Absolutely delicious! Everything is made to order and super fresh! It is outside seating only (you order at a walk up window). I had the Native burrito but asked if they could put it on a panini instead. It was so good and stuffed full of veggies. I was in total heaven and could eat it everyday, especially the sriracha maple! I wish I had a place like this back home. The iced blueberry latte is very good- light flavor and not too sweet, however it did have a lot of grounds in it.

This is a walk up window situation. The staff is super friendly and they offer good quick bites but the coffee was not good. I kindly asked for them to remake it and it was still awful. I barely ended up drinking it. I would come back for the food but not the coffee!

Great coffee/breakfast spot off Main Street in Breckenridge. No tables and chairs here, just an order and pickup at the window type of vibe and move on with the rest of your day. Whether you're walking around checking out the shops or in town getting some runs in on the mountain, this place is wonderful to stop at for a quick bite and a coffee. Will definitely remember this cafe next time I'm in Breck! I got a Mocha Latte and it was delicious, warmed me up when it was 10° out earlier today.

In honor of its name, I'm going to keep this review simple. Food: simply amazing Service: simply in good spirits Ambiance: simply picnic tables outside We simply loved this place! (continue reading if you need more reasoning to go...) We stopped by on a Saturday morning. It's an order at window, pick up another window, grab and go or enjoy your order on their four table patio adjacent to their wooden store front. For being a small shop, they have a pretty grand menu with lunch sandwiches, paninis or salads, as well as, breakfast burritos, paninis, smoothies, bagels or coffee drinks. We ordered one whole milk latte, one almond milk latte w/ homemade vegan French Toast syrup and a Local Breakfast Burrito. Then, we pulled up a seat at one of their iron picnic tables. It was a very chill vibe, and we noticed many others opting to do the same. It took about 10 minutes (if that) to get our order. The lattes were both spot on, and the burrito was big n' bodacious! It had egg, bacon, avocado, sweet potato, green chili and a sweet, mildly spicy hot sauce. We thoroughly enjoyed it, and both agreed it was a great breakfast option. Simply put, "We'll be repeat customers of Semplice Cafe!"

Little place off the main street in town where I stopped before heading out for the day. Review on the coffee (I got drip, she got an iced latte) -- drip was solid, iced latte could've been a little stronger. Service was polite and did their best to get the food and drink out efficiently, though they seemed a little understaffed on this particular morning. Semplice has a small patio to the left of the ordering window where there are 3-4 tables to sit at. On this summer morning, it was pretty tranquil. The egg McLovin sandwiches were solid. We really enjoyed it!

Without a doubt in my mind this little spot deserves and earned the five stars. A quick grab and go breakfast spot, no seating, so perfect for the on the road coffee and breakfast grab on your way to the mountain. The coffee is great, lots of flavors plus house made syrup that changes regularly. The breakfast is amazing, I've tried many different options and I've never been disappointed. Personally my favorite is the locals burrito or the gringo sandwich but I add bacon. The flavor is amazing and the quality is great. Finally the man who worked the window all three days I went was extremely friendly and quick, cannot recommend enough.

July 23, 2023. Sunday. Lunch. Visited this cafe on Main Street in downtown Breckenridge, Colorado. It had a line and lots of five-star reviews on Yelp. After eating there, both my wife and I wondered how either of those things could be true? I am giving two stars for the service. They kindly took our order, and it was up in less than ten minutes. My wife ordered a Macchiato ($3.25) and it was a small, 8-ounce carboard cup, that was only half full. I ordered the Daddy Matt burrito ($12.25). It came with eggs, bacon, chorizo, sweet potato, and green chile. I held the sweet potato because I can't stand them. My burrito looked like a grilled wrap, see attached photo. This "burrito" was accompanied by two containers of sickeningly sweet red sauce. Bland would be my best word to describe the burrito. I tried the sauce, hoping it would add some flavor, but I almost spit it out when I tasted the sweetness. The eggs were runny, green chile had no bite or heat, chorizo didn't taste like chorizo (not sure what it was), and the bacon was non-existent. It's like the bacon didn't show up to the party. Completely flavorless, expensive wrap. My wife thought the same about her Hype MAN Panini ($11.25). If you want expensive, bland, flavorless food delivered fast, then I guess this is your spot.

Craving some breakfast burritos after a night of shenanigans and this was a 1 minute walk from our air bnb. Local: yummy! Definitely hearty burritos. The green chili is not spicy at all, and it doesnt over power the rest of the flavors. The avocado really tied it all together. Matty daddy: my husband liked this one a lot. But not my favorite. Maybe because I can only handle a little chorizo at a time and this was chorizo filled. Great flavor though! Iced coffee looks watered down, but surprised me with enough coffee flavor. You order at the counter, pick up at the other counter. 3-4 small tables but other than that, no seating. Service was friendly :)

Came here for brunch on a weekday. Wasn't busy and got our order in quickly. Didn't realize there was no dine in option but hey, little shacks to go are usually the best spots! Food was out quickly and omg! The sauce they give you for the sandwiches with eggs is phenomenal!! Everything here was delicious and I'd come back to try more on their menus. Great amount of vegetarian and vegan options. Best food in Breckenridge so far - health and fresh. You don't wanna miss out on this place. Reasonable prices as well :)

This is the cutest little coffee shop! For being such a small establishment, they have a wide ranging menu. The have great gluten free and vegetarian options, which is a difficult combo to come by. They are also very careful when preparing food for celiac and are extremely accommodating. read more

This place has the worst customer service.. we paid $17 for 2 lattes and the barista was so rude when I asked for sweetener. They don't have the sugar out and you have to ask. When I asked her she rudely told me "next time, you need to tell before we make the drink". Huh? When I asked for a sugar packet, she rudely threw me one packet, when I asked for another , she threw a big handful at me. Not kidding, like 20 packets. Thanks! I was looking for a place that was vegan friendly in Breckinridge and was so glad we found Semplice. I had the Loverboy Salad which I was thrilled with. Good portion size and completely delicious. My son had the It's so Vegan panini and he loved it. We also had their smoothies and coffee and both were top notch. We'll definitely come back on our next visit! read more

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place!!! I stumbled on Semplice a few days ago and it's my new "go to" when I'm running errands in Breck and need a quick bite. The menu is healthy, delicious and there's something for everyone. I'm vegan and it's usually a chore to find quality, healthy, satisfying meals. With Semplice, there were so many yummy options, I had a hard time making up my mind! I finally opted for the Lover Boy salad and it's one of the best salads I've ever had, with cashews, spinach, chickpeas, black beans, quinoa, dried cranberries, beets, etc... but what really set it off was the dollop of pesto and hummus on the top. It was a taste sensation created with wholesome nutrients and protein and it would have cost me double to make it myself. It turns out one of the owners is vegan and the other is vegetarian and they were tired of trying to find quality places to eat in Summit County, but that doesn't mean they left out the carnivores. No one can go wrong here! One last note, it's more of a take-out place with outdoor seating. The line looked long, but I was surprised how quickly I was served...just a matter of a minutes and this was a Saturday morning during the height of ski season. LOVE this place!!!! read more

If you're looking for delicious well balanced breakfast or lunch, this is your spot. They have plenty of gluten free (GF), vegetarian AND vegan options all in one place. They also have lots of choices for people who don't have any of those restrictions. I'm GF and my husband is not, he enjoyed his food and felt full afterward. We both had the Gringo panini and it was so yummy! They also have the BEST coffee! There is a small patio with tables outside the cafe. The staff is super friendly. Make sure to ask for the secret sauce. No pictures because we were too hungry. This place is super affordable as well! Definitely give it a try the next time you're in Breck. read more

This place was awesome! Super nice folks operating. They were very accommodating and let us add/remove items from our order to keep our kids happy. They even split the delicious smoothie into 3 cups and put whipped cream in each! The food and coffee were fantastic! We had breakfast burritos and lunch paninis. We were in Breck for the weekend and found this spot for a quick breakfast before biking. The lattes were perfect, the breakfast burritos were hearty (perfect for before a fun day playing in Breck) and delicious, especially that maple sriracha sauce! And their zucchini bread - so yummy. Went back the next morning and ordered the exact same thing. I want one of these in Denver! read more

Wow!! Got the vegan breakfast burrito, it was done in less than 10 min, and it knocked my socks off! It can be hard to find good plant-based food but Jamie really knows his stuff. While staying in Breckenridge, my son and I had breakfast everyday at Semplice. The owners are incredibly friendly and the food was consistently excellent! They had a broad selection of breakfast items and fantastic sandwiches. Yum! Always delicious! Finally, the owner would gladly share tips on the best trails to ski and where to head on the mountain to get the best terrain... these tips were worth gold and they were very accurate. A great place.. Check it out! read more

I went in here for the first time since it switched from Duagan's deli to downstairs deli. The…read moreservice is terrible. The lady I spoke with was rude, not friendly at all. I was the only person in there, and it took them forever to make my sandwich. and then, when I left and said thank you, they didn't even respond and instead shot me dirty looks. They have music blasting so loud that I can't hear who I'm with, and the restaurant has that soulless modern redesign that makes a place feel unwelcoming.

During that time he served guests who arrived after us and even started doing prep work instead of checking on us. Eventually we had to ask him ourselves if we could order drinks. When we did, Ben responded with a sarcastic and rude tone saying something along the lines of, "Sure, I can grab you drinks if you want them, but first show me IDs." We had unfortunately left our IDs back at home. That part is completely fair we understand you can't serve alcohol without identification and we accepted that. However, immediately after this interaction, another group of people who appeared around our age (we're in our 30s) sat down and Ben served them alcohol without asking for ID at all. When we asked him about it, he simply shrugged and ignored us. We then asked if we could at least get a Red Bull, since it's non-alcoholic. Ben refused and walked away. When we asked the other bartender if she could grab one for us, Ben came up behind her and told her not to serve us because we didn't have IDs even though we were only asking for a Red Bull. Thankfully she was kind enough to help us anyway. The most shocking part happened shortly after when one of Ben's friends came in. Ben began talking negatively about us right in front of us, calling us rude? Within earshot while we were sitting at the bar. When we confronted him and asked what the issue was, he threatened to kick us out of what he called "his bar." We asked to speak with a manager and explained the situation. The level of rudeness and unprofessional behavior from Ben was honestly shocking. Ignoring guests, being sarcastic and dismissive, refusing basic non-alcoholic service, and then openly insulting customers in front of them is completely unacceptable in any hospitality environment.

It was a huge mess to eat admittedly but it was wholly worth it. Their cinnamon roll is easily the best I've had in summit, and I've been to essentially every bakery in breck, frisco, and silverthorne. The cookie was perfect.. decadent chocolate and a lacy, almost crunchy outer ring with a chewy and soft middle. I ordered the cherry scone, the quiche, and a cold brew with two pumps of vanilla syrup. I figured I'd do a true "coffee drink", so there'd be no milk overpowering the coffee. The cherry scone was excellent, and the quiche was good. I think it would be even better warmed up, but I was told they can't heat any of their food, before serving. Unfortunately, the coffee was disappointing again. Instead of vanilla syrup, the cold brew came topped with a large dollop of whipped cream. I'm not sure if there was a misunderstanding when I ordered, but I tried stirring it in, thinking maybe the vanilla was mixed into the whipped cream. Instead, it left me with a very bitter cold brew filled with small congealed clumps of whipped cream throughout my drink. Based on my experience, I'd definitely come back for the pastries, but the coffee has been consistently underwhelming the two times I've had it

The frosting is pretty sweet, but at the same time, I think it was nicely balanced with the m&ms and the cookie base itself. I was able to save this cookie sandwich for a few days and took bites throughout the week. It was honestly pretty inexpensive for what you get! I think this is significantly better than Crumbl. And it's a local business! It's super small and you probably have to wait in lines in the summer or during peak tourist season. But I got it super fast so I didn't really notice any issues. My biggest problem was deciding on a flavor! There were so many good options but I'm just one girl!!! How am I to decide? But yeah, because it's small there isn't any seating inside.
