The servers were busy and we were sat at a table with no silverware/napkins which were not brought out until later in the meal but otherwise service was decent. We got a south rim shrimp flatbread and devil's pass dip (essentially a buffalo chicken dip) as starters. The portion for the flatbread is quite small and just okay. I enjoyed the dip better, which was cheesy with peppers and came with flatbread to dip. I ordered the STH burger which had pepper jack cheese, jicama slaw and a sweet chili glaze (which was not too sweet) and overall was cooked to medium as requested and delicious. The service was good. We were seated immediately on a Sunday around 11am. The restaurant is spacious. It is in a strip mall type of set up. We wanted burgers. I had the beyond burger and my fiance had the handover burger. We had two drinks and our total was $45. The burgers were okay. Nothing special. Sedona Taphouse was one of the highlights of our trip! The restaurant was spotless, and the atmosphere was trendy, warm, and welcoming. The food was exceptional. Our steaks were cooked perfectly, the wings were flavorful, and the warm bread with whipped butter and herb oil was delicious. We also enjoyed the crème brûlée, strawberry dessert, and salted caramel cheesecake. Everything was beautifully presented and tasted fresh. A special shout-out to Robert for providing outstanding service. He was friendly, attentive, responsive, and made sure our table had everything we needed without making us feel rushed. His excellent hospitality made our family dinner even more enjoyable. The meal was worth the price, and we would definitely return the next time we are in the Richmond area. Very disappointed. We ordered delivery & I always feel safe when ordering gluten free (celiac). Today, the food was way below standard, my gluten free hamburger had a roll that was so stale, I almost broke my tooth! My burger was like a cold hockey puck. The fries were ice cold and so was my husband's order. I tracked the order & the driver was there waiting for Sedona to give him the order. I called the manager & she told me nothing they could do, that I needed to contact Uber Eats ( I placed through them). Wow, seriously they are blaming their cooking on a driver- sad! The service at Sedona Taphouse was great-- our waitress (I believe her name might have been Vicki) was super responsive and gave solid recommendations. I was there for brunch, and I was able to try some of the specials as well as two of the regular brunch menu items, and they were all great and reasonably priced across the board. I like to keep my expectations low when I go to a chain restaurant for brunch, but Sedona exceeded them. I will definitely return someday to try the other offerings. Sedona is cute on the inside and has amazing food. The Devil's Pass Pasta is my absolute favorite and everything I've tried on the menu has been consistently good. The flavor, the quality, and the presentation are always on point. The food is just delicious. The only issue I've had is with the service at the colonial heights location. It's not always consistent and can be slow or inattentive. That's the main reason I usually go to the Midlothian location instead. The experience there feels smoother because the service is more reliable. If Colonial Heights ever steps up the service, it would easily be a go-to spot for me. For now, I'll keep coming back for the food but usually head to Midlothian when I want the full experience. Still giving 2 thumbs up for food AND drinks. Everything here is delicious read more

Six of us went here on a Friday night for dinner. It is located in a mall type of setting so there was adequate parking space.. We had a 35 minute wait and the wait ended up being a little shorter so that worked out well. They have some outdoor seating with a fire pit but it was to cold and rainy for that and no one was taking advantage of it The service and food were good. The menu has a good variety... our group had a burger, shrimp stuffed with crab, hamburger, pasta dish and crab cakes. Everyone seemed good with it. They have a good beer list but were out of a few of the items we ordered. We have been coming to this location since moving and we've always had such a great experience. We came recently (10/24) on a really busy night and being 13th in line we were still able to get seated in 35 mins. Our waiter Adam was really attentive and great! I have been getting the nachos but you have to sub for grilled chicken and extra queso! Seriously it's so yummy. Easy for 2 people to share also. Met some friends who live on the outskirts of Richmond here for a late lunch at 2 PM on a Sunday. The place was hopping, but luckily we had reservations for six. They are able to accommodate large groups, which is nice. They have a very extensive menu and everyone should be able to find something they like. The setting is relaxed yet not overly casual. They have a nice bar area as well. We enjoyed several appetizers to include the jalapeño poppers which packed a hot punch and were very enjoyable. The Gorgonzola shrimp are amazing and served in a creamy sauce. Everyone in our group enjoyed what they got and on Sunday afternoon, you can order from the brunch menu, the lunch menu or the dinner menu. They also have seasonal specials. I got a side Caesar salad, however, I did not enjoy the dressing as I prefer a creamy Caesar dressing. A couple of folks got brunch items such as the crab Benedict and the breakfast tacos and enjoyed them very much. They have some pasta dishes, as well as several handheld burgers and sandwiches. Everything is reasonably priced. If I lived in this area, I would definitely have this on the list of places to go too often. Our service was a nightmare. Between the wrong food, ice cold food, and the almost hour and a half wait time for our food we were severely disappointed. Our friend recommended sedona for the great dips but honestly nothing lived up to what they described. We tried several appetizers, which ended up being the highlight of the meal. I would order the peppers again. However, I had the salmon and it was completely raw, and i tend to like my salmon on the rarer side. The chicken we were served was ice cold entirely, but cooked. We had a gift card from Napa Kitchen which is owned by the same company and we were told we could use it at Sedona. It didn't work which is ok but I guess they felt bad. I didn't ask for the manager just for the number of corporate just to see if we just have to use it at Napa. The manager Kaitlyn came over apologized and gave me a $25 gift card which she really did not have to do! Kaitlyn needs a raise and needs to teach the manager at Wood and Iron some manager skills! I called corporate this morning and Kaitlyn had called last night because of course she doesn't want this to happen to others. They were lovely also!
