Vietnamese iced coffee with pumpkin foam
    Alejandra B.

I wish this place was around when I worked in the area because I would've religiously gone there haha. After eating some pretty heavy food, we decided to get some coffee to wake back up. My girl noticed this coffee shop had good ratings. It's pretty hidden in a small business plaza and there's a lot of parking. The girl who attended us, jasmine, was very friendly and attentive. Service was quick and our coffees were delicious and definitely got the job done. I'm ready to clean my house now

Dainty spot for coffee/tea, with really good food presentation. The owner was incredibly nice and attentive. She offered suggestions on which drink to select. Good variety of desserts, even freshly baked pastries! It can be a perfect venue to host tea parties, bridal showers and others. Ambiance is pretty too, place was decorated very nicely. It's giving Saigon-Paris vibe. Service is above par. Overall a pleasant experience, very likely to be back again.

Our drinks! Butterfly milk tea and kumquat green tea!

So yummy! Sweetest owner ever! I had the green tea and kumquats! So good and fresh! My daughter had the butterfly milk tea very yummy as well! So cute too!

I accidentally walked into the store well after closing but the owner was so kind to allow me to place an order. She was handmaking the next days cakes. She made me the mango smoothie with REAL MANGO that tasted super fresh, and recommended I try the limoncello Gelato which was divine. (FYI she has lactose free milk and almond milk options too!) The store is the absolute cutest little Vietnamese cafe and I'm looking forward to coming back soon during normal business hours!

7.23.24 I did a quick stop in today to get some coffee and nibbles at this new Cafe. As I walked up to the Cafe I saw they had a cute seating area outside. Upon entering, I noticed the cute ceiling decor and seating area was beautiful. Who doesn't love pink!? So since I was in a rush and knew what I wanted, I quickly ordered the espresso ice coffee with a sea salt foam topper. Yes it is good! The nibbles I got are the heart shaped pandan waffles. Hot and freshly made just in time for my visit :) I will definitely return to try out more items on their menu. If you haven't stopped by, you should. Especially if you live in the area (BP/La Palma) you get a 10% discount! Not sure how long it will last but drop by soon! Support small businesses because they support the community! What a hidden gem! This place hits all my checkboxes for a 5-star tea house. They have a cute and clean interior with enough drink options for any tastes, each option seems specially crafted with thought and is not generic, tasty snacks and dessert options (local ice cream in closed containers for easy eating there or to-go), a little outdoor seating and plenty of indoor seating, and friendly customer service. On top of that, a few of the ingredients are sourced from the owners own garden - how awesome is that?!!!! Plus, the sweetness of the drinks was absolutely perfect. I almost always get my drinks 50% sweet elsewhere, but I would trust the regular sweetness here for any of the drinks. We tried the strawberry yakult, butterfly milk tea, and kiwi basil tea. They were all incredible! My favorite was the kiwi basil tea because I loved the textural element of the lotus seeds and kiwi. However, I would absolutely order any of these three drinks again!

Finally a work place by my work. Love the vibe inside! It was a little slow coz the owner was by herself but she's so friendly! The drink was good, can't wait to try the other drinks they have.

Hidden gem, guys! Came here with my daughters and absolutely loved everything about Sen Cafe- from the food, to the service, to the ambience! This place was fantastic! Tried the strawberry matcha milk tea, Thai milk tea, lychee lemonade, fresh fruit, and spam musubi... and everything was really good! We'll definitely be back!

Very cute boba tea shop. They have a super cute interior with nice decorations. The Vietnamese Coffee with Egg Foam coffee was amazing!!!! And our kids loved the Honey Jasmine Milk Tea with Ube Boba too! There's plenty of parking and close to the freeways. It's such a good place for boba and I will definitely come back to try all the other items on their menu. So glad I can stop at this cute place on my way home

I was able attend the grand opening of the Sen Kafe today. Our family had tried three different flavor of drinks, VN ice coffee with egg foam, honey jasmine milk tea with glass jelly and galaxy soda. All just had the right sweetness and they all were really good. The services were well organized and handling of the incoming traffic of customers were courteous. The ambience was cozy and relaxing because of its nice decorations with the mixed of Japanese/Chinese/Vietnamese culture. Love this place will definitely coming back again. The parking lot has lots of space to park.

The monster oreo shake was delicious but it is not worth it for that price. The ube flan cupcake was just ube cupcake and flan stack on top. It kinds of lacking the cohesiveness. Overall, I would come back just for that tea.

I really appreciated how nice and helpful the workers were. The girl who helped us offered recommendations and let us sample a handful of flavors. They had a "Brewed and Bold" offering as part of their seasonal menu so we decided to get the Black Sesame Cookies and Cream, Thai Tea Buttercrunch, Matchaberry Brownie, and their Hojicha Chip. The ice cream flavors were subtle but so delicious and refreshing. I can't wait to come back and try more of their flavors. Parking can be a bit tough depending on the time of day as it's in a busy plaza shared with other eateries, but thankfully we were able to snag a spot within a few minutes.

The ice cream here is honestly horrible. It is aggressively, tooth-achingly sweet--to the point where it feels like you're eating straight corn syrup. If you're looking for actual flavor, look elsewhere; this stuff just tastes like "diabetes in a cup." To make matters worse, the consistency is a mess. It melts way too fast, turning into a sugary soup before you can even get through half of it. I also made the mistake of buying a tub to take home once, only to realize the expiration date was incredibly soon. For the price they charge, you'd expect high-quality ingredients and a decent shelf life, but it just feels cheap and poorly made. Save your money and your health. I won't be coming back. PS. It's a blessing in disguise that they're currently closed because a car ran into their front store.

Also the person who made mine did not do the best job and it was pretty sloppy and not very aesthetic. Parking: They're located in a high foot traffic plaza, so finding a parking spot can be difficult. Ambiance/Environment: They have a small space with a decent amount of indoor seating. The tables and seats were kept clean. There's cute decor from the ceiling as well. This is the type of spot where you'd bring your family with younger kids for something sweet, while the adults sit and talk. When we visited, my family and one other family pretty much took up all the tables lol. Service: There was only one worker behind the counter serving and making the drinks and desserts. She doesn't acknowledge anyone. It wasn't too busy, but throughput took a while since she was by herself. There's two kiosk to order from. You don't really interact with the worker until she brings out your order. Desserts & drinks: We ordered a mixture of almost everything. We noticed there were a few menu items that were out of stock. I ordered a mango pamelo sago, my sister ordered a brown sugar boba milk tea, my cousin ordered an americano, and my other cousin ordered a strawberry & cream eggette. I thought the mango pamelo sago was okay; the mango flavor was lacking except for the actual mangos. There was plenty of sago, but I thought this dessert was underwhelming. My sister thought the boba was okay bc it had an interesting texture, and the drink itself was lightly sweet than what she's used to. My cousin thought the coffee was okay. The only thing we all enjoyed was the eggette. It's a bubble waffle with ice cream and fresh fruits, which is pretty difficult to mess up. Pricing: Prices are pretty high for the portions offered. Overall, the desserts were underwhelming and some didn't meet our expectations. The eggettes are most likely the only thing we'll come back for.
