Unfortunately I have had to bring my car here a couple times to get it fixed but their service is great! They communicate very well about when they get the parts in and the status of my car. They finished my car around 2 days before they estimated which was a pleasant surprise. I also left someone important in my car that I absolutely needed to get so I showed up extra early one day and they were super nice about it all and let me get it. Wish they were open weekends! Some drunk driver hit my Chevy Silverado 2020 from the back and hit my 2 driver doors this guys take more the 40 days to fix my truck and the paint job is bad my bumper is down front the left side my tail gate is more open from the left side..the next day I take back the truck because they forgot to Tighten the nuts from my rear bumper!!! they didn't do the alignment on my tire so by the week the tire i was bad already and my rims are black but I was scratches and this guys just over spray my rims like really bad job paint and they didn't even clean the inside I was all dusty from the Bondo and sanding plus now my truck shaking went I go 60 mp I don't know why this guys do I'm sorry if I didn't spelled right way this comment but I'm so angry and frustrated of this situation.!!! read more

My car was parked in a lot and a lady hit my bumper pretty bad. Called Seidner's and talked to Anthony (General Manager) and gave me a quote just from pictures. I set up to bring it in on Monday morning and the bumper was fixed and then some by Wednesday morning. Not only did they fix my bumper, they also painted the grill, steam cleaned the engine and buffed/cleaned my cloudy headlights. They went above and beyond what I thought they were going to do. They also sent pictures of the progress to show the before and after. If I ever need body work done again, I would definitely take my car there again. I took my car to have the bumper replaced and 2 spoilers installed. The manager Brian Mendez assisted me through the whole process. They even gave me a ride home so I did not have to stress about how I would get home. He communicated very well throughout the whole repair process, called me when the parts came in, how far along they were in the repair process, and gave me an estimated timeframe of when the car would be ready for pickup. My car was ready on the day Brian promised it would be. The quality of work was great! The bumper looks as if nothing ever happened to it and the spoilers make the car look awesome. WORST place you can possibly take it to. ALL HIGH REVIEWS ARE FALSE, they wash the car and say "let me get a 10 star" lol it dont work like that .They don't repair what needs to be repaired even after i show them what the insurance said. Insurance said " yes just go address what needs to be repaired and we will send the payment for repairs" but according to them its my fault the trunk doesn't work after the accident. I took it for a reason to get repaired now its my fault they couldn't do what they got paid to do? Such trash customer service & employees. Lucky this place was in my insta network and I was able to make a claim and schedule for drop of right away.
