Came on a sunday which they're supposed to be open from 10am-4pm i came at 12:30pm!!! to pick up stuff for our trip, it was not open so we went to a nearby location to see what they could do, they called their boss and didn't hear back from them, and he told us to come back and wait till someone comes to open it so we waited around it is 1:18 now and no one has came to open! we called all the storage units to get help to get someone to open it because we need our stuff asap. and to top it off online it shows as opened! and no one is opening it or even here to help us out how unprofessional, do not recommend at all. read more

VERY DECEIVING! While this storage facility gives the perception that it is safe and secure, it is NOT. At the end of July 2024 we put my son's things in storage. Only 3 days later his storage unit was broken into and almost everything was stolen. One of the selling points was that they walked through the facility multiple times a day and one was after close. We were not called until the next day. The staff said someone was seen on camera, with my son's belongings, getting on to the elevator. However, we were told the person could not be identified. So despite the unit being locked, the surveillance cameras, the code to get into the building, the code to get onto your floor, and the elevator that states your name after entering your code.....we were told they could not identify the person. I find this very difficult to believe. Everyone we have told give the same response/thought on who did it. I will not say here but I am sure you can figure it out. We did file a police report but nothing came about due to the information that the facility provided. I would not recommend storing anything here. read more

I absolutely loved this facility when I first moved into the unit. The price was great, the units were clean (well, one of the workers mentioned to me that it was spotless because the CEO was coming that day so I'm not sure how it's typically kept) ... until one day, out of the blue, they almost tripled the price of my unit. I was enrolled in automatic payments, so when I noticed I got charged over $300 for my unit I was appalled. I called the customer service number and all they said was "prices are subject to change" and they cannot refund me, even though I cannot afford the new price they charged me for. I will mention, they proceeded to tell me they sent out a letter in the mail notifying the price change but unfortunately for me I just moved out of my apartment and did not get that letter. I honestly think it's absurd they don't send out an email as well - especially when they are constantly sending you emails. Due to this drastic change and no help given from the company, I would not recommend this storage company nor will I ever store anything here again. read more

Weird hours. Nice people. The facility is clean and new. I like it and the price is decent enough. How much can you wax poetically about a storage unit?? It's a great one, honestly I'd recommend it to all my friends if I had any. read more

I recommend this location to future renters, if you're seeking to store your items here I would say it's worth it. However, I'm not certain why there's never enough carts/Dollie's that does cause a delay with getting things out of your car and to your unit. The area is just ok as there are too many transients loitering outside the facility read more

Amazing staff!!! Nora was friendly, well-informed, and allowed me to use the website discount price for rental. The facility is exceptionally clean, well managed, and secure!! The AC/temp of the facility was great considering we were transporting boxes box and forth on very hot days!!! I recommend this facility for your storage needs- clean, professional, AC, moving carts, and elevators!!! Just wish a dumpster was there for the items I wanted to throw away. read more

These guys made it so simple and easy to move in. It's so clean here, the manager is so accommodating and there are tons of free dollies to use to bring your stuff from your truck to the unit. No giving them an ID, no strange employees, a light inside the unit!! you get much more than you pay for here. 5/5 thanks guys! read more

We arrived this morning to visit our storage space during open gate hours and the gate/storage unit is inaccessible due to the store not opening on time. About 15 people are current gathered outside along us 40 mins past when the gate is supposed to open, and several have had experiences with this happening before. This is my first month renting storage space with this location and the inconvenience of the already odd hours the gate is "supposed" to be open along with them being perpetually late and not open during the limited time it is supposed to be, I'd highly recommend using a different location or company altogether. read more

Signed up with Extra Space Storage 12/14/21 at a rate of $130/month. Learned today that the rate has increased to $210/month, which goes into effect in 30 days. After researching storage facilities and hiring movers to have the rate increase over 60% after only three months of using the service is frustrating to say the least. The staff at this location said they cannot do anything to help. Buyer beware. read more

This is my first storage rental but I love the place. The staff is great, very nice and professional! My first day I asked to see the 5x5 and they had no problem showing me the space. From there I decided to come back and rent a storage. The parking lot is also great you can park close to the entrance and unload all your stuff into one of their flat beds/dolly. Similar to many people, covid has changed my moving plans, so I needed temporary storage. I got a 5 x 5 unit and it's very roomy! The facility is also very clean right now since it's new and many spaces are still empty. Reserving a space was easy - I just did it online, was contacted by the location manager, and just finished setting up the agreement on my move-in day (only took 15 mins since the call took care of the info intake). I liked the storage facility & what it offers. But when I was hospitalized & fell behind in my payment, I ("didn't have access to my phone or my family") & I wasn't able to contact them to let them know(" I was in a mental facility") & I would like to work out some kind of payment plan to keep my storage. That still hasn't happened. I've recently contacted them("since getting out the mental hospital "), but their understanding was zero. My only option was & still is to pay what I'm behind in full or my property will be auctioned off on Jan. 10th. , 2024!" I can't afford to(" not be able to get in my storage"), bcuzz I'm homeless, have mental illness issues.
