Came in with 4 others for a late lunch. We got drinks and were able to order relatively quickly! The inside is nice and they had multiple screens with sports, K-pop music, and Korean variety shows. Our appetizers came in a timely manner, however our main courses took over 40 minutes to come out. This would be fine if our server communicated that it would take longer, however they did not check on us. When our food did come, the server stated that they did not know why it took so long. The food was delicious and very filling for the price. It's unfortunate that the service was a bit slow despite being only one of three tables occupied. read more

Located in Seneca, SC, in a small strip mall called Eagle Plaza is a good Korean restaurant. The staff was very friendly. The young lady who took our order kindly and enthusiastically answered all my questions. She checked on us numerous times throughout the meal. We couldn't make up our mind on what to order so decided to splurge since it was our lunch date. For appetizers we had Mandi and an order of Kimchi Jeon and Pajeon. The latter was delicious. I would definitely order that again. We both ordered the Beef Bulgogi Dub Bob off the lunch special menu. I also ordered 1/2 KFC chicken (original). The chicken tasted like any other fried chicken so I wouldn't order it again unless I had a hankering for fried chicken. The beef bulgogi bowl was really good...a HUGE portion of rice, and meat and it also came with a bowl of chicken bone soup, japchae, veggies, and a fried egg. I'd definitely order that again. I want to try several other things on their menu so I think there will be a return trip in the future. read more

I was craving Thai food, maybe Japanese, I didn't know there was Korean food in my area until I googled it. This meal was absolutely fantastic although my meal comprised of three appetizers. Everything was fresh and exceptional in quality. the glass noodles, whether in a bowl or in a seaweed roll, the glass noodles were perfect texture and flavor. The server was exceptional, his food knowledge was refreshing, only to find out my server was the owner, when I went to pay my bill the gentleman at the front desk informed me that the owner was serving tonight. I had an early dinner today. They open at 4 p.m. I have been several times and each time they don't disappoint. The restaurant was quiet as they had just opened. Always a clean environment. I had the Hibachi Steak and vegetables, no rice. They gave me extra vegetables to compensate for the rice. It is served with both vegetables and rice. A salad or soup is included. They have specials of the day. The food is always cooked right and delicious. The service is impeccable. They're eager to serve and/or accommodate. They have a kids' menu and ample parking. 4 star because very few restaurants earn the 5 from me and I have to maintain MY credibility. Also, having been here 3 times and ordering the same thing (more on that later) leaves room for improvement as I explore more parts of the menu. That's the "why" behind the 4. Here's why I've been back here 3 times in 2 weeks and ordered the Yangnyeom Chicken (boneless) and Shrimp Fried Rice. Let's start with this AMAZING chicken. Spicy, sweet, crunchy and unique. Nothing like it around. Granted, I'm no expert on Korean food. My experience limited to several meals of varying quality (from meh to excellent) at various Korean BBQ places. (BTW, a GREAT Korean BBQ place is in Duluth, GA so look for a review from me on that one later). I'm not the most adventurous eater so I went with what looked familiar. Let's just say that the chicken is one of the best things I've eaten at any restaurant in the area...including Greenville. Cooked perfectly, just the right balance of sweet and heat and a great ratio of breading to chicken. So flavorful I found myself craving it only a few days after my initial visit. The best news, with the huge portion I was able to take a bunch of both rice and chicken home to enjoy the next couple days. The fried rice was solid with a good amount of shrimp pieces. I can't guarantee when I'll come in here and order something else. That chicken and fried rice is THAT good. But if the rest of the menu comes even close to my experiences already, I'm in for a treat. So are you. Give Seoul Food a try. (Remember to ask for the homemade soy sauce) read more

If you enjoy Korean food as much as I do, Seoul Food kitchen is not to be missed. I finally gave in to my deep hankering for Korean food, and ordered the Bulgogi beef bowl. It was exceptional! And I am very particular about my Korean food, having spent some time in Korea a few years ago. I've also had Korean food in many US cities. The Bulgogi bowl at this restaurant is fantastic. Certainly better than most I've had elsewhere. And the customer service mirrors the taste and quality of the food - fabulous, welcoming, accommodating, and very patient with all my questions to ensure what I was ordering was exactly what I was looking for. I didn't take a photo this time as the aroma of the bowl pulled me in before I could think to take a picture. Seriously! Don't miss this wonderful little spot in Seneca! One of our favorite restaurants in Seneca! My husband and I eat here at least once a week. The food is always fresh and delicious, the restaurant is clean, great service and the owners are so nice and accommodating. My favorite dish is the beef bulgogi dub bob, but I also love the pajeon (Korean pancakes) and the fried rice. The salad with ginger dressing is also excellent. Came pretty early for dinner so any growing pains with service others have mentioned weren't really an issue. The food was uniformly delicious. Kimbob was yummy and came out quickly. The husband got a dub bob he said was excellent. I got the yangnyeom fried chicken which was deeeeelicious! We asked for the banchan which they graciously served us and everything was super tasty. I would definitely encourage the owners to either bring the banchan out to every table or make it an official add-on in the menu for any item you order. I hope they stick around for a long time.
