great outdoor patio with live music and plenty of patio space for the pups. This is a huge restaurant where you can come for a meal or stay all afternoon and be entertained with live music. I ordered the blackened fish sandwich with fries and a side of hush puppies. Great meal and a relaxing spot to enjoy the afternoon. This is a very dog friendly establishment.

Went to Seawitch to celebrate my friends birthday beachside! We had a wonderful experience. Even though we were there on a Tuesday, the vibes were high and there was live music and dancing. We ordered drinks at the bar before going to our table. Everyone was super friendly and the food was delicious. The mango habanero boneless wings were packed with flavor and so delicious!

We have driven by here for years and it looked kind of beat down and we were unsure what was inside. With Yelp help, I realized this is an awesome restaurant and hang out place! They have live music, outside games, inside/ outside eating, a full sized bar area. I got the Mahi sandwich and fries and my wife got a Baked potato and side salad. The Baked Potato was nice because a lot places don't offer that. This is near the beach front and within walking distance of the Boardwalk and other shops. We will definitely be back.

We came here on a Friday night around 9 PM and outdoor seating was the only available option. The palm trees surrounding us were beautiful, but it was breezy and very loud with the nearby live band. We decided to head back around 5:30 PM the next day and we were seated right away indoors. The server was very attentive and friendly. They have half price appetizers before 7 PM, and I ordered a pound of peel and eat shrimp for a very good price. My husband said the beef sliders were really good. I was disappointed to find out that the shrimp wasn't fresh since it's off season but they were still good with the drawn butter and cocktail sauce. They validate valet parking in their small private lot, but be prepared to pay at least six dollars an hour if you don't get in that parking space.

Hello off season, SEPT 2025. Seawitch never disappoints from food to Service and the vibe with live music is always great. The staff makes this place always a go-to. Kennedy and Amber on this Tuesday were exceptional.

Great bar for outdoor music. Great rock bands with lots of standing room. Plenty of tables and chairs further back with a large bar.

What a great way to end an awesome beach weekend! Live music, great food and outdoor seating so we could bring our dogs! We had made reservations as we had a pretty big party. We arrived and were seated immediately. We ordered just about everything on the menu and it was all fantastic! The standout for me was the fried mozzarella! I actually stopped eating my burger (also very good) so I could order another round of the gooey fried cheese. The wait staff was on fire! Always available, got pup cups for the dogs and kept our glasses full. A highlight of our weekend to be sure!

The Seawitch is the restaurant my wife picked for our meal to celebrate her retirement as a public educator. 38 years of teaching in Wisconsin....our experience, arrival thru departure, was A+++! I informed our Amazing server, Maddie, of this and also that the rest of our family, 10 more, would be coming for the live entertainment. She did everything possible to make this occasion wonderful! I highly recommend The Seawitch and Maddie if you are ever in Carolina Beach!!!

If you're looking for one of those places where everything just lines up--the weather, the food,…read morethe mood--this is it. Out on the pier at Tiki Bar & Ocean Grill, you've got a front-row seat to the Atlantic, and on a day like today, it doesn't get much better. Blue sky, sun hitting the water just right, and a breeze that reminds you why people have been coming to the coast long before fancy resorts showed up. Food Simple answer: they've got it dialed in. Fresh, well-prepared, and exactly what you want at the beach. No overthinking it--just good coastal food done right. That's how it's supposed to be. Service Friendly, easygoing, and attentive without hovering. The kind of service that makes you feel welcome but doesn't interrupt your view--or your drink. Atmosphere This is where they really win. Sitting out over the water with string lights overhead and waves rolling in? That's hard to beat anywhere. Now, yes--the beach itself has those big metal pipes running through for replenishment. Not exactly postcard material. But here's the truth: once you're up on that pier, looking out over the ocean, it barely matters. The view still does what it's supposed to do--makes you slow down and stay a while. Final Take Great food, solid service, and a view that carries the whole experience. Even with the beach work going on, this place delivers what a coastal spot should: good eats, cold drinks, and a reason to sit a little longer than you planned. If the weather's right, don't overthink it--grab a seat, order something simple, and enjoy it the way folks have been doing for generations.

Not sure about parking as we walked here. It wasn't very busy when we got there, but slowly had people coming in and out. Lots of locals. We started in the High Tides lounge which is upstairs and has indoor and outdoor seating. Super cute decor. Had an Island Escape margarita which was absolutely delicious - no marg mix here! Just fresh squeezed juice and it was great. Also had a Mai Tai that was tasty too. Ordered a BLBT (which is super extra bacon - but also a ton of lettuce and tomato) and a fish sandwich of some sort (something local Carolina). The BLBT didn't come with a side, but you don't need one! It's massive. Served on toasty bread. Delicious, highly recommend. The fish sandwich came with pasta salad. Again, a healthy portion. The menu isn't extensive but you will find some great options on there!!! Bartender was lovely! Shout out to Amy. She was super friendly, helpful, and attentive. After eating, went outside to the tiki bar that was on the actual pier. Ordered more drinks - another marg, an orange crush (it's sweet), and an electric lemonade that was meh. Get the marg!! They even do frozen drinks which are great while sitting on the pier above the beach. Great scenery. Again, service was great. Britta and Haley were our bartenders. You can order the same menu at the tiki bar as you can at the lounge. Super nice to have options to move around. The pier even has picnic tables for larger parties.

Once seated though things moved pretty fast. Our waiter Noah T was very attentive, answered our questions and we were off and running. We chose a couple of appetizers; a bowl of Chowder (only because of the raves from fellow Yelpers) and the Athenian Bruschetta. Both were very good but my expectant bubble was burst as it wasn't "the best I have had" as many of the Yelpers had described it. The Athenian Bruschetta though was A-amazing. For Entree I had the stuffed Flounder and Norma had Shrimp and Scallop Scampi. Both were very delicious. Atmosphere was nice, a bit crowded, as you would expect where the food is really good. Tables were tight. Hard to navigate with Norma's wheelchair, but we made it through. Large helpings, took tomorrow's lunch back to the hotel. A definite come back to place.

I had high expectations as a result of the reviews. The chowder was the star for me and could be elevated to excellent with a little more seasoning (I added a lot of pepper which was enough to give it a kick and make it exceptionally tasty). The oysters were good. The crab cakes didn't have enough lump crab for my taste -- more cake than crab, if that makes sense. And the hushpuppies were a bit bland. "Delicious dive on Lake Park Blvd in Carolina Beach"…read more Came here for lunch on a Sunday at right around noon. The place is dark and kind-of makes you feel like you're in the bowels of a wooden ship. There's a large bar in the center, and a few tables around it, as well as a few tables outside in the back. We were seated right away. I ordered the hot honey shrimp wrap as well as the pickled veggies appetizer. My dining partner got the quinoa grain and greens bowl with blackened tuna. Our food came out in around 10 minutes. The hot honey shrimp wrap came with french fries, to my surprise (didn't see that mentioned on the menu), which were fine. The wrap itself was DELICIOUS. MAN, that hot honey was SO tasty, and the greens and corn batter on the shrimp really complemented it well. It is a very, very messy dish to eat with your hands, so be prepared, but it's well worth the sacrifice. The pickled veggies were local and very tasty-- also a very good value for $5. My dining partner really liked her bowl and the tuna in it as well. The staff were quite attentive, regularly checking in, filling drinks, and clearing dirty plates. Only caution is that a lot of the batters are corn-based, so be careful if you have that allergy. Overall, would very happily come back-- great in all respects. I recommend highly!
