I want to thank the entire team at Seidner's Collision Center for taking care of me and my car. It was my first time in an accident, and thank goodness no one was hurt and it just involved an indentation of the other party's license plate into my back bumper. Being in a car accident sucks on so many levels but if there was a silver lining in all of this then Seidners is definitely it. My insurance company recommended them and I am blown away with how amazing they are. Their customer service is hands down the BEST and its definitely appreciated when you are in whirlwind of insurance claims and doctor appointments. Monica and Eddie made it painless, Eddie called and left me messages letting me know exactly what was being done to my car every step of the way...no guessing games, no unanswered calls, these folks are on it. They finished the work sooner then expected and my car looks as if nothing had ever happened to it. Not only that, they delivered it to my house and they WASHED it. This place is a joke. Alan D. (who's business card states that he's a manager) treated us like crooks. We only came here because some idiot kids who were high at the time demolished our neighbors parked car and then hit/scratched our parked car on their attempt to flee the scene and their insurance sent us to Seidner's. As we stated to Alan when we went in, there wasn't much structural damage, but since our tire was turned to the curb and hit at the time of impact that we were afraid that the tire being hit may have altered the alignment or damaged something under the hood. Alan told us that they only do body work so they'd have to send it to the dealer and that the dealer 'can't lie', um so does he think we were lying? A police officer wrote out the report, witnessed the skid marks on the road and took down our info, are they lying too? The insurance company said that Seidner's knew that we would be coming and everything would be taken care of but the receptionist had no idea who we were when we went in. Alan and the receptionist said they would have to email the insurance company and that they weren't allowed to call them. Huh? So my husband called the insurance company and we were put on hold, because Alan was calling them from inside Seidner's! What happened to 'we can't call them?". Alan continued to tell me that they would check out the car and determine if the scratches were something that were pre-existing or caused by the accident, again, calling us liars. We finally got a hold of the insurance company and they sent us to a body shop in Downey instead and we even got a rental car for a few days. I will never go back to Seidner's. My experience has me questioning their good feedback on Yelp. read more

Was recommended by AAA to get my coupe fixed here, as it was the closest location to my house. Had gotten hit by some dumbass in an SUV and also bumped into someone and scratched my bumper, resulting in two different claims on two different parts of my car. Pedro oversaw the whole process and Linda at the front desk printed up papers and made the whole process easy and smooth. Both Pedro and Linda also called me with updates and let me know that my car was ready two days before the scheduled time, which was FANTASTIC as I needed to take the car to get new tires and didn't really want to wait over the weekend. The repairs were great! Not only did my car look pre-accident smooth, but they also washed and polished my coupe up nicely inside and out! Pedro even did a quick adjustment on my front bumper- there was a bit that had popped out, and he just grabbed his screwdriver and fixed it for me in under 10 min. The other parties insurance was a troubled insurance & difficult process but with the help of Seidner's employee Kurt he put me at ease! Kurt was on top of it with follow ups to the insurance & insurance appraiser to ensure my car was handled properly & expedited delays cause by the insurance! I took my car to be fixed, it was here for a week and when I got it back it was amazing. I liked the fact that Kurt kept me updated daily and when necessary called me to tell me about extra charges and why. But the biggest surprise was that they washed and vacuumed my filthy car. First off, DO NOT COME HERE, but if you do, here is some advice, make sure to check you car is 100% done, because they tell you is done but yet there is much work needed still, also make sure you take off all items from the car because they might go missing some how, also they are really good at making sure you pay, but not on making sure the job is done, don't return your rental until YOU are sure the car is 100% completed. Ill stop there, in conclusion, I have them 2 stars because they got the paint job right. Ill give them that. read more

I've used Seidner's twice. I don't even know why I came back. The year of the car is 2011. The first time, they were recommended by the insurance company of the other driver. They had to fix the front rear door and some of the hood from an accident. When I took it to carmax to get appraised, the appraiser said the paint they used was very low quality. By just running your hand over it you can feel it!! Like even I can feel it. The appraiser (who by the way sees a lot of cars, that's all he does) even said the quality is like someone did it out of a garage. This brings me to my next point. These people seriously over charge. I took my car to Penske Mercedes' Collision Center for another repair after I was tired of dealing with Seidners and at the actual Mercedes dealership they charge $4 less per hour for labor than Seidner's does. Come on. The dealership actually uses stock paint and does a MUCH better job at less! The carmax guy didn't even notice that the part of the car that Penske Mercedes did was repainted and repaired and that was more damage. The cost of the dealership repairs and labor was overall less than Seidners. Also, the second time I got my car touched up when someone rear ended me, I had an iPhone that I was going to sell in my middle console. I forgot it in there because it wasn't in use and I wasn't in a hurry to sell it. I had a SIM card in there that was inactive. When i got the car back a couple days later surprise surprise.. It wasn't there. But the SIM card was. My guess is that they took the SIM card out because they thought it could be tracked with that in there. I knew they took it because being the dummies they were, they left the SIM card in the middle console. I know I had both of them together because why would I have the SIM card but no phone? I checked there at Seidners to see if I had dropped it in between the seats or anything and I didn't. While I was thoroughly checking my car a man comes out and asks if everything's okay because he was the one who worked on the car. I said that I was missing something. He got a bit defensive and said he didn't see anything in there. Why would he even ask if everything was okay. I was just looking in my middle console, I could've been doing anything. I brought it up to the manager and he gave me an attitude and said his employees "don't steal." Of course they don't. He also said I couldn't prove anything and next time I should take all my valuables out of my car. Okay. Cool. Bottom line: this place really over charges you and/or your insurance company for your uncle's garage type of repairs, they're rude and there's a 99% chance someone there steals. read more

My low tire pressure light came on in my car. It was bad weather & was nervous to drive it to dealership which is a distance away. I was driving toward freeway & for some reason saw this place. I saw a man speaking with a woman in their parking lot & turned in. By now I'm sure you've figured out, I'm a woman. Any way, I asked if they could do this for me. I've had the misfortune of being the victim of a hit and run incident, but Seidners has worked on my car previously so I knew going back to them would only be good! Eddie Moreno was the over seer of my cars repair. He was EXTREMELY AMAZING at keeping me updated at every stage in my car's progress. My car was completed several says ahead of the prior estimated time, another huge plus on top of the entire awesome experience. Even though I was carless, knowing my car was in good hands was enough to get me though it. The mechanics are very thorough and pay close attention to details! When I received my car back it was washed and detailed! What an amazing way to show customers you appreciate them, these guys at Seidners will definitely take good care of your car and they put a lot of hard work into it and it shows! A month ago someone backed into my car and caused considerable damage to one of my fenders. My insurance referred me to Seidner's for the repairs and I felt confident they would do a great job after reading their Yelp reviews. That was the 1st time I had to deal with a shop after an accident and I must say that I was blown away by their excellent service. Jesse and the woman at the receptionists desk were very friendly and professional. What started out as a stressful situation quickly became a smooth and stress free experience. Not only did they leave my car looking like new again, they explained the whole process prior to taking my car into the shop. Jesse assured me they would look under the hood for any underlying issues that may have been caused by the accident and kept me up to date on the progress of my car on a daily basis. To top it off, they got my car back to me sooner than expected. Today, I had the unfortunate luck of getting backed into again. Both times while my car was parked!!!! Words cannot express how amazing this company is. I brought my car in to get repaired. I found this location since it was close to where I am staying and I am so glad that I made this decision. From the get go, I called the number, and I was greeted by Monica who was so kind and gracious to make me an appointment to bring my vehicle in. The morning of my appointment, there was plenty of parking to bring my vehicle. Monica, again greeted me and offered me coffee or water. (They had a Keurig machine so that was a huge bonus!) Then came out a sweet young lady (I'm sorry I forgot your name ) and she was able to assess the damage and finish paperwork. Since this work was not going to be paid for by me,(someone hit my car) The process was very simple on my end. I was able to sign paperwork and Monica called a car rental company to pick me up. During the week, I received a phone call stating about approximately how long the vehicle will take to get repaired. They gave me phone calls during the week to let me know the status until it was ready. Once I picked up my vehicle, I was greeted again, and let me tell you MY CAR WAS STUNNING! They not only fixed the damage with attention to detail, they washed my car(including my rims) and vacuumed the inside! Poor people, I have a total "Mom car" I was handed my keys, and off I went! About an hour later, I noticed a scratch on my door. I called but they were already closed. I was able to call the next morning and Monica to me to come in at my convenience. I came in around 930 that morning and I was STILL greeted with care and friendliness. STILL offered me coffee and treated me well! The young lady who did the initial quote came out with their lead mechanic to look at my door. They said " give us 10 minutes" I wanna as shocked! Behold! They fixed it and it wasn't a scratch after all! Some adhesive or tar for kicked up from somewhere and got attached to my car door which made it look like a scratch.
