Finally called another pest control company to come out and that technician confirmed that the house has not been maintained. When I called customer service and told them I'm not paying their $140 bill they sent me, they still try to insist that they have been here. They say they will get back to me, and nothing for weeks. Then someone named Hassan calls today to see why I'm canceling and trying to keep us as customers. Unbelievable. They won't let you cancel without harassing you with calls and emails. Zero stars.

Then, when it was released from"hold", not at my request, I tried to cancel. You call and nobody answers. I email and then they call me and want to talk me out of it. What's the deal? Just cancel the subscription! Total rip off. Bordering on predatory business practices, to be honest. There are much better choices out there. And for the record I'm still battling with them to cancel the account. If they drag their feet any longer I'll be filing case with the Better Business Bureau.

That's enough for me, I'm done. Guess they are busy enough not to take care of continuing customers.
